Employee's were very courteous, respectful, friendly, and kind. Got what I needed quick. Though it appeared drug deals were going on in the parking lot as I sat there 2 x today for over 20 minutes each time. Just waiting on my brother's prescriptions to be filled so for this I only gave 4 stars.

The service and service engagement has improved lots at this location thanks to a Cintia(cynthia) on the front end. I have been a Walgreens' customer since 1989 from the location that was on Fondren next to Fiesta before they moved it to the corner of West Bellfort and Fondren. There used to be a young man named Michael who was quite pleasant who worked for Walgreens for many years.His presence made us all feel welcome. I feel that way when Cintia is there. Cintia has positively impacted my store pick up orders experiences. She greets. She smiles. She engages and she gets the job done. The employees for the most part are more engaging or nice now. I cannot give a five star rating at this time, however, because of my experiences at the photo and pharmacy areas at this location. A big "Thank you" to Cintia and her team.

I came to use the western union. Kenith was working and was horrible! He did not want to help me with the western union, and as I was talking to him he walked away. Horrible customer service. If you do not like your jon as customer service please find yourself another one.

This place is well staffed with friendly and helpful pharmacists but jam-packed, with basically no social distancing. The pharmacy is so loud you have to lean around the plexiglass to talk to pharmacists, defeating the purpose entirely. All this is WITH a vaccine appointment. They should not offer as many appointments if they can't handle the volume. Great team here though.

I wish I can give this pharmacy a zero star. Worst Walgreens pharmacy ever. Staff there are very careless, slow services. I regretted choosing this location for my prescription pickup. You always have to wait longer to get your prescription. Called the pharmacy told me my prescription is ready when there can’t find it. The pharmacist told me it ready can’t find it. So ridiculous, why tell customer their prescription is ready when isn’t. Nerve choosing this location for prescriptions pick up in the future. Poor services, worst Walgreens pharmacy ever!

Walgreens sucks or the Custormer attendants don’t know what they are doing. Went there to deposit on my cashapp and she keeps saying the system won’t take the deposit. So I went to Walmart and deposited there. They need to shut down their cashapp system since the customer attendants don’t know what are doing in the cash register

The store lead “ Kenneth “ for this location needs to be a little more courteous to customers. I came in a little after 7am as I know they are open and he did not want to open the doors for me. Unfortunately I come here because it’s very close to my house and if I need something urgent I know they’re also open at 7am. I’ve never had this happened to me at this store and all other regular employees that are there in the morning are very nice and pleasant to talk to you, unfortunately not this store lead. If you don’t like your position, maybe you should consider a different one, instead of not doing what you’re supposed to do.

Absolutely horrible. Drive through takes 20 minutes. Go inside nobody at the counter they’re all acting as if they don’t see you standing there. Definitely changing pharmacies

The guy who is the store manager is extremely nice. The female cashier an older lady who has been working there for a long time could be a little nicer. There is an police officer that frequents the store and talk to her.. He stands right at the register and watch customers like a hawk. Its some what uncomfortable but besides that the store is pleasant for the most part.

This is by far the worst Walgreens I've had experience with. They seem to lose insurance information every time, the prescriptions are never ready on time, the wait in the pharmacy is always on the order of an hour. Never had these kinds of consistent bad issues with any other Walgreens, just this one. I'm about to start driving further to go to a different Walgreens just so that I don't have to deal with this location.

If I could give this location a negative star, I would. I went into this location last night, July 23rd, for one item. There were about 15 people in line waiting to check out in the front register. Usually, there will be a person in cosmetics that will check you out if you ask. When I went to look, the manager and another associate were in conversation. I asked the manager if someone was in cosmetics to check me out and she said no. That she was on her wait up to the front and I had to wait in line like everyone else. All she had to say was she was on her way up to the front to help check out. Everything after that was unnecessary. And she's the manager? I work in customer service myself and I understand that there are times when you aren't in the mood, but that is no way to speak to a customer. That woman is getting paid to be there and provide a service. And if she doesn't want to be there, she just needs to leave. She was just rude and with a nasty look on her face the whole time she was up there doing her job.

The service at this Walgreens is pitiful. You can stand in line for half an hour with only one person ahead of you. I'm not sure if they are super under-staffed or just plain lazy. This applies to the lines at the front of the store, the pharmacy counter and the drive-thru. I had a prescription to pick up and their answering service told me it would be ready for pickup by 11:00am....then I called and it said after 1:00pm...then after 3:00pm... I called after that and attempted to speak to a pharmacist and save myself an irritating visit, but the person who answered was not in the pharmacy dept and ''transferred my call to the correct department.''I got two more people picking up the phone who were not either in the pharmacy department.I ended up hanging up and going to the pharmacy in the evening only for them to tell me that my insurance wouldn't cover the cost so they assumed that I wasn't interested in them filling my prescription...Well. Well. A courtesy phone call during my doctor's normal business hours would have been nice. I had to wait until the next day to get a generic prescription sent over.Don't go here for anything more complicated than a soda that you will want to drink in three hours...

