Absolutely thrilled with the service from Pet Ever Groomer! My maltipoo seriously looks AMAZING every time I pick her up. They have never needed to chop all her fur off. They spend so much time on her and I’m so grateful for their time and care they do to make us happy. We took our dog to this salon for a grooming session. I am so upset because my dog was shaved completely bald as a Chihuahua. The groomer must pay more attention to grooming requests in the future to ensure a nice outcome for the pet. My dog has been depressed since the day he got his hair shaved.

My dog gets excited as soon as we turn into the parking lot! Pricing is great here and well worth it. He always come out looking handsome and smelling amazing. Another plus is that he's ok with me leaving him there for those few hours, that let's me know he's not being mistreated. He's also never had any unexplained cuts or rashes of any sort. They are always very friendly and welcoming the moment you step into the store.He's a Shitzu/Poodle mix

It was my (almost) 1 year old Yorkie’s first time being groomed. I was a little nervous how she would behave and in turn how well her cut would turn out. The groomers at Pet Ever were beyond amazing! She looked and smelled so pretty, just see for yourself how adorbs she is I asked for the teddy bear cut and that exactly what I got.10/10 recommend!

Took my husky here twice and both time have been exceptionally good. She always come back clean and smelling wonderful. They give her spirt of puppy perfume and a cute bandana every time.The staff here are nice and friendly. They'll take really good care of your best friend.

Took my baby their back in February I had the most horrible experience groomer didn’t even do a good job he came out looking like he was when I took him in I called and complained about the service wasn’t rendered so they offered me another bathe and he was smelling so bad like he had never been bathe the groomer said she couldn’t cut his hair cause he was bitting her so I asked her why didn’t she put a muddle on him never again will I take my dog their again I rate them a zero

I’ve been taking my 4yr old Shih Tzu to get groomed and baths since I moved to Houston almost 3 yrs ago. He loves it there always looks great and smell good when done. They have a rewards program that helps with the cost which can be kinda expensive for worth it. Check them out, you’ll love it.

This place is amazing. The staff is very patient and nice to our dog. My dog got a bad diarrhea one time, and they washed him 3 times w/o arguing or complaining. Instead, they told me to take good care of my dog afterwards. Very nice place.

My dog Zeus went here a few times , I dropped him off during a short work shift and when I got out still no text he was ready to go home. They say they need more time and when I get there they tell me my dogs nail was ripped off. He explained it supposedly got caught in the Kennel and pulled on, there was a language barrier so it was confusing. Then all I know his nail was red and was pulled passed the quick. He didn’t seem in any pain when I picked him up which is the only reason I remained calm. They made me pay the full service and tipped (idk why looking back). They did pay for the vet bill but only after I took him. They did not take him to a vet. After I provided my bill for them they mailed me a check a few weeks later. If I had not had the money for the vet, I’m scared they probably wouldn’t have taken him to the doctor. I must add my dog is 60lbs and is big he was calm when I picked him up and limped a few times a day until his nail healed along with the use of antibiotics. But I do not suggest you bring your babies here.

I love this groomer! They're always so nice and take such good care of my boy. My pug is very nervous, but Pet Ever is always so sweet with him. He's always super happy after leaving and he feels so soft! Any groomer or even vet I've ever taken him to will usually quick him because his nails are black, but Pet Ever hasn't once! I couldn't be happier with this place, we'll always keep coming back❤

Theses groomers did really good on both of my dogs. This is my second time going to these groomers. We have two Bichon and their hair can get too much and they cut the hair just the way we like. Not how they think their hair should look. The people are really good and ask questions of what you want. One of my dogs had hot spot and they made suggestions as to what they could do to eat the itchy. They have a conversation with with you and don’t just take you money and do what they want with your dogs hair. They seem to actually care about the dog and you as a dog owner. Highly recommended and they have different discounts and reward system once you get registered.

You really have to be careful about who you let promote your business on their car. I’ve been thinking about going here but then saw a car with a promo magnet on it driving erratically and speeding through school zones…. I wouldn’t trust my dog with someone who doesn’t hold the safety of children in high regard.

This was actually my first time taking my dog to a groomer and I'm so happy I chose this place. My dog is 9 months so he has a lot of energy and barks at everyone. PetEver was so patient and made him feel comfortable. He smelled sooooo good, his nails were perfect, and he was super soft. Their prices are affordable which is a plus! The place is clean and super nice. I recommend 11/10, will want their services again!! Thank you PetEver

Penny and Quarter come here once a month and they always come back smelling amazing and with a nice haircut. The facility is clean and it’s easy to book appointments. They are quick and thorough.
