I had a very short wait. All of the staff very kind and knowledgeable. My new puppy and I were treated like family! I was shown a written itemized bill before the veterinarian came in. The prices were low and the tech explained the reasoning behind everything. I would not trust my pet to anyone else!

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and thankfulness and appreciation for NCAH. My dog needed attention asap with a very complicated situation. NCAH is not my primary vet but I took my dog here because they were open the earliest. I called them and they admitted her as soon as I walked in and got her started on IV’s and prepped for surgery. They were very professional in handling my emotions and talked me through every step of the way and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the costs of the procedures. Dr. Bordeau was very detailed about the procedures and what she recommended and make me feel comfortable with everything. I will definitely be transferring all my vet needs to them after this. I am so thankful they were able to help and save my dog so she could come home to her puppies. 🏻

I’ve been using North Channel for my pets for so many years and they really care about your pets. The staff and doctors are excellent. We had to put one of our dogs down in 2014 due to congestive heart failure and Dr. Bordeau was so caring and now we have another dog and they take really good care of the dog we have now.I definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend North Channel Animal Hospital, visited Thursday 11/2 last minute. I took my rat terrier mix because his testicles were swollen. Left him there for surgery and picked him up Saturday morning, thankful for taking such great care of Chiquito. The office visit was $77 but they gave me a $25 off for first time visit and they’ll give you another $25 off if you take a dog toy probably only valid before mid - December. Thank you so much!

DO NOT RECOMMEND , they have hidden feesI went in today for a rabies shot and was told YESTERDAY with my confirmation that her balance was $43 as well as they gave me printed on paper that her shot will be $43 , when we were checking out the total price was $108. I asked why they stated a $65 office visit because a different doctor was seeing her today. And that their two doctors didn’t communicate like if that was our problem I would’ve made an appointment with the same doctor as her first visit there . They are very unprofessional and do not take accountability for giving us the wrong information!!! We had no option but to pay for the $65 AFTER they already gave her the shot. !!!! We had no choice . This is by far the worst place to come too

I moved away and I still bring my dog to see her favorite vet. They treat my dog so well, there is no need to look anywhere else. The prices are reasonable and the care is supreme. The location is close to my parent’s so it is a win win.

After two weeks of my fur baby being lost. I found her in a devastating condition, I honestly thought she wasn’t going to make it. I called North channel animal hospital and they were able to take her in the same day!! I loved how helpful they were when it came to my babies best interest. They honestly made me feel like they cared about my cat and not just the money!!! I love this place.

I am very grateful to the veterinarian and staff here. Everyone was nothing but professional, helpful and friendly. I brought my dog because she was sick. She ended up having a very serious condition requiring surgery and they acted quickly and saved my dog's life.

We recently put down our baby of 18 years and they were so gentle and caring. They explained everything that would be happening and gave us time to say goodbye to her. They gave us the option to stay with her and we accepted. Our baby was a little aggressive because of her pain but even still they were very understanding. They gave her treats and even have a jar of chocolate to give your baby before they cross the rainbow. They made a difficult process much easier and I’m so grateful for them. I know my baby is resting in peace and they helped us a lot. Rebeca was very helpful with giving information on the farewell packages. She explained what comes with each package and gave recommendations and even immediately changed the spelling of our baby’s name as soon as I mentioned it being misspelled. I’m so grateful for them all.

I am a first time dog owner i was pretty nervous being at a vet for the first time. The staff was so welcoming and super nice to my dog and I. The prices were reasonable and i didn’t feel overcharged at all. The vet was so sweet and she had awesome communication skills, very nice welcome lobby and they also had free water and coffee yummy! I will definitely be coming back for my fur babies needs.

This was my very first visit to NCAH with my new 6 month old puppy. The office was clean, the front desk staff, and vet were pleasant. The vet asked me if I had any questions and she answered my questions effectively.

Have been taking my mini Australian shepherd here since he was 2 months old and has always been well taken care off and the doctor is amazing. Front desk is always nice and answer all my questions and provide any information I need. My lovely dog is now 1 year old and super healthy ❤️

I am always seen soon after checking in. There is rarely a long wait. My girls both love Dr. Bordeau and are happy to see her. Dr. B and the entire staff are just wonderful with the girls. They all seem to truly care about the pets they see and the pet parents as well. I have taken my girls here since my first baby adopted me back in 2009. I have never been disappointed with my decision. For me, this is the only place I would consider bringing my precious ones.

I've walked in a couple of times and I was seen very quickly.The doctor gave me an update on Squeakers heart, and provided me with great news about my Chiquita.While I couldn't be there in person everyone is kind enough to talk to me over the phone.The office is always clean.I highly recommend them to anyone.

We felt rushed and Bruno didn’t get a complete check up nor did Dr Stephanie showed any concern for him. We feel perhaps because Bruno got neutered and microchipped some where else or because he is owner protective and showed aggression but he had a muzzle on. Maybe because we declined heart worm test at this time. We just don’t understand the change!

I love taking my fur babies to NCAH. They are always so sweet to my babies. Our first visit my small dog poo'd all over one of the ladies because he was so nervous. She was like, "it's not big deal, don't worry about it." They are so understanding and you have to be with animals. Like babies sometimes they just don't understand what's happening or why. I am so thankful for their care and patience with my babies.

The staff was so friendly and helpful with the situation. They gave careful after care for my Shih Tzu, they gave specific detail on what to do to help my baby.

I have been using this vet for 9 years. Took pet in for Heartworm check & nail trim. One of her back nails was cut down to 1/4th of an inch and bleed for more than an hour after leaving. 24 hours later She is still favoring and licking her paw. When this happened they couldn't get it to stop bleeding because "her blood pressure is too high". I was offered PAIN meds to offset the "Mistakes Happen" by one of the vets. Untrained Techs should never be cutting pets nails. This falls on the practice and makes the "taking your pet to the back for treatment very questionable". They can't tell you anything except they don't like going to the vet. $40 for Tech fee plus $17 for a nail trim. Time to find a new vet that will treat your pet in front of you.
