Just bad scheduling practices. Dropped off at 1230 they said 3-4 hrs. Called at 430 and they said it wouldn’t be until 6. Had to pick her up since we made plans based on the earlier time frame.There’s another review on here saying the same thing. So I’m not a one off.Just sad to have our dogs in cages for no reason other than lack of good business processes.

Jewel is the absolute best groomer. She has a great positive attitude, and demonstrates pure love for the dogs. She remembered my dog’s name after I hadn’t been there in 6 months!

Bad service and no consistency between online booking and actual service. Groomer called at last minute to reschedule to a different day because there wasn't enough volume -- but apparently there's enough volume that they have to keep your dog waiting in a cage for 5+ hours for a simple bath and nail clipping. The website falsely said 1-2 hours max, in-person they said 5 hours and still exceeded that. Spend your money elsewhere.
