The first thing I'm going to say is thank you Pet Paradise for taking care of my pet. Today was the second time I brought my pet to this place, most of the time he is with me, my wife or my mother but because in recent days we have been very busy we have had to resort to other options. I want to share with you the photos of my pet Coco being very happy in this place, I have no complaints to make about this place, it looks reliable and I can assure you that the employees will give you the love and affection that your pet deserves. Thank you Pet Paradise for taking care of our puppies and giving them incredible fun. If you want your pet to have a wonderful day, take your pet to Pet Paradise.

I took my dog here for spring break. She is usually anti social but she enjoyed her stay. She even played with some other dogs. As an added bonus you can schedule pickup/dropff outside of business hours. I will definitely bring her back.

Highly recommend the is facility . Staff is super friendly and very attentive . My dog , Frida has boarded there twice and they always give us call with updates . She is a shy / reserved dog and they put her with calm dogs which made her feel more comfortable . I definitely feel that she was happy to be there . Besides that , the place is very clean . We finally have found a place that our fur baby is being take care of while we can go on vacations . Thank you !

Our lil diva Dandy loved this place. She was an old, cranky, and needy dog and they definitely met her needs. She did well in the indoor/outdoor rooms so she could have her privacy but also speak her mind when she wanted to. I like that they had a very specific form on how the pet takes their medications, which gave me the confidence they would administer meds correctly. The convenience of this place was the best thing, being right next to Hobby airport.

We love Pet Paradise! They do such an amazing job taking care of our dog when we're away. They're great about early dropoffs and late pickups and have always been flexible when travel issues arise. Our dog always comes home happy and tired too!

My husband and I have been going to Pet Paradise for many years. Our latest addition to the family makes it very difficult to trim her nails, but their groomer is a magician! All the staff members we have spoken to have been wonderful.Thank you to EACH and EVERY ONE of YOU for taking such great care of our babies. 💙

I take my little monster Bailey to doggie daycare they are so good to her. The staff is friendly. They give updates on her day ... truly amazing. I feel very comfortable knowing she is with them. And the end of the day - she's exhausted!

If their faces don't tell you how much they enjoyed themselves at Pet Paradise, I don't know what will. I will definitely recommend Pet Paradise to anyone that's looking for a place to board their babies or the day camp. I felt at peace leaving them with a professional, caring team. I would definitely bring them again without a doubt. Easy access to Hobby airport and no hassle check in/ check out!! 10 stars if i could!!!!!

I really love and appreciate dropping my 2 pups off at Pet Paradise. They are able to stay together and they have a really great time. They come back home tired, but super happy. I have had negative interactions with boarding before so I am glad that my pups love this place!The only thing I would like clarity on is the price of the boarding and the official pick up time before I am charged again. When making the reservation we were quoted with one price, and then upon pick up it was another. The amount was less, but it's nice to be clear what we are going to pay ahead of time.

I have been leaving my Julibell since 2019 when I had to go out of town or sometimes just daycare. I have never had a problem and loved how she comes home so happy. She had been there from July 16 to July 23. When i went to get her I knew she was not feeling well. She was tired and had a horrible cough. The staff told me she didn't eat well. I noticed she had lost weight. I took her to the vet and she had a respiratory infection. No one noticed she was ill. At the Vet's in Her stroller.

This will be my furbaby 2nd time boarding at this place. She didn't come home depressed. We boarded her at other resort before(can't tell the place), she came back depressed and slept for whole 2 days. I am so glad I found a great place that lifts up my worries if I have to travel. Booking experience was pleasant. They emailed me her pics(Love it) and came home with a "pawgress card". Thank you for taking good care of our furbaby!

We boarded Jessie on Christmas and New Year time. She stayed there for 6 weeks and I think she was really happy! Every week we received a lot of photos with her. There are a big swimming pool, everything very clean and the staff really very friendly!!! Pet Paradise, thank you so much!!!!

