I have been going to well groomed for years, and there is no one better than Kelly! I used to live right down the street, and now drive all the way from the heights because this is the absolute best place! The other reviews singling out Laura are unfair. It takes all different people to make the world go round.

This place is lost its attention to detail, and in fact, my last visit there they let my 8 lb Caton fall out of the crate and splat on the floor right in front of me! Would not recommend any longer. Too busy too little attention to doing good work.

The Well Groomed staff are like our family! They take such great care of our little dog and we trust them fully. Our dog attends doggy daycare here everyday, she is groomed here, and we have boarded her several times when we have gone out of town. We never worry because we know she is in good hands! If you are looking for a place to take your dog for any services—this is the place that will take care of your dog with love and care!

After a recent bad experience, I was very nervous to get my dog groomed. I was introduced to Well Groomed in passing, the person had a photo and I could not believe how beautiful and precise the cut was.I reached out to them and they were so sweet and were able to get me in that same week.I can honestly say… my dog has never been groomed this well! His cut is immaculate! He was so soft and smelled of this wonderful gentle cologne.Now, it was more then I’ve ever paid for a groom, about $130. However, the service and cut were well worth that— you are literally paying for perfection.So it’s not an issue of their pricing, it’s an issue of whether that is affordable for you or not. I will likely continue to take him there, because now that I’ve seen him look like this, I’m gonna be disappointed in anything else. I may need to take him less frequently, BUT I’ll figure it out!I am so happy with this business! Thank you!

We used to take our pup to a cheaper groomer but after our first experience here we were so impressed we are willing to pay more! Our dog is a nervous guy sometimes but he is so excited when we pull up. We do daycare the day of his groom and he is so happy when I come pick him up. He also is so meticulously groomed with not a hair out of place. The staff is fantastic and everyone I’ve interacted with has been kind and professional. If you have a poodle or poodle mix this is the place to go!!

We have been taking our 5-pound toy poodle here for the past couple years. She goes to daycare daily and still gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot. Kelly, Soñia, Laura, Rodney, Carlos, Dezirae, and many of the other employees have been very kind and love our puppy.

If I had the chance to give this boot leg place a zero I can. So let’s start with the level of professionalism that this place called. I had my daughter to called to see if we can drop off our yorkie poo and the level of attitude that the front desk gave is ridiculous. I ask her the young lady what’s the manager name she gave me attitude and said Kelly and in the background I’m hearing cursing and for this to have the stars it has it’s crazy . I will be reporting this to the hire up. all the young lady could’ve said was no or something instead of giving me attitude, but I will be settling this higher up.

We highly recommend this grooming service. We were recommended here by neighbors and our experience was wonderful. Our very scruffy Bichon Poodle looked beautiful after they took hours to brush out knots and make her look perfect. The staff are very kind as well. Thank you.

First off I was judge from the moment I walked in , gave me a hard time charged me a different price than what was listed, I over heard the lady at the desk Laura Lauren whatever talking very disrespectful to her employees and also seen abuse towards the animals , she kept referring to me as you people , and after finally getting understanding she asked me if I smoked Mary Jane which honestly I don’t know who that is …also to she took my pit home and when I picked her up she had all kinds of bumps on her I will NEVER. Bring my money or time to this place ever again

First off the facility was very well kept, very clean and welcoming. The staff had smiles on their faces for us and my little pup. The whole time making us feel confident in leaving my pup there. When we came back to pick him up, he seemed more calm and very well groomed!! Overall excellent experience I would definitely recommend friends and family for all their dog grooming needs.

WellGroomed is the only place I would trust with my dog! Every groomer there is hands-down the best in Houston! They take directions really well, and truly know what they are doing. The staff genuinely care about animals, and treat my dog like their own! I always know my dog is in good hands when I bring her there. Would recommend to all my friends and family!

Well Groomed has truly been a game changer for us and our pup! Our dog, Lily, has been going to Well Groomed since she was three months old. She loves all of the wonderful people that work at Well Groomed, and she has made many pup besties! All of the staff members are incredibly attentive and loving to all of the dogs, but they are also so welcoming and friendly every time I see them! Well Groomed makes you feel like family, and I am so happy that we were fortunate enough to find such an awesome place for our lovely Lily. We love Well Groomed!

This is the most unprofessional place ever. the fact that this place is so good on google but when you actually go there it is different . You all have these unprofessional people and when I spoke to Laura she is so rude. How you know I am not going through any mental health issues and you have a front desk lady like that, no ma’am this is ridiculous I don’t recommend no body to go there

I love this place. I have been taking my pup there for over a year now and i could not be happier with the staff and how clean the place is. You can tell they love dogs and. I really do feel comfortable leaving my dog there. I also watch Sofi play via camera while at work. I highly recommend this place for both daycare and grooming.

Wellgroomed does excellent job. The staff is so kind and caring. They care a lot about the animals. There grooming is perfect. They know a lot about grooming different breeds. I bring all three of my poodles there. They Love the daycare and swimming.

NOT HAPPY! BAD SERVICE!!!!Brought my Yorkie Poo here multiple times. They made me drop her off at 8 a.m. each time and didn't work on her till 5 p.m. each time. When I was supposed to pick her up you could see the groomer pulling my dog's neck she looked very uncomfortable and he was literally yanking on her to stay still. I wasn't very happy with the service here I wouldn't recommend it. They also lost her collar and didn't replace me with one telling me that I never brought hers when I 100% did. I just can't believe that your groomer would treat such little dog or any dog like that! I was appalled and I told him I was very unhappy and he did not care at all. Why should I leave my dog there all day for you guys just to work on her when y'all are closing? That happened each time and I know anybody is tired after work and usually don't do there best and Rush the job. So why did I drop her off at 8 a.m. basically for her to be locked in a cage all day since she is scared of bigger dogs. I tipped well, I was very nice and after seeing how they treated my dog ....they did not care at all. I thought I really liked this place but do not go there.

A lady at the dog park remarked how my good looking my Westie was despite having a groom that made him look more like a rat than a dog. I totally agreed and asked where I should take him. She recommended Well Groomed so I gave them a try. It so great to again have a dog that looks like the Westie he was born and bred to be.

Negative stars if I could. Took my standard poodle for a groom so he could take his stud photos and cut out all his Mattes before I took him. They still charged me 120$ demattimg fee. Didn't give him the right cut. Not very nice staff. Nobody watching the daycare with the other dogs. Just all around bad service.

OVERPRICED AND UNDERWHELMED!!! Please do not waste your money here. I was looking for a new groomer because I moved across town. When I was quoted an estimate over the phone I thought it was a bit pricey but went with the expectation that I will be amazed. Unfortunately I was not. Nothing special for the price. Save your money and go elsewhere. You can get the exact same hair cut somewhere else for half the price.

On top of my dog being completely shaved down and looking hideous, they cleaned their floors with bleach and let her walk on it, ruining my clothing. The staff was also not the most personable - I called to let them know what happened and was hung up on.

I’m not going to go into details, but they do not have good customer service here. Being treated the way we were treated, after all the money we’ve spent here makes my stomach turn. If I wasn’t raised right, I would have gone completely off on these people. I haven’t been here in a while and it still upsets me every time I think about them. Find somewhere else folks with better customer service.
