This is a good place! I was there for 3 months and the staff is great they are very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance person keeps that place very clean the rooms are of a good size and most of all the manager is always attentive and responsive for anything the guest need. I am surprised of the comments that this place is nasty because it is not. The take dogs and always make sure the guests are following the rules. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood with quick access to stores Gad stations and fast food.

This is awful, awful, don't come here at all. There are always cockroaches in the cabinet, refrigerator, closet, bathroom, even on the bed. You can easily kill 20 or more cockroaches during the day. The first night, a cockroach came on my baby's face. They don't clean the room, you have to pay to use the hair dryer, iron, and coffee maker, no one changes the bed linen, if you ask for a change, they charge you. The gas stove dosn't work.

Ok place. The only parking was in the back by the big trash cans, and they were overflowing EVERY single day. It was just disgusting, I don't know why they don't have more trash cans for overflow. Because of the mounds of trash on ground daily, there would be dogs, and raccoons digging in it every time I went to my car. One little trash can for the whole building seems ridiculous.

CRACK MOTEL COULD NOT EVEN GET THE ROOM KEY BECAUSE YA HAD TO GET PAST THE DRUG DEALER AT THE DOOR THEN CALL THE FRONT DESK PERSON TO COME DOWN SHE WAS BUSY DEALING WITH DOMESTIC DISPUTE ON THE 4TH FLOOR TO EVEN COME DOWN!!! WAITED A HOUR THEY WOULDNT REFUND THE ROOM THAT THEY NEVER EVEN GAVE US KEYS TO!!! HORRIBLE EVERYTHING!!! NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Did not personally stay here, but a relative of mine did. When I call the front desk lady always transfers my call. One day I called and I guess the front desk wasn't open but unattended answered, he seemed like I was bothering him, but ultimately did get me to where I needed to be. Fun arrival, the rooms are very small, there's lots of dogs in that building. You get what you pay for, ultimately. Personally probably would not choose to stay here, but the relative that stayed there had no complaints.Rooms: Rooms are very small, think studio. There is a bathroom and shower, a bed, TV with cable, a stove and a refrigerator.Nearby activities: There are places you can get to if you have a car, if you do not have a car, it would be a little ways in order for you to get anywhere.Safety: I did not like the feel of the safetiness around here. Nothing happened per se, but just looking at the neighboring properties and the area, I probably wouldn't choose to stay here for myself.Walkability: You could walk, but you'd be walking for a while to get to like a grocery store or something to eat.Food & drinks: I didn't see anything in the building that you could buy to eat, you most likely would need to order food or have a car to get food.Noteworthy details: There's a lot of older people who sing this building long term, the price is around $800 for a month. Lots of dogs in this building, big dogs. I did not feel the safest there, but I did choose to go early in the morning just in case. The grounds were okay. Parking was a bit sparse, and I didn't see anything close enough but I would be able to get to you if I had to go on foot.

Excellent staff......good atmosphere! Very kind guests, always someone with a helping hand. Ms Tracy, the manager is one of the hardest working ladiiesI've met in recent years..... Kiara....pm clerk, who stayed late to check us in (thank you) always has a smile. Kisha, day clerk has handled any problems I had. Stephanie keeps the place clean while Alfredo keeps this home away from home in working order. Many thanks for the kindness y'all shown for my 86 yr old father and myself. Truly, a great place to stay!!

Room was old and dated (for the price not very concerning), but there were barking dogs across the hall, paper thin walls with loud neighbors, people doing shady things outside the window, and sketchy parking lot. We only stayed to sleep quickly, maybe 6 hours and we debated on leaving 30 minutes into having our room. I’d look elsewhere.

Dint like it at all . Old style rooms ,Smelly lobbies and no breakfast even no coffee to offer which other hotels or extended stay offers. We asked to clean the room but the staff said they will clean every other week we asked them extra towels they said to pay $10 so they will give extra towel . Very rude staff and dirty hotel Will never stay again nor recommend to anyone. . Then we moved to another hotel it's the way better than this offering breakfast free and coffee free their service is excellent and staff is so cooperative And good Location too .

