I love natural paws and their friendly staff who provides great customer service. I have been taking my Goldendoodle (Louie) to Sally for a few years now. She always makes him look cute and is very good with his long and shaggy coat (she is the only person I trust with him). She is the best groomer and always remembers the look/cut I like. Louie also gets very excited to see her as well! I highly recommend Sally!

Clean store, courteous staff, good selection. We started going to this location because our groomer, Sally, transferred here from the Heights location. Sally does an amazing job with our medium F1B Goldendoodle. She’s talented, experienced, and our dog loves her!

We absolutely love Natural Pawz Montrose!!! The staff is super friendly, welcoming and always willing to assist. Sally has groomed our kiddos, Madison and Mason, 2 times now. Both times she has done an incredible job on them both. Not to mention, she is super quick. We will definitely continue to support this store and their amazing employees!!!! Sally at Natural Pawz is the best doodle groomer in Houston! Tried and failed with several other groomers before luckily finding her. She is awesome with my two non-shedders and is especially fantastic with my doodle with super tight curls! I like to keep him short to avoid mats, and she still makes him look cute and fluffy when short! HIGHLY recommend Miss Sally!!

Seven Flores is the head trainer at Natural Paws. She is extremely competent & has made training our 15 week old English Sheepdog seamless. Our puppy has learned sit, down, wait & is potty trained more or less. The whole family is always welcome to join in on her lessons. Another dog in our class has severe anxiety & started the class with rabid-like behavior & is now able to calmly sit through most of class. She will help you learn how to understand your dog better no matter their personality. I highly recommend Seven! She is extremely knowledgeable! You will not be disappointed. 🌈❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

The grooming service by Eunice is wonderful; I have a Bichon Frise with a complex coat and Eunice does a superb job with so much care and tenderness towards the dogs. I am very pleased and recommend it!!!

Everyone at this store is very friendly and helpful. I take my fur baby to get groomed with Sally and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST! My dog is a little guy but he would be away for hours at other places. Sally is quick and efficient and I’m notified as soon as my boy is ready to be picked up. She’s also very good about remembering what cut we like for him, so we don’t have to explain it every time. Please go see Sally for your fur baby! You won’t regret it!!

We attended puppy training with Sanford. He is amazing! Sanford is knowledgeable and truly passionate about this work. Cadence (our Goldendoodle) is well behaved and has a solid foundation to learn new things. We learned just as much as Cadence did during training on how to have a healthy positive relationship with our pup.

Stopped by and the sales person offered samples after I told her about my picky dog. This was awesome! Such a great little pet store, they also have a groomer on site. Large selection of premium kibble, canned food and refrigerated. Toys, leashes, treats. Decent selection. I've visited their other location in the Tanglewood area, they are great.

What a great experience I had with this groomer. My dog was not only super fresh with a great cut, but happy as well. The prices were fair and the service was super friendly. The people working there are very knowledgeable as well.

Smaller looking location with all the amenities of the full size locations, that I’m aware of.I like the modernist check out stand that makes the store look less like a retail space and more of a pet friendly space.Kudos to the service too!

I've also been to the location on Washington Ave and the 5 stars applies to both. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and always sweat the details. Their products are great quality, varied, unique, and well priced considering the quality. Definitely my go to pet store for all supplies.

I’m a new dog mom and I said that I would do it right! After doing research I found this place which was close to my home. First of all the workers there are so sweet and knowledgeable. I came in with so many questions and I got them all answered without feeling rushed or like I was doing too much. Also it was my first time bringing my dog out since getting her and they definitely helped me feel better with both of our anxiety. They helped me figure out a new diet for my dog and what supplements would work to support her. I have also used the dog self wash station which I feel is worth the membership and will look into getting soon. One thing I love is that when you buy online and pickup in store you can save 10%. Great option. Overall this will continue to be my store of choice to get the best stuff for my dog.

Upon entering the pet store, I was greeted by seemingly friendly staff who appeared knowledgeable about their products.After making my purchase from them, I mentioned to the sales associate that I would go next-door to grab lunch to go and I was threatened that my car will get towed even though I already made a purchase from Natural Paws. I will never ever return to this establishment.

