Terrible wait times and zero customer service. Went to pick up prescriptions and had two customers in front of me but the girl behind the counter was slow as molasses like she was taking a stroll through Central Park on Sunday. No eye contact with anyone not directly in front of her and mumbled when she did speak. Waited in line for 30 minutes. A ton of employees behind the counter but not one offering to get another register open and avoiding looking at the line stretching. When another employee did come back she zipped in and out. She did notice the line but didn't care enough to help out. I'd give zero stars if I could.Poor management and disinterested employees. I'm in the customer service sector and this would not be tolerated in my business.

My family, The Furlows have been shopping here & getting pharmacy needs met since they built this location. We've always had good customer service. Peek times can be v-e-r-y busy but the service is worth the wait. When having the honor of caring for mother in her last days, they were kind, didn't roll their eyes as I needed directions regarding giving medicine to mother repeated. They also were aware of I was caring for a parent in hospice and had meds on file so I could be prepared for holidays so mother didn't suffer waiting on life sustaining medicine because Drs office was closed early for holidays. I used to love shopping here. but prices are ridiculous. I'm a senior citizen citizen on a fixed income, I suffer from incontinence and was buying up until three months ago your 30 pack of overnight pads. but you've gone up like $2 dollars and I can no longer purchase them, you are not offering coupons for them either so you have lost a Loyal customer.

Zero stars if I could. The last two curbside orders I had I recieved emailes saying “there’s a delay” which understandable. I call and I’ll be on hold forever and forever and forever! Like rn! If the item is t there the. Just click “item not available “ so I can get an email saying it’s been cancelled or something!

If I could zero stars I would. I waited over an 1 hour for a 4x4 photo- for them to end up telling me they don’t have that SIZE PAPER! Also the person in front me of me was waiting longer and she sent her photo in on WEDNESDAY and they told her it’s not done and that she’d have to come back! Unprofessional staff - don’t waste your time instead drive the extra minutes to another Walgreens or just go to CVS all together .

Alex and Matthew are always very nice and friendly. They say hello as you walk in and they're very helpful as they check out. Keith was in the photo department one day as I was trying to process photos for my fathers passing. He was exactly the kindness that I needed that day. I love coming to this Walgreens, they make my day better

Very poor on COVID-19 vacination appointment times. My appointment was for 9:30 am but when I arrived the pharmacy was still shut. Automated tells me 9am opening. Clerk says 10 am. Poor communication.

The pharmacy needs some serious help. You can tell the staff is running around like headless chickens not knowing where anything is. Had to give the tech my address and DOB 3 times becauase he was trying to do many things at once. Horrible customer service.

Worst Walgreen store! There is never more than 1 person working a register at a time. That's check out or pharmacy. There can be 8 people in line and still they don't call for another cashier. They stand around and goof off but heaven forbid they actually try for speed or quality of service. I think it may be time to change pharmacy. I'm so over it.

Pharmacy: Such terrible service, always takes for ever. They never seem to know what they are doing. I rather drive an extra 15 minutes to go to another Walgreens to pick up my medicine.