Pet Paradise Hobby is simply fantastic! In the 7 years I have had my dog I have never left her with anyone other than family members. I was super nervous to leave her with someone else when no one was available to watch her for a last -minute trip. My dog has allergies so she required a few extra instructions. The staff was simply amazing. The groomer did an excellent job with her as well. My dog came home so happy and tired! I have no hesitation about leaving her there again. Thank you Pet Paradise!

Both of my dogs seemed like they had a good time during their stay at Pet Paradise Houston Hobby. I made me comfortable to leave them because there is access to check on my pets online. They were able to share a kennel together and it also had access to the outside so the could potty.

Bad experience with them ... I will never let my dogs stay there again .... my both dogs leg got hurt and they didn’t let us know ... keep let them stay on the concrete ... I ordered bath before pick them up ... but smell bad and they didn’t even cut the nails ... poor quality not responsive not professional!!! Now I have to take my dog to bath and hospital to check my dogs leg...

Pet Paradise was awesome! Unfortunately, our dog being a rescue dog began to have flashbacks while there and became upset from not being with her family for a few days but the people at pet Paradise were patient and understanding with her while doing the best they could and they notified me by phone that she was not happy. Its a real nice place with accommodations that have both inside and outside options for your pet to choose from their own kennel and all dogs are taken out for 20 minute breaks at least twice per day. They even have a swimming pool for them to play in. If you're worried about your dog not getting along with others you can choose to have your dog only be taken out alone. Very large play areas for them and lots of obvious pet lovers to take care of them. If you'd like to monitor your dog by live video cam from wherever you are at this option is also available. Highly recommend them and they are conveniently located near Hobby Airport if you are about to travel.

They always take great care of our babies! We love the “report card” at the end of how their time was, who they played with, and their favorite things to do! We gladly drive, sometimes over an hour out of the way, to bring them here every time we need to go out of town.

Thank you to Pet Paradise Houston Hobby for the great play times available. I took a beautiful pup that I was fostering and he received the free introduction/welcome day to see if he would be able to play with the other dogs. He did wonderful and from then on we took him regularly to the day camp where he met many dogs and made lots of friends with dogs and with staff. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly to him and taking such good care of him, he loved the friendly staff. Thank you for providing such wonderful opportunities and such a great play area for him to meet and play with other dog friends. He always has a wonderful time here.

My boys love staying here for daycare and I feel at ease whenever they have to stay over night. The staff is so friendly and hardworking; the lobby is always clean. I really love that they have ice cream that's safe for dogs to eat.

Had a day camp reservation for my dogs and was told upon arrival that one of my dogs couldn’t stay due to him having a history is seizures even though he has stayed at this location before. Very unprofessional to let a client know this when checking in . They should inform their clients of this new policy days ahead and not when checking in! I had called two days before arrival to make sure they were all cleared to stay and was informed that everything was good to go . I had a flight to take in 3 hours and had to scramble to find someone to watch my dog . This will be the last time I use their services after being a loyal member to the pet paradise franchise for years .

I have used pet paradise for over 10 years but am extremely dissatisfied with service on this visit. I phoned at 15 to 6 and informed that my plane had just landed. I was only 10 minutes after 6 and they would not wait to allow me to get my dog. When I drove up one of the employees (very likely the one I had spoken to on the phone) was walking to their vehicle. Would not wait or respond. The employee inside would not respond either. I would have gladly paid the additional night boarding just to be able to get my dog. Having to have him spend another night away was heartless. I will not use Pet Paradise again and do not recommend them.

We have two goldendoodles who have never been boarded. I was very nervous and anxious however had no option since we recently relocated. I found Pet Paradise Hobby online, researched their site and online reviews before making a reservation. I cannot be any happier with this decision!! I provided very detailed notes to which were reviewed and confirmed upon dropping off my fur babies. They took the time to reassure me of their stay, the options we selected and talked through the questions I had. The daily pictures we received with the report card clearly showed how much fun my fur babies were having; it made me feel less anxious with their stay. We were extremely pleased with the experience and looking forward to the next one.
