Our Fur-daughter’s (Heaven) new home for grooming!!!I was very anxious looking for a new home to fulfill our grooming needs as our previous groomer’s (of 8 years) service changed for the worse.When I called, I was immediately greeted with pleasantry, and all my questions were answered with patience and understanding.We set an appointment that went really well. I was left surprised that my elder Shih Tzu who is partially blind adapted so quickly with comfort.Needless to say, we have found our new home!

I recently took Toby to Simon's Paws, and I have to say that it was one of the best pet grooming/vet experiences I've ever had. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, and they clearly love what they do. What really impressed me was the fact that Simon's Paws is not only LGBTQ+ friendly and women-owned, but they go above and beyond to create a safe and inclusive environment for all. I felt so comfortable and at home there, and I know that Toby did too. Overall, I would highly recommend Simon's Paws to anyone looking for a pet grooming/vet place that truly cares about their furry babies. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

I used to be afraid of taking my dog to any groomer but after doing some research, I found a great place. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to me. The owner even provided a sample of shampoo before I had to buy anything! The people there are very friendly, and answered all my questions that made me let go of the anxiety of letting someone treat my dog. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Made an appointment with this groomer when I arrived I was told you’re not on the schedule. I showed her and explain to her. The appointment was made on Saturday. She stayed well. I can’t see you no way very rude. Unprofessional stated everybody called in I can’t do nothing for you attitude was very, very ugly did not try to reschedule or apologize for the inconvenience. I would never go back because it’s very unprofessional and she stated she was the owner very rude and ugly maybe because I’m a black woman and feels like I can be rude could at least apologize for the inconvenience. Maybe she feel’s it okay because she stated I am part owner with my mom

We took our pups here for boarding in Feb. and they took such great care of them! It was so cute to see pictures/videos of them being loved on with belly rubs and pets. When we went to pick them up, they seemed so happy and didn’t want to leave!

Love how understanding they are. My fur babies are very picky with people and with this being their first time getting their nails trimmed by someone other than me they were NERVOUS. Luckily the staff there genuinely understands and try’s their best to accommodate them. In the end i know my pups will be coming back after they shared a smile.