This place was actually ridiculous. Not only did I receive a unit with a broken toilet, but the unit also came with its own 6 legged tenants. I had to call twice about the toilet and roaches and nothing was resolved. One of the staff came to the room and unclogged the toilet but after she left the toilet still never flushed and she claimed to have run out of roach spray (meaning y’all use it that often to have run out?). There was an awful smell throughout the entire place, the other guests were super loud all night, the towels had holes and stains on them, and the Tv remote barely worked at all. I wouldn’t stay here ever again and will never recommend this place to anyone

The bed was pretty comfortable, and there was quite a bit of space for us to put our groceries. We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed it for the most part. For some odd reason every time we would leave and come back our room would smell like cigarettes and neither of us smoke. The walls are thin, we could hear the couple next to us screaming at one another everyday. No bugs, when we arrived it was fairly clean. They do tell you upon checking in that house keeping is only bi-weekly. They have 24 laundry but we went to go do ours around 9pm one night and the card reader on the machines wasn’t working. When we brought it to someone’s attention they didn’t know how to address the concern. They said the machines were updating and they didn’t know how long it would take. We had already put our clothes and detergent in the washer. We waited three hours for the machines to work again. It’s fairly good for what you pay for, though.

This was the WORST hotel experience EVER. The staff SUCKS AND IS VERY LAZY!!! Only people wasnt was the GM Tracy and Anna.. EVERYONE else was horrible and really need to be FIRED. Professionalism was certainly not there at all staff is rude as ….. You cant get clean towels and covers without being charged extra when its suppose to be included, cant get clean shower curtain without being charged, they key cards dont work and its our fault and they wanna charge us because they keycards do not work. when i first got there the whole first 3 weeks the doors was open because the keycard machine was broken and thats not safe anybody can come in and out. I love animals but its TOOO MANY dogs there dogs will pee in the only elevator and they dont clean it up the guest will clean it. They dont clean all the rooms. THERE IS A MAJOR ROACH PROBLEM THERE. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone. If i could give it no stars i would.

Only giving it 2 stars because the location was convenient and the ladies that checked us in and out were super nice. Other than that, this was probably my worse stay at a hotel till date. The whole place didn't smell nice, there was a cockroach in my room and stains on my bedsheet. The mattress wasn't very comfortable either. Would not recommend.

Best experience ever. I've been to many hotels but this one beats them all. Very friendly, efficient staff, nice clean rooms with stove and full size refrigerator. Its pet friendly which is great to have my ESA dog. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

I will admit that this place is cheap and will give you cheaper rates on a third party websites, but they won’t show the hygiene of the suite. On the maps it’s not even called WoodSpring so it can be hard to find. The suite is filthy and they don’t clean daily, they won’t clean during your stay. The sheets are dirty and so are the floors. The suites smells bad and it looked like people live there. There was a roach on inside the bathtub. The General Manager was super nice to us. I would not stay there again, but if you’re looking for a place to crash and don’t want to spend too much money and don’t care about the hygiene, this is the place for you!

Never again. Had a hotel employee come into my room without a mask on, in the middle of the day, while I was showering, just to tell me to turn off my music. I was showering with my bathroom door open like I always do so it stays cool. Playing my little portable backpack bluetooth speaker that doesn't get loud at all. The woman literally stood there with my door wide open to my room when it was obvious that I was showering. I'm also a man mind you, so sending a female employee into my room is completely inappropriate. I will never come back here again. Every other hotel or extended stay I been to has a quiet time, I've never been bothered as long as I was playing my music outside of that time. I hardly think that playing music during the middle of the day and the privacy of my room while I shower is a reason to come bother me. Absolutely petty and beyond violating of privacy.

