The manager on duty (yellow shirt, black women) will literally walk around while a line is pursuing at the self checkout and will not offer to check anyone out. Also, elderly customers were struggling with the self checkout (while people are waiting) and did not offer help. And thennn had the nerve to snap on an elderly lady because she put her coupon in the wrong place lol. DO BETTER

This Walgreens’s pharmacy is terrible!!I was in the drive-through for 45 mins went inside there was nobody in line & 3 people working!! They are very rude & they never answer the phone!! They didn’t fill my meds ! I went to another Walgreens pharmacy they fill my meds& was so nice explain my meds to me .

Ms. Peggy is such a great help every time I go into the store. I have never seen anything but a smile on her face. Also her laughter is contagious. It doesn't matter how bad of a day I am having, my mood is greatly improved when I leave because of her!

Walgreens is typically great at service and staff is normally helpful. However, this location’s pharmacy is always rushing you. I think if they just spend 30 extra seconds to listen and explain, it would provide a better experience overall.

Really bad experience in this Walgreens. An employee named Ashley was really rude. If you decide to work in a place were you know you have to deal with customers than you always have to be kind and welcoming but this lady was with an attitude and so unprofessional when helping customers.

If I could give 0 stars and leave a review I would. Unprofessional staff. Incompetent staff. Rude pharmacy staff especially the old lady giving the Covid vaccine. They almost have the first dose for the vaccine even though I scheduled online that it was my second dose. Waited an hour and a half just to get a scheduled Covid shot. Didn’t get the shot from the rude woman thinking she was going to poke me! This Walgreens needs to be closed down or a completely new staff! Definitely reporting this location to corporate for the incompetence!

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Customer service is 0. I waited at the window for the pharmacy for over 20 minutes. No one ever acknowledged that I was even there. I drove around twice. There was plenty of staff available from what I could see. I spent my entire lunch break waiting for a prescription that I needed today that I most likely won’t be able to come back to get until tomorrow.

I Took a family of immigrants in for their passport photos and Kenau was fantastic! He was patient and kind with the three little kids and worked hard to get everyone good photos.

Always great customer service. Friendly staff and an easy location to get to. They handle all of my prescriptions and late night baby needs (diapers, etc.). I've used the online photo print ordering and they come out looking like they should. No complaints.

I went in there today and for the sole purpose of getting deodorant..After looking for that section I finally find it,mind you with no help from step..But I as I get to to that department.I help help needed in shave and such and such..I didn’t ask for help..So what that tells me is that they definitely racial profiling or stereotyping..I picked up my deodorant and some snacks..Only to not even get rung up for the deodorant..So now still need deodorant.

I went there to make inquiry of over the counter drug on 02/07/18 by 5:06PM concerning my throat, and the pharmacist just spoke rudely to me. I have not seen him before, I think he is new. The previous pharmacist is very nice. For the store in general, I don't have problem shopping there.

Every time I visit this location they are very helpful and friendly. Nowadays it’s hard to come across great customer service. Hats off to Mr.Keanu! He is always patient and friendly with the customers.

Can’t believe this place never changed . this pharmacy is a rip off . $360 for a antibiotic to treat h polori same meds at costco $57 saved $303 on my pills . You also don’t need to be a coscto memeber to use the pharmacy. Plus this Walgreens pharmacy staff is rude and takes forever if they have your pills in stock . All ways long waits and never getting anything right . I though it was only me but seems like whoever is there haves a issue.

So i had an excellent experience.. Not the closest to me but considering the customer service was great will definitely be coming to this store..The lady at register asked if a mother and me could keep our kids by our side and not playing, and of course I made my son stay by me.. She was so sweet and kind about asking .. Which I appreciated a lot .. Kids are kids and adults should be polite as this lady was..The photos area usually gets me mad bc sometimes it gets a bit tricky, but oh my the guy that works there cute tall and dark guy was so extra helpful and so nice with all his customers and extra patient and friendly with my son who talks a lot ...made my day 😁

One of the best walgreens in the area, great service and the online photo option makes it easier to print pictures without having to wait in the store. The makeup section is always organized.

Pharmacy may be ok, but you have to get by sketchy customers in the store and panhandlers outside the store. Would never visit after sundown. One year later beggers are now inside the store accosting my wife for money. IIts' now too dangerous to visit

Would not give me my prescription. My id was expired, I renewed it, but I didn't carry my paperwork to prove it. It expired Nov of 19, due to CoVid I haven't gotten the renewal yet. This time, they refused to give it to me, 11 months later.

Bad experience I had ordered a birthday card online at 1:00p.mand I had got a email saying my order was ready a hour later I get to Walgreens at 4:40p.m I'm told the person that does the cards is gone for today I'm not understanding why I didn't get notified about anything . I wasted my time to go get the card something needs to be done about my bad experience with Walgreens.

2 stars is being nice and that's only because in the store you have okay service but I call the pharmacy and was put on hold for 43 minutes they kept picking up the phone and putting it back on hold finally they just hung up on ME 😡😡😡😡
