I don’t always write reviews for stores that I visit on a regular basis, but after the great customer service tonight, I thought I would sing my praises. Over the years, I’ve had several animals, and lots of foster animals as well as numerous rescue animals so I am not a stranger to pet stores. I buy all types of products depending on the animals and care that I need to provide. So I’m familiar with the store layout and the items they stock. My 17-year-old cat started exhibiting symptoms that indicated he isn’t feeling well. By Saturday night, I decided I should go and pick up a few products to help get us through the rest of the weekend. It was a late on a Saturday night when I arrived at the store. They were closing within 15 minutes. As I walked in, I assured the employees that I was going to hurry and was aware that they were only open for a few more minutes. As it was the weekend, I’m sure the employees were tired, and just wanted to get home, but they welcomed me, we’re friendly, and even helped me with a few products that they had to go get themselves from the back they were very kind to me assuring me that it was OK and not to worry that I was holding them up. so much is going on in my life right now, and things are more stressful than usual. I was grateful for the smiles, kindness, and positive attitudes that the employees gave during my visit. This was a day that I needed something like this, and they.They didn’t disappoint

They have a good variety of goods for pets. I have a cat and he eats wet food from here. They have a good variety of things for cats, pretty much anything i need i can find hereI do wish they had high- sided litter boxes with a low entrance area. Animals are also up for adoption. The workers are always helpful and friendly

We've purchased the 75 &125 aquarium combos and we're very pleased so far. Yes, the stands are particle board but we're just being careful with what we do and try not to get them wet. And if we get it wet we clean it up immediately. If it was solid wood, I imagine the price would be sky high.Also they have a lot of cool decorations with great specials like buy one and get the next one at 50% off. Customer service has been great every time we've went. Five stars all around.Posted some pics. On the 75 gallon we used the light fixture but we put in our own lights. The picture of the 125 is cloudy because we just got it set up. I know it's not the best picture but hey. All the decorations inside are from PetSmart on both tanks.

At least she lived through it. My Yorkie was not groomed, she was butchered! No square face as I requested, & her "lamb body" looks like leg warmers on a stray goat! Uneven is an understatement for her hacked up coat! Supposedly she was shampooed/conditioned, but she smells like she was just rinsed & blow dried without any soap at all! Of course, the groomer was no where to be found & I wasn't allowed to see her until AFTER paying! I was even forced to pay an extra $10 fee because my 5 lb puppy was "difficult to handle"! REALLY??! A 6 month old puppy"s first visit to the groomer SHOULD be difficult! DO NOT allow these amateurs anywhere near your puppy!

The lady in the fish department would not sell us a fish she was rude and seemed to be a racial. Very unprofessional I will not be going back better off going to Petco.

I absolutely love the Groomers. They were so good with the pets. The staff was amazing. My G-puppy Duke was good and tired after his day at the spa.

Dog salon area is horrible bring my dog here for a gland extraction. They always claim nothing comes . .young inexperienced people.stay away from the 1960 and 45 location.wish I could give you zero stars .will never come back horrible.place

The guy at the checkout (3/3/24 @ 120pm) didn't want to honor the 50% item I was attempting to purchase. There was an end cap with a large sign on all 3 sides that said "Items on this endcap are 50% off". He said "If I can't see it, I can't give you the diacount. Did you take a picture? Cuz I can't keep up with these different sales." Super rude.

Absolutely no care about their jobs or passion, false advertising present as they can't keep up with their displays. Just got to Pet Co. It will be worth it as I'll never return here even after talking to "management"

Visited this petsmart to find some doggie aspirin and just so happened to find these cute holiday toys as well. My Dallas loves them already can’t wait to find them in shreds in the morning 😅😅

Worst experience I ever had. Like other reviews you have to go pay before seeing your pet because I would have protested. My dog was butchered , not even close to any type of professional work. I need a number to write to the corporate owner’s. This is horrible. It’s not about the price which was unreasonable for the work done it’s about my dog being butchered with long hairs sticking out and clipper blotches on his head and body! OMG. Actually a 1 star is too much. My dog was beautiful going in and wreck coming out. I cried . Worst EXPERIENCE EVER

Always nice here; always clean; just did Santa photos and it was adorable; the vet there always lets us weigh our dogs to see how big they are getting; only thing we haven’t tried yet now is the groomers. It’s a great location.

I want to share my personal experience, I'm not trying to be a heater... I took my dog for a grooming service, I never had a problem with him, but this time was different they didn't finished his haircut because they said my dog tried to bite them, I know my dog and he is very friendly, his hair was very long I know!! But I don't think is the fist dog like him, when I go to picked his up he looked so strange, usually he is happy to come back home, and in top of that had some hematomas on his ears they are healingvery slowly. The lady told me is normal but I don't think it is! I had a very bad experience on this location ... 😕

Logan who was very rude to me when I try to come by something and he PUBLICLY EMBARRASSED ME by turning me down cause I had a large bill I felt like that was very discriminating and I will be reaching out to corporate it’s the way you talk to people if you would had came at me in a customer service way I wouldn’t be writing this review but you came at me very rude .

