DO NOT go here. This store does not care about you nor the animals they sell they just care about money. I went in there to buy duck feed and seen the horrible conditions the geese and bunnies were living in. The heat lamp was so close to the geese if you reached your hand out it would burn you. I ended up purchasing a goose because of the poor condition he was in & i felt bad. He was the smallest so all the others were pulling his feathers on his back and picking on him. His back was raw and he was weak. I was asking the owners before buying him will it be okay or what would i need to get. I was told to put him in a small warm bath to help his back and he would be okay. The goose randomly ended up passing away TWO DAYS LATER. So i called to see if i could get it replaced or my money back and they denied due to “it being my fault because i didn’t care for him well” i have two ducks ive raised this isnt my first rodeo ik how to care for them but somehow its my fault?? When i called to ask, the owner was extremely rude to me informing me it was my fault and i had to buy another. When i hung up on her she then called me back to tell me how i was rude and didnt listen to her, when i then hung up AGAIN a coworker called me back and told me to call the better business bureau because the constantly get complaints of how their animals die 1-2 days after purchasing & they wont do anything about it. The condition they keep the animals inside is just ridiculous and inhumane. I do not recommend coming here and will never return.

I should have read the reviews before buying from this place. I bought a bunny rabbit from this place and even bought a 25 pound bag of food pellets. My husband went the next day to get all that the bunny needed and 2 days later he died.I called about their 30day policy and they said once it leaves the store there’s nothing we can do about it. Their bunnies are kept in very badly kept cages and very sick. I know they knew my bunny would die soon yet encouraged me to buy a sack of food and the bunny wouldn’t even finish a hand full before it would die. Never will I buy another animal here again.

I was told of a 30 day policy that if my rabbit died. I had it for four days it’s dead now. Gayle told me false information and lied to me about the rabbit being sick. The sad thing is I have emailed and called the store and then they threatened us with calling the cops on us for harassment. I hope this place burns to the ground and someone shoots gayle. Because she deserves to be fired for telling me that rabbits only eat pellets when I’m fact that’s 10% of their diet. Yeah go ahead and buy an animal from here give it to your kid and when it dies and you try and get that 30 day refund they will deny you of it. I hate this place and everyone who works in it. My girlfriend preformed cpr on her to try and save her. And no one there cares.

It was my first visit and I needed to pick up chickens. The staff at the counter are very direct. If you are new to going to feed stores and have questions don't go during prime hours. They have live stock (Chickens, chicks, rabbits and roosters). I didn't explore the whole store so they may have more. I bought live chickens to lay eggs and they put them in a brown paper bags. If you plan to travel far I would suggest to bring a box or something to transport. They staff was fast and direct.

Bought a bunny from here and it died 1 day later and I feed and did everything I was supposed to do with the bunny and still thought it was my fault but now looking at these reviews of other people bunnies and rabbits dying……makes my truly believe it’s this place fault.!!!!

This is not a fancy store. It is not a store for the novice pet owner, but if you know what you want, they have it. From pet rabbits to horses, they have it at good prices. I went because the fleas were eating my fur baby alive. She was so miserable even though I bought her flea shampoo and gel to go down her back. A friend with two dogs told me about CapSheild. Gave her a bath the same night and the pill which goes by weight. Came in the next day after yard time without incident. Any found on her are dead once they bite. In general tjey tend to just stay clear and not bite at all. Do be careful and consult with a vet before you buy. This medication is prone to give dogs seizures if they have a history seizures. The store itself looks like a barn and somewhat smells like one due to the multitude of feed for very small animals like baby chickens, rabbits to big ones like dogs or horses. Rabbits were for sale the day I went there...incredibly cute, along with the conversations between parents and kids about the responsibility of taking care of a pet. Those kids heard nothing but "okay, you can have it". 🤣 Prices are good, staff are curtious and helpful when you need assistance.

Went to rays and bought a bunny it died 2 days after so I went back and told them and all they did was take it to the back and throw it then told me to pick another one. I took the offer and got another one and it also died a couple days after. ALL THE BUNNIES THEY SELL ARE SICK AND NOT TAKEN CARE OF PROPERLY.

The customer service is awesome!!! The guys loading up are really professional and nice. I think employees like them should get a raise... People come back for the awesome service and now a days not many employees care about great customer service.

Gale the world we have very bad customer device for her to be a an employee. I experience her being very impatience while another employee was helping an elders woman. Gale rudely interrupted the employee to ask her a price. Which i said she helping a customer. Gave replied i have a customer. Ma’am you’re very rude if you work here you should know the prices yourself. How you expect someone to stop with their customer to wait on your at your requests. She didn’t even care. I will find another store to visit because this was horrible. And i refuse to keep spending my money to get her employed

We purchased two baby bunnies in April. One died the following morning and the second the next day. They were clearly sick. When we called them, they said, once you leave, they are your problem. $50 worth of bunnies that didn't last 24 hours. I highly don't recommend.

The # 1 feed store accordingly to the owner. I needed some worm medication for my 3mnth puppy they a rude over dramatic cashier that need assistance or retrained to deal with customer relations if you have to disrespect 😤 you need to find another field of job other than that incident great feed store I must say !!

I buy all my chicken feed and rabbit feed there, along with some hay. They also sell animals. They have shots and pills 💊 for your dogs.

The staff has always been very short and don't expect a smile or anything like that when you choose to shop here. I recently bought 12 hens from them. They were sick and now one has died and looks like the rest will to despite giving then antibiotics. When I called the store to tell them about it they said that the chickens they sell aren't sick and they wouldn't replace the dead ones. I will never buy animals from this place again.

Quick trip in and out. I love that they dtay staffed with helpers to load up your feed bags for you. And this is THE ONLY place ive found in the 6 years living down here that has LIVE MINNOWS and for CHEAP. Worth the half hour drive just for the bait, honestly.

Ok, these guys are simply the best to work with. They not only are professional, but fun, fast and efficient, educational to the T if you don't know your stuff, but can recommend some products based off special needs. I've been going to them for years, and my daughters learn something new everything we go. Great job seriously guys!!!

I was looking for baby geese and a lady told me that she would reach out to me once they would get some more. I wish I could pick them but another lady was picking them but maybe it’s their store policies. I’m super Glad they called me!!! I do recommend this place!

5 stars for the staff there ... Now if your looking for a feed store that seems to be stuck back in time ... Which I love by the way ... This is the place ... From the creaking wooded floors to the rocks on the parking area ... Now they could do better on sum of the prices ... Now those will remind u ... Ur in the 21st century ...