We came to this woodsprings after staying in another woodsprings in Baytown. After 2 days of staying in the woodsprings I-10 west, the manager comes knocking at the door giving us a paper saying we needed to be cleared out before the 11th. My husband pays till Tuesday the 11th exactly. Monday the 10th the manger is again knocking on the door saying we were supposed to be cleared out. Saying we owe money. When we paid for a week exactly. My husband goes and talks with her and she says she just gave the room FOR US away. We have 2 dogs and 3 kids. My husband continues to tell her and she says we need to be gone because others need the rooms. Well the whole 4th floor was being renovated so no one was supposed to be coming to stay on that floor but they were still giving it out to people. The other 2 workers here are nasty and rude. The room we had, was full of roaches and the room smelled. Gnats flying in the hallways. The elevator barley works. None of the doors you need a room key for work you have to go to the front every every time to get into the building because the other main doors don’t open. All in all someone new needs to be running this business and it needs new workers and not just ANYONE is cut out to be a MANAGER. Sending off a family with small kids to sleep in a 4 door car with a bow car full of things to live, is horrible humanity. Disgusting

No room service! Dirty sheets! Hallways smell! Don't offer any shampoo or toiletries etc.... and shady people hanging out everywhere and let me not forget about the roaches!!!!! Yes roaches and after telling the front office no one seemed to care their only concern is taking your money for these nasty rooms that's not worth the price! If you are a clean person and want a nice room for your money then you better not go here! Make a U turn!!

Infestation of roaches.. didn't have my room with 2 beds had to pay extra for another room with a bed. Thats when we saw the roaches when we left and came back to the room. Never seen or been in a halfway house. But I wouldn't call the place Suites.. I couldn't get a refund so never again would stay there or even at another location of theirs. All the people looked sus.. I honestly would give half a star or not one at all. Don't stay there.

It's exzactly what it says it is. Although the Manager Tracy goes above and beyond!! As soon as i walk in it smells clean. Tracy is always busy!!! If she's not helping someone at front desk, she's taking care of business where business need attention. She's the best!!!! I wish there were more managers like Tracy.

Didn't have the single rooms available! (If that's true!) I had to pay an extra $10+for a double-bed not needing the other bed. You'd think they would offer the same if they were out of singles. They'd get more clients, I believe!

Overpriced.....lotza vetrans, which I highly respect. However..a.lot of migrant workers and traveling hard working people being rowdy after work. I would not suggest a single female stay here. Most of the staff are extremely unfriendly, there were half a dozen that were polite. AND they make you pay to clean your TINY room and your linens. The quality certainly DOES NOT match the price. No pool either....vending machines and coin laundry are the only plus unless you like the strong smell of illegal drugs in the air!

My room this time had a lot Of issues, the leaks thru the wall, the mildew smell, busted pipes, my "neighbors" stayed fighting & it was always ON my door.I stayed here once before a few years ago no issues.

If you want to save money and not get much in return!! This is the place for you!!! Although for the lack of items that the room offers, it should be under $50 dollars a night!!! No coffee maker, No iron!!!! Beds are small and hard, did not sleep well!! Not close to anything!! And in the back of another hotel, hard to find!! But the room was clean!!! I don't think I will stay here again!!!

I’ve worked here for four months and I would have to say personally from my stand point please don’t rent a room from here. The Manager Tracie and Kisha would wait on tenants to leave their rooms to run errands and would go inside there bedrooms to check their rooms for drugs and cigarettes ,and to see how their rooms were kept . Once they did find cigarettes or anything illegal they would evict the residents and wouldn’t care if they had kids or not. Tracie would purposely put tenants down on my list to clean their rooms just so she could ask me to check their rooms for drugs. The moment I denied to do so , was the worst thing I felt I could’ve ever did because she knick picked on me about every little thing, and made working for the company a living hell. If you’re having a hard time and looking for some where to stay until you get on your feet. Please don’t come here.
