If you need help with training for your dog, look no further. Sylvia is so incredibly talented, caring, and personable. My energetic puppy was a little too reactive to handle group classes, so we have been working with her one on one, and I am not exaggerating when I say it’s been a life-changer. It feels amazing to go from being terrified to take my dog out in public to feeling confident and in control. We both just adore Sylvia and appreciate all she has done for us. Shout out to her and all the caring staff members who have gone out of their way to be helpful and welcoming (Chloe loves to visit Shane at the cash register too 😜).

Wish sending negative stars were possible. Went in today to get some supplies and found myself in the worst customer experience I have had in 3 years living in the US. Cashier asked me if I wanted to enroll to their program, asked for my name, I said it and even gave him my driver's license so he could register me correctly. Even with my document in hand and me spelling my name he got it wrong. I asked him to correct it and was aggressively replied with "does it really matter?" Yes, sir. Someone's name does matter. It is part of who I am. I get that you do not care but then I do not need to care about your business either and will certainly never come back. Incredibly rude attitude, the most unprofessional and aggressive I have ever had to put up with. In the end he was not able to register me anyway, I paid and left, but actually was so humiliated that just went back and returned the items. I have seen entitled and bully customers but entitled and bully associates is a first-timer. Utterly disgusted.

I am disappointed with Rosa. I asked if she could ring me up because of how long the lady ahead of me was taking, and because of how heavy the bag of dog food I was purchasing was, and she would not. She continued to make small chat with her co-worker. First bad review I’ve ever had to leave in my life.

No complaints after visiting this location.This Petsmart had friendly service, lots of animal options, cute pets up for adoption, and a lot of things available to buy for your pet. Rather well organized. Smelled decent for a pet store. Prices seemed to be reasonable, although I’m not well versed on what pet supplies usually cost. If you have a pet this is a nice place to get supplies.

Great atmosphere and selection of products for new pets! My fiance and I brought in our new cat and loaded him up with all the necessities, Finding everything we needed and then some. Unfortunately our happy energy was quickly dissipated by the bald white guy at the check out counter. He politely asked if I wanted to sign up for a membership, I declined, then he scoffed at us and snickered to himself and berated us for "adopting a cat and not signing up for a membership". Saying passive aggressive remarks under his breath (behind a mask) while ringing us up and aggressively slamming our items on the counter. Very very sour feeling after that exchange and we left hurriedly.

The man at the cash register, whose name is Shane, is the worst person I have ever met in my life. I asked him for help so that he could call me someone to help me choose a fish since the day before I had bought some and the man He treated me like an animal and raised his hand and told me to go to the fish area because a person was going to arrive, but 20 minutes passed and no one ever called me. I came back and approached him and the man just told me to go there again with him. hand and telling me to go there with attitude. He shouldn't work there. I also saw attitude towards the other people who were in line. The only good thing I can say about this PetSmart is the black-haired manager, she is a loving person and is very polite, she does her job very well. not like mr SHANE

Ordered items from door dash. The pet greens wheat grass and catnip both said many in stock. Turns out the catnip was actually out of stock so it really put me in a spot because I only got half of the grass I needed to plant in the planter I bought for this. Plus wasted delivery fee and tip!!!!!! Stop putting items online that you don't have!

Have to commonly come for pet supplies. I’ve had a mixed experiences with some employees being rad and some being super rude. The saddest part is the complete negligence of the aquarium area. There’s commonly a lot of dead fish left in the tanks. This past trip I saw a filter filled with dead fish. The beta area always looks super sad and there’s a lot of dead fish in the cups. This is animal abuse and really disheartening. I wish whoever takes care of aquarium area had more knowledge on proper care. I realize that’s mostly due to the company not training properly, but at the expense of an animal.

Always great selection of items for my cat and the cashier was very helpful in explaining my coupons and how they worked or why they didn't work. The only reason it gets four stars is because three associates on the floor looked at me and walked off or turned around so they weren't facing me.

I love this location! It usually always has good variety of aquatic life. Today I went in looking for an ADF and there were none in tank. I asked the girl working that section if by chance they had any. She actually looked and went to the back and brought some out for me to select which one I wanted. She was very helpful and wish she had a name tag so I could properly thank her. Will def. be returning to this location in the future.

This Petsmart retrofitted into a really old building had everything I needed that I didn't have to go elsewhere, including the long fin glo tetra in all the colors I was specially looking for. Only thing they needed to do was replace the water in some of their betta cups, (took off a star) they looked pretty sad.

Rude cashier staff, when I said I didn’t want to add my phone number or email and create a rewards account since I don’t shop here often the cashier became rude and argued with me on if I have dogs it’s not smart not to have an account.

Took my shitzu to be groomed ! Worse experience ever didn’t realize till I got home her paw was bleeding from being cut ! An the hair cut was awlful nothing the same length at all was to cut a4 Blade an Marisol commented when I picked her up that she had lots of puppy energy yes but you are portraying to be a professional! Never will I ever go there again ! It will probably take a good two months to get her where she can have a even cut !

They were out of the one thing I needed: Oxbow Essentials.The pictures are the other options they still had available.The staff was very helpful, but the store needs to stop selling animals.Adopt don't shop!

These hair groomers traumatised my dog. His grooming appointment was supposed to last 4 hours. They were not even close to finishing him up when I pulled at 5 hours since they started. The haircut is uneven, the matts promised to be brushed out are still there, and my dog is exceptionally lethargic. The groomer's excuse was that my dog did not like the hairdryer. As a repeat customer, I was hoping not to be lied to as my dog doesn't mind getting groomed or the hairdryer.

Petsmart has been a great place for me to take my pet cat. It's located alongside Trader Joe's and is across the street from many shopping and dining establishments. The area, on the intersection of Alabama and Shepherd, is usually very busy, but fortunately adequate parking is available almost all the time. Petsmart has offices for Banfield, which is the veterinary service I use for my cat, and they have a large store filled with all manner of pet supplies, exotic or unusual pets, and animals being cared for while waiting for adoption. I've used Banfield and Petsmart for over 10 years now. My cat was adopted as the last survivor of his litter, as all his brothers and sisters were smushed by cars within a few weeks of their birth. Fortunately, a kind person picked him up when he was meowing and wandering around and brought him to my place of work. He was about 8 or 9 weeks old at the time. I saw him after work, and after a weekend at home, he was all mine! Banfield has taken good care of him, and for approximately $31 a month offer a very comprehensive plan covering just about everything a cat could need. Petsmart offices and products are high quality, and the staffers and veterinary staff are very courteous and professional. Now after 10 years of visits, my kitty is a veteran and knows just what to do when I take him there for his checkups, vaccinations, and comprehensive yearly visits. He says meow to all reading this!

People take in their dogs shopping here. Some of the pets are so friendly which means they are well trained. Besides food there are so many toys for them. Really like this location and the friendly salespeople. How about a toy for your pet?

Not busy, very clean, friendly staff. Worst part is parking ... even though they share a huge parking lot in back, the main store at the strip mall is Trader Joe's, whose patrons have difficulty parking between the lines.

I only bring my pets here for grooming because Quentin is THE best with poodles and my Yorkie always looks precious! I highly recommend him.
