Y'all pharmacy is ridiculous!!!! Idk who owns this facility but upgrade y'all equipment immediately!!! Makes no sense every dag on day y'all computers are rebooting and the wait is extremely long in the drive thru. Its either that, or y'all never have enough of the medication needed. I know it's not the pharmacist fault but dang man. The owners don't care about their employees either and what they go through watching us customers take out our frustrations on them. I wouldn't dare work for a company like yall. Uugghh I'm aggravated

They started printing my photo orders when I got there, after the time I was told they were going to be ready.Employees are not attentive and sometimes they leave the register unattended and then there's a long line to pay.

REVIEW 4 PHARMACYthis is the worst pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life.They are SO ridiculously unprofessional.If the phone is ringing and they’re busy they’ll pick it up and hang it back up. I’ve been in line in the store before and watched them do it to someone else, so I knew that’s what they were doing to me all the previous times I’ve called and been hung up on.Tabatha is so rude and mean and her attitude is absolutely disgusting.Why have a job in Health CARE if you don’t care about people or their health?Tabatha specifically tried to deny me my prescriptions and even my doctors had to call and demand them to release my asthma inhaler that She specifically was withholding from me. An asthma inhaler, is not a narcotic, so your pharmacist cannot withhold it.She told me she would deny every refill I sent in and actually did. I submitted the same refill request 5 times before I finally had to have my doctor call and demand them to give me my medicine.I’ve officially transferred all of my prescriptions to another location and will not be coming to this Walgreens pharmacy for any reason. I highly suggest all others do the same.

Did an online order at 1:57 never got an email that it was ready. Got a text by 3 saying order was delayed. Called at four lady said to be ready in fifteen minutes never received a text or email and went to the store at about 5om still no alert. Goes into the store No one in the store workers just sitting there so I finally asked about my order It wasn't ready had to wait ten minutes. No apology was offered and they acted like I was bothering them

Waited in line for 40 minutes for the pharmacy drive through. There was one car ahead of me and one car behind me. When the car ahead of me finally moved (1 minute before closing) they had closed the blinds! Pharmacy told my wife prescription would be ready in one hour. We waited almost two hours before heading back to pick up our daughters prescription. We are only even at this location because our normal Walgreens pharmacy had to close, Louetta @ Stuebner Airline…don’t know the reason. Not the way to keep customers.

My post is show appreciation to the staff of the pharmaceutical dept. Especially MAYA - she immediately filled my husband's out of state prescription, and located my meds at a sister location. This is highly appreciated because USPS lost our package. She even offered Walgreen's special promos. She was very friendly, caring and informative. Made our experience pleasant. Thank you.

WOW. I can't believe the type of employees they have working here. They are rudest, laziest most disrespectful i have ever seen in any establishment. They all gather together on 1 counter like they are hanging out instead of working. Then they insult and laugh at customers while the customer is still there. You can tell their parents or supervisors do not teach them any maners on how to interact with people or customers. I didn't catch all their names but individuals like Jay should not even be employed if they do not want to do what they are being paid for.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for maybe over a year. This location has soo much potential to be great. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The only problem is the loitering and mess outside. I have to adjust the times i pick up my prescriptions because i don’t t like being constantly harassed for money. I do not believe they are taking action against the loiterers. I feel soo bad for the staff, especially when its time to go home.

Incompetent people at the drive thru with zero customer service not common sense. I had to wait almost an hr at the drive thru in order to obtain my prescription. They used to have two lanes open but now it’s only one and you just standing in line forever. The black girl who helped was extremely rude, started shouting at me and all of sudden walked off someone else had to help me. Thanks to Japanese pharmacist lady who stepped in to help otherwise I would’ve gone mad.

Waited in pharmacy drive thru line for almost an hour. I called before I came and was told my order was ready. When I got there it wasn't. They made me get at the end of the line and then when I made it back to the front prescription was still not ready I was told to come back the next day or to get at the end of the line again. Very poor service. This will be the last time I am using this Walgreens.

Manager straight up lying about their policies. If I want to return 52 candy bars immediately after purchasing them (without even removing the product from the shelf location) that's my business. Your policy says you can refuse any refund which I understand if it is holding up a line or inconvenienceing an employee. But to tell me "its against our policies" while walking away from me so you can look at your customers photos. Only makes me want to give money to every single homeless person in the parking lot (which there is never a shortage of but I can't blame you for that) on the condition they spend the money on your overpriced merchandise.

