Do I have a review to write about these people.Before I write my review let me start by saying the assistant store manager Ethan he is a great guy and has nothing to do with this mess.He was the only one who showed empathy and tried to help me.This review is about the main Retailstore manager Tommy or TomThese people they did an evaluation on my vehicle and tried to come at me with a fake repair sheet of 1800 dollars worth of repairs which I knew was a lie because a lot of the parts they were asking to replace I myself replaced not even 6 months ago.When I asked them to take pictures of the so called leaks and repairs they were suggesting they could not provide pictures of these issues in the vehicle.Let me remind pepboys that when employees falsify and lie about repairs how big of an issue that is for us as customers because that is stealing.Tommy your store manager threaten to assault me and was behaving hostile towards me when I told him I was not going to pay for a phony lie vehicle evaluation.One more piece of information when I called customer service and asked to speak to the district manager they said his name was Jose is the biggest thief and he is the ring leader of this group of thieves .The people at the corporate office when I called they even lied and told me that there is no one past Jose district manager for me to speak to as Jose the district manager reports to the CEO lol the lies your company says.Long story short I am working on getting the proper authorities involved immediately stay in tune.P.S the police got my car back immediately from these jokers

Tommy is an AMAZING manager! He never hesitates to go the extra mile for pep boy customers. I've been using pep boys for a few years. Back in October 2023, all I wanted to do is pick tires up. This was because my previous visit of buying a whole set of tires, there was some issues that made me not want to return as a customers, however, pep boys carry the tires I love. Tommy did anything and everything, with in his means, to make sure I left as a satisfied customer. For that reason, I'm a continued customer!Today, February 27, 2024, I came in for an appointment to replace one of my newer purchased tires that had a nail in the side wall. He was neck deep in customers, was training, and yet he still managed to take FANTASTIC care of his customers. Thank you so much Tommy.Also, Ethan tried his best to get me in Monday morning for my tire to be repaired. He asked tire size, since i could not remember, he asked if he could call me back shortly due to many customers. So he callled me back, to inform me he looked up my account and they had the tire in stock. He had no availability for appointments and were super slammed with walk-ins. He would be more than glad to have me come in but there would be a significant wait. So we made an appointment for the following day. Great customer service!

Manager Mr. Tommy and Ryan gave an excellent service!! They went the extra mile, Mr. Tommy took his time to explain the service, took the time to inspect, verify the vehicle carefully and well, took care of the vehicle! I felt as part of the Pep Boys family instead of just a number or another customer.I definitely recommend Tire shop in Atascocita!!

Brought my truck in at 7am for a U-joint job and an alignment. Was told it wouldn’t be until 2pm they could get to it - no big deal, my father who drives the truck had the day off.Fast forward to a phone call around 1:30pm, and apparently these people can’t so a U-joint job because they don’t have the tools… okay, do the alignment at least?Got another call at 3pm just to be told they don’t have the tools to take a wheel off either! Unbelieveable! Don’t waste your time with these people because they are CON ARTISTS!This entire day could have been better spent at an actual mechanic shop!!! Good riddance, they don’t do “everything for less,” they just do everything less!!!!!!

I went to Pepboys today for my hubs on 1 of my tires to get fixed and they told it’s gone cost me a little over a thousand dollars including for the parts and labor and I said oh no no thank you they were really trying to get over on me!!! so then I went over to NTB who was a super whole lot better in price and they only charge me 3 hundred something to fix some my hubs that were stuck on and by taking off the whole wheel barring NTB was definitely a big help to me they are #1 in my book!!!

I brought my Genesis up for an oil change. It was like they were trying to talk me out of it. They said my oil and filter looked brand new. I had it changed anyway. That's the kind of service you can trust.

These guys are straight up crooks. Took my moms car in for a suspension check up. And they came out with a laundry list of repairs needed. They even recommended tire change on 2 tires that had just been replaced an hour prior next door at discount tire. Then let me not speak about parts. Charging me almost 250$ for a part I could get at autozone same brand for 180. Exactly where they were gonna get their parts. In all 1500$ in just parts. Actual cost of parts $800.00. I thank GOD I was who took the car in, and not my elderly mom. They would have robbed her blind. You will never see me or any of my vehicles again. Your just a bunch of thieves.

Scam artist! Went in for inspection, now having trouble with tail lights because manager said I wouldn't pass inspection because of dome rear tail lights. Lights worked now they don't. Manager even told me to bring back and he would fix it. I wonder why? Because he broke it!

I came in 10/17 to try and get an oil change, it was about 6:15 in the evening so I knew my chances of getting my truck looked at were slim. I wasn’t able to get in but I ended up having a great conversation with Tommy for about 20 minutes. He wrote my information down and said if I can get in early the following day right as they open I might have some luck getting in.Sure enough the next day I come in and someone missed their appointment so Ethan greeted me, asked about my work schedule and did his best to accommodate my needs in a professional and courteous way. Not only would I come in again but I would definitely recommend visiting their shop.Thanks guys and God bless your day to day business!

Took my mom's truck by to get A/C work done and so far, it was a great experience! They had to change the compressor and it seems everything is working great! The staff was very courteous and hardworking, and the manager was very accommodating to all our concerns and future issues if they should occur down the road. The online feedback survey did promise a future 15% off coupon on a future visit which I was not able to retrieve, due to a non-existent webpage after the completion of the survey.

I came in for 4 tires to be mounted, balanced and aligned. Customer service was excellent. From the time of arrival to departure, the representatives made me feel totally significant and valued as a customer. I had complimentary coffee and watched my favorite TV show, while I waited. The store was clean and very comfortable. I look forward to my next visit and I highly recommend Pep Boys to anyone who's in need of tire services.

Tommy is awesome as well as rest of the Pep boys team who were here working on Labor Day. I needed to replace a tire that got bolt in it this morning. I came in thinking I was going to need to replace two tires as just a rule of thumb. After looking at my tires, Tommy assured me I only needed one. My tires were only a few months old. Thanks Tommy!
