Great knowledgeable owner!! Definitely recommend! With the feed coming from tractor supply being tainted, come here for fresh quality chicken feed that won't stop your hens from producing eggs!

I have been going here for years to buy my babies (all rescues) Victor dog food. Everyone is friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable. Mario, the owner, is one of the kindest most generous people you will ever meet. He is respectful, saves animals & a real gentleman. Always carries the bags of dog food out to my car

Just drove by there to get food for my ducks. I live an hour away. But my job is close by. By the time I get home the feed stores are closed, so finding a feed store close to my job is very important. It is my understanding that this place is Under New Management and I had a very good experience, there were extremely nice and very helpful. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Horrible customer service. I purchased six bags of the high energy victor dog food. Immediately realized that it was the wrong kind because I needed the grain free. I asked to exchange them for the grain free and let them know that I would be willing to pay the difference and the lady at the counter said no refunds or exchanges and hung up the phone. Now I patronized this store for years, but I’m afraid I won’t be doing anymore business with them. Everything works out for the best though because I was able to find the same victor dog food for $8 cheaper at Ray’s Feed Store.

Custumer service is really lacking in this store. My mom, husband and I have all gone to this feed store, during different times, for a variety of items, and we have all pretty come to the same conclusion - this isn't the store we want to support. They are misinformed and will definitely misinform you. We needed worm medicine for a new pup and was sold shots instead of actual dewormer, even though we questioned it. Like the other reviews, there is a no return or exchange policy, even though we were sold the wrong medication. I understand mistakes happen, but it's not like their customer service is all that great either. Everyone I've encountered hasn't been the friendliest and you don't feel welcomed. We drive a little farther to Jensen Drive Feed store. I guess if it's convnience you are looking for and you are close around, go for it. I'd rather support a store that actually has good, consistent customer service.

Always have the brand of Victor dog food that I buy in stock. Love having a small local place like this in a very big city. The Owner and Store Manager are very helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products.

Sorry customer service. Bought a bag of range cubes A man I thought was the owner threw it in my truck with out looking busted it open . Denied he did it and refused to make good on it after I came back. Dam sure other places to buy from...

They closed early today. I got there at 4:45 and they were already closed, when the sign says they close at 5 pm. They are the only feed store around this area, so if I had known then I would have taken 90 to Crosby instead.