Clean. But what would you expect when democrats are trying to kill the economy.Anyways, everyone was helpful and seemed almost glad a guest was there.What Surprised me is that they have live plants and good substrates available for Aquascaped planted aquariums.Not all plants, or hardscape pictured were purchased from PetSmart, and the tanks bacteria bed is only 3 weeks old, so system is not prepared to support life yet.Note to all new hobiest.. take special note to very last sentence on bacteria. Rule of thumb is 6 weeks with proper attention to growing the first inhabitant of any aquarium system. You jump the gun on this one and just plan on dumping money into the system due to a lack of patience. Good luck :)

They tell me they do whatever i want on my dog they did more that i ask. They make look so beautiful and sexy at my dog. Thank God i take away my dog from PetCo they want to cut the whole hair i get mad and I bring my dog to PetSmart and more chip more nice people and excelente job i love the work they did and all the time on contact with me to let me know of the progress. From now on my dogs are coming here. Live it. The black dog PetSmar did a great job excellent the white dog i could not pick on time from Petco so they did a bery bad work very very bad. She was supposed to be like the black dog when he called me he was going to cut whole hair at the black one to i get mad and i pick my dog to late for white dog that was when i pick my black dog to Petsmart and they did great job. Thank you Petsmart.

Took my two Yorkies to get groomed one of them came out halfway decent the other one his cut is terrible my dog had long hair and I wanted to keep it like that they gave him the shortest cut ever they got rid of his beard. I will never be there again

Horrible, honestly if I could rate this location/ store front a ZERO, I would. It was digraceful as soon as I exited my truck with my husband and 2 young children. I initially looked past the others screaming in the parking lot up by the front doors.My family has recently rescued 3 red eared sliders and a 3 year old boxer. We have spent well over 2k in other locations.Anyhow we walked in and there are no carts at ALL. I asked the female front end employee and with ZERO customer care, her reply was, "Were busy and there are no more available". I looked at ky husband and replied to her, " You mean you are too careless and lazy to not only realize the lot outside is riddled with all of them nor go fetch them from the parking lot? She immediately returned with pure ignorance tipping it off with more attitude. We walked out to go to the Woodlands location for another 50 pounds of river rock, a turtle heater, as well as a new sucker fish for our column tank. Tuesday at that location and the MOD were truly grateful and pleasant to interact with.

My big girl won't let me or my husband cut her nails, but the lady at The Grooming station knows just how to calm her down enough to get her nails cut. They also recommend the deSheeding Ultra Premium shampoo and conditioner to help control her excess shedding. Very good service with nice helpful people.

My fur baby loves this place. The store is always stocked to the rafters with new and exciting toys, treats, training tools, and fun, stylish accessories. The staff is very attentive and super knowledgeable.The grooming salon is fabulous! They are great at following directions and the way they handle the pets is amazing. Puppies and senior pets alike are handled with extreme care. This is one of the best teams you will find, don't miss an opportunity to see for yourself!

If your dog is sick, please don’t take it here. Find a real vet, this place is just for yearly shots. I spent 800$ all they did was give her an IV, test her for Parv and sent her home. Said she’d be fine in the morning. She didn’t make it through the night. RIP Dory. 🙏🏽

Alway come here for our pets supplies and support our local rescues teams. This is where we found our adopted kitties as well. It was Mr. Willie Hill that work endlessly with smart Rescues team helping and devoting to save and fosters animals in need. Thank you for you done.

No staff insight. Customer Service from the 1 person in the store 🙄 the cashier. Who was not friendly. But also not rude was just there.I felt like I was in a store with a robot.2 stars is only because I was able to get the food I went for & location.

Love going to the pet store for all of my babies, but I can say that this PetSmart is unfortunately one of my least favourites.Time after time again, I come in for crickets and get a lot (normally about 150 total). They happily get the crickets for my, but they put them in a small bag with a tiny piece of cardboard. Now, I don't drive far, so I don't expect many to die on the way home. But as a previous pet store employee, who had to bag crickets, it's unacceptable to put them in a bag like that. Most of the crickets will suffocate each other and die. In my experience, I see it every time there's too many crickets in a bag. With temperatures going up, more will die.Please, think before you offer people services, because reptile owners don't come to get dead crickets, they need live ones for their picky reptiles.

I had THE BEST experience adopting my kitty from this place. The employees were very knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly, the store was super clean and organized, and the adoption process was just so quick and straight forward. Also, my experience buying stuff from the store was great. I very much vouch and recommend this place for adoptions and pet supplies.