This Walgreens has definitely lost a customer I purchased over $25 worth of merchandise and was able to redeem one dollar of award points through the points system. Turns out that I can only receive merchandise credit if I do not like the merchandise that I purchased with that one dollar credit even though I paid over $20 in cash but yeah I can’t receive my money back due to their reward system because I redeemed a dollar literally a dollar. I already have to worry about the panhandlers in the drug users that stand in front of the location now the fact that I couldn’t get my money back just makes me realize Walgreens is not worth my money.

Avoid this place if possible. Pharmacy takes significantly longer than other locations, staff are rather apathetic, and the parking lot is constantly filled with questionable types. Last visit, there was a drunk man passed out just feet from the front entrance. There are several other Walgreens in the area, all of which are better than this one.

Every time I come here to pick up photos they are not ready! They were supposed to be ready at 4:40 pm. I got here after 5 and they had not even printed them! This is unacceptable. Get more help that care so the jobs can be done right. This place is so ghetto, they should just close down.

The worst pharmacy to get your prescription! They claim to fax things over for verification and they don't. This is Just an overall ghetto location. Also, there's a female employee who "greats" costumers by always yelling at costumers when they enter the store. She specifically points things out from you if you don't repond back (" mam in the curly hair with glasses I know you heard me, mam!") lve spoke with the store manager about her but it continues. This Walgreens needs to be shut down immediately. You can't even enter the store at night with out some homeless/ crack head asking you for money. Totally unsafe for costumers !

Been waiting to get my prescription for two weeks they kept saying my insurance didn’t cover it I called my insurance finally today and they said they have no record of them sending in any information regarding my prescription and it’s definitely covered, I am pregnant and very sick, I waited 40 min in drive thru just for the Hispanic girl to keep saying she checked it & it isn’t covered! SHE NEEDS MORE TRAINING!

Have never used this Walgreens pharmacy location but I have used the store. Went here for a return with my receipt and my debit card used to purchase a cell phone. Was told I must return to the location where I purchased it. I know that Walgreens policy does not require me to return any item to the store which the item was purchased. But for kicks I asked if that was Walgreens return policy. The managers answer, "its this stores policy." I understand you allow a ton of crackheads in your store and probably a ton of theft but it's not my fault you let those bums steal from you and loiter in your parking lot. The manager Emily was beyond rude and obviously shouldn't be employed much less a manager.

I went to pick up a prescription that my doctor had called in for me, as I approached a woman behind the counter I was told I was in the wrong side of the counter,if I had a question or I needed to pick up something I had to go to the other side of the counter (left side) I thought this was very stupid since no one else was waiting or anything so I was tired and feeling bad after being released from the hospital from giving birth, so I brushed it off and walked to the other side. There the woman ask me again in a rude manner how she could help me, I told I was there for my prescription and I was asked for my insurance information, I handed out my insurance card but she just ignored me so I just left it on the counter and as I was doing that she wanted me to pick it up again and handed it to her. I said I wasn't going to do it, and she had the nerve to ask someone else to tend to me since she wasn't going to be dealing with me being rude. This woman was terrible form the beginning and she had no consideration for me nor she knows how to treat customers.

The poor reviews were right. Pharmacy is slow and it seems like the check if insurance covers it first, as if to say, "dont make me do my job, just buy what's out there." They told me to buy the over the counter meds instead of what they would have to dispense. I needed the right dosage, though, because that medicine isnt sold for small children over the counter.

The pharmacy and its staff are horrible!!! Called to see if they carried a specific medication and was told they could not give me that kind of information over the phone so I asked “am I supposed to walk into every pharmacy in the area until I find one that has it in stock?” To which she replied “yeah”! I had already called several pharmacies in the area but they didn’t have the medication in stock and would have to order it, but that it would arrive after one week. So finally the pharmacist came to the phone and was able to tell me that they did indeed have it in stock. Once I get there I tell them that I had a number to give them from workers comp, to which she replies “well the prescription is supposed to say it’s for workers comp” by this time I had no other choice so I just chose to fill the prescription! What am I supposed to do take the prescription and tell the doctor “they wouldn’t take the prescription at the pharmacy because you forgot to put workers comp on it” like seriously? I don’t understand why they have to make it so extremely difficult for their customers to get medications that have been PRESCRIBED to them filled! I was going to put the name of the employee that answered the phone and attended me once I arrived but nah, hopefully I never ever ever have to go to this Walgreens again!!!!