I was trying to call from out of town on behalf of my 79 YO mother to see if her prescription is ready. The person on the phone (possibly pharmacy tech but not sure) didn't have a friendly/professional tone so even though I went through all the prescriptions we needed to refill with her, her tone of voice left me un assured if she'll do the job right. These medications are critical for my mom, and she cannot skip ANY of them. The following day I called back to confirm everything was in check, unfortunately, the same person answered the phone and she reminded me that I had called her "last night". I told her I needed to confirm about the date that these meds will be ready for my mom and that's why I had to call back.A pharmacy needs to realize a lot of patients rely on these prescriptions to stay alive, and they should be ready to help out with any concerns about prescription delays that a family member may have.If you do not like helping patients and their families, then choose another field outside of health care. We have enough on our plate, and do not want to deal with your unprofessional attitude!

This place is dirty. The pharmacy is the worse I have ever dealt with. I order my scripts on my app and goTo pick them up and they never got the order. This happens all the time. They run out of meds all the time and I have to wait sometimes up to a week to get my meds.

So aggravated with this Walgreens, specifically the pharmacy department!!!The service and hours are inconsistent. The pharmacy hours listed on the Walgreens site does not correspond to their actual hours, which can be very inconvenient.Recently, I have been trying to get an override request submitted since I'll be traveling abroad and won't be able to fill my prescription internationally, and my insurance only covers monthly prescriptions. I talked to three different pharmacists about my situation, each giving me different instructions/information. They refused to contact my insurance company and stated I needed to submit the request and attain approval prior to the call...which is bogus. Only the pharmacy are able to submit the request and attain approval. Instead they wasted my time and had me play telephone tag between them and my insurance company. Ugh.

The employees and management are polite and helpful. They have a good selection of Merchandize and carry products you may not be able to find at other locations. Here's my reason for only giving them three stars. This location has a serious problem with vagrants, drug addicts, and panhandlers loitering at this location. I don't feel safe picking up my prescriptions there or shopping there, because the loiterers are usually strung out or appear to be mentally unstable. I have reported the problem to management and they will go out there and shoo them off, but it is usually ineffective. They come right back on the premises about an hour later. I will be taking my business to another location. Hopefully they can hire a security guard to stand by the entrance and patrol the property.

Went in Monday December 4th around 8 pm for a quick second to grab ice cream and popcorn for a movie night . When I walked towards the cash register two employees where sitting there having a regular conversation the lady on the register and another lady on the other side I stood there about 30 seconds just waiting for them to finish when decided to finally be done the lady walked away and the other girl started to scan my items. She didn’t have a name tag on if She did I would CALL HER OUT ON HERE she not once looked up at me to say hello or anything it was very rude I was very upset i felt like I was bothering her when it’s HER JOB to give good customer service I’m pretty sure no one will even read this because they obviously don’t care about their customers but for the people reading this make the extra drive and go to cvs

Won't use their Photo department again...ever. Ordered a photo book and framed canvas print and both had to be redone. Photo book had pages mounted off-center in the book and canvas photo had corners cut with scissors and looked really ragged at the corners. Went to pick up new framed canvas and even though they did a better job with the wrapping of the corners it wasn't stretched very tightly so it has waves in it. Got home and saw that they didn't even mount the hanging hardware on the frame. They have two people in the photo department who supposedly know how to do this work but they certainly aren't showing that they can handle the tasks.

I was just there a few minutes ago the cashier trying to charge whatever she wants for a Nivea cream and got mad because I ask for my money back she was on the phone and no paying attention to what she was doing. I called to the store and I’m sure she answered the call and just hang out on me. She don’t know about costumer service plus she told me to get out of the store just because I ask for my refund because she was overcharging me.

I have diabetes and my sugar was very high i just needed one pill until the pharmisist was very rude refused to serve me didnt believed i had diabetes until ran my name and still refused to give or sell me one. A very terrible pharmisist she from another country hate blacks.I advise no blacks to never let her fill a prescription for them.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years and the service was always just so so. Chris in the pharmacy department was awesome. His customer service was spectacular, very helpful and very informative. Thanks Walgreens for hiring him for the Walgreens where I shop and get all my medications.

They took 30 mins to just take my prescription and they told me they would call me when it was ready. 2 hours later nothing so I went just to get told it will take 15 mins (they hadn't filled it yet) to drive around and park for 15 mins. When I told her I dropped it off 2 hours ago she said ok just drive around. Of course their is a carin front so I've been waiting 20 mins... never coming here again. Worst pharmacy ever!

They charge me $12 for a tiny little bottle with acetaminophen they told me it was not covered for my insurance, but when I called the insurance they told me is because the pharmacy can give the generic product who is covered but sometimes they prefer don't do it because they have contracts with other companies and the costumer pay the cost.Inside the store they have plenty bottles with acetaminophen for the double of size for $7.49 each one.

Came to pick up some photos I got online that have been ready for a few days. I get to the counter and the guy at the photo center is with a customer so I wait and when he's done with her he walks away even though I'm standing right there so then I'm like excuse me sir I was trying to get some pictures and he tells me Lopez and I happened to be Lopez and he says yeah your photos are printing. Mind you he didn't even ask me for the order number. He eventually changed something on the printer and didn't know what he was doing so he just called for back up and walked away so unprofessional.

A call for help in cosmetics came over the intercom less than 5 minutes after I was looking at the eyelashes. I was the only person in cosmetics at the time and I had NOT CALLED FOR ASSISTANCE. I left that store feeling EXTREMELY discriminated against as well as confused, because not only was I a regular customer, the makeup department was usually the first place I went.