With a wide selection of brands and flavors, this store is perfectly catered towards beloved furry friends and their humans.My dog Finn, personally appreciates the treat displays that allow for optimal sniffing opportunities while picking out a good snack :)

Sally is an AMAZING groomer! We have visited a number of groomers throughout Houston in search of the perfect choice for our pup, and we finally found this in Sally! She is so kind, caring, and efficient, completing an excellent wash and cut in record time. She listens intently to any special requests, and she works with excellence! We highly, highly recommend Sally for your grooming needs! Plus, everyone at this location is so friendly and kind! We can’t say enough good things about Natural Pawz, and especially the Montrose location!

Never going back.Had a dog training package and a daycare package with them a while ago. When I called about unused days (trainer left), I was told that they changed the weight requirements for daycare and my dog was no longer eligible. I was supposed to get a callback regarding a refund but never did.Forgot about it, and when I called back later, I was told that all customers had been contacted about daycare being canceled (which I hadn't) and would not be doing refunds. Actually, I never received a call or email about the first change in daycare policy until I tried to schedule one.They wouldn't even offer store credit. One of the worst run-arounds I've experienced.I'd be careful about getting any bundle/packages from this company. They may change their requirements midway and refuse to honor remaining points/visits.

Not only do we love the food/treat selection here, but our Doberman is enrolled in their Level 1 training course. Seven is an outstanding instructor! She cares deeply for the well-being of dogs and really teaches you the value of being able to communicate with your dog by learning their language. It’s a very effective method. We’ve seen such a difference in our boy. She’s giving us the skills to problem solve with him so that we can carry this training far into the future. I would definitely recommend signing up for one of her classes. They’re such a great price for the value you’ll be receiving from them. Thank you, Seven!

Love this store, highly recommend! They sell the raw food (primal) that my dog eats and tons of other treats. They also have grooming, dog daycare and a grooming station if you want to give your dog a bath. Staff is top notch too!

Walked into this store and was extremely delighted to deal with associate Mark. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I have a very picky Yorkie at home and he was able to make suggestions by giving me some samples for my little baby to try before committing to a bag of food. He made the experience effortless! We brought our puppy here for basic obedience training with Tori and...We Are So Lucky We Did!! We now have a well-trained puppy after a few sessions at a great price compared to schools and other trainers with basic commands complete. Tori took time to begin each class with a review of the week prior and ask what the week's needs were with solutions/commands to correct unwanted behavior.We can not say enough good things about the level of service they give our puppies from training to grooming and attention to detail in the items (one-of-a-kind leashes/collars) they offer. I feel so fortunate to have found this place. A good friend saw that some recent health issues were making it very difficult for me to keep up with my 8 month old dachshund (much less give him the time and attention all puppies desperately need) and recommended I consider daycare and/or some basic doggy training. She suggested I check out the new Natural Pawz that had recently opened in my neighborhood. Specifically she suggested I talk to their resident behavioral expert, Seven. Best decision I’ve made all year! From the moment we met it was clear Seven knows dogs and we were in great hands.My dog LOVES the daycare, the staff loves him and I love the fact that not only is he acquiring socialization skills and getting tons of much needed exercise, he is constantly shown attention and affection and is really beginning to LEARN things. The best part is that he really seems to enjoy the learning. In short order, I plan to be learning right along with him.Great facility and a wide range of products and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff....what more could you ask?

This is my absolute favorite pet store in Houston! My partner and I are regulars here and every time feel so welcomed by the staff. Mark is always knowledgeable of the best items to give our German Shepherd, Eve.We also had Eve try the daycare for a day and it seemed like she loved it! She always goes a little nuts in the car when she sees us pulling up. That's how I know it's a great store and even better staff!Today we took Eve to the groomers and they took such good care of her. Originally they quoted it would take two hours but we're done in one. She looked incredible afterwards and was quite happy.Would always recommend pet owners to come to this store, it's worth it!
