Staff Is nice but the store is EMPTY.Not sure what's going on but for the past 3 - 4 months I've had to go somewhere else because they do not have anything in stock. They also stopped carrying several brands and now their selection is extremely limited.

Had a horrible experience here today with the a very disrespectful male employee. I was just trying to make sure I was charged the appropriate amount as the charge rang up higher than the price listed. As I watched over the transaction he asked if I would like to ring up the purchase. I said do you want me to and he said I don’t know when we became so mistrusting? I have a right to make sure the transaction is done correctly without being made to feel bad for it. He continued to speak with a very condescending voice if I would like for him to carry out my dog food. I will never return to this store. I will go back to having the dog food delivered. It used to be Krisers and was SO much better. Very disappointing to be treated that way when spending $70 on dog food.

Great service, very good nail grinding and tech. Staff is very accommodating. Prices & services are reasonable. Free easy parking. I bought the cutest pink “lamb” fur jacket for my 2 year old boxer for the few days of cold weather we have. Also they always have a great sale and large selection of specialty dog & cat foot & accessories

Duke is spiffy as ever with his nails buffed and trimmed! Ashley did a fantastic job and was thorough with her assessment and how to keep him maintained for best results. Thank you, I think he liked being pampered….

I have been to Kriser since I got my puppy. Love the treats and food selection. I thought I would give their grooming service a try and I honestly should have read the review because when I picked up my puppy, his paws are raw; not just one paw but all four of his paws. When I pick him up I knew something wasn't right; he wasn't his usual self and his paws was a little too rough (I take very well care of my puppy everyday so I know). I didn't realize until we were home and he was licking his paws. Seem like they cut too close to his paws and almost breaking skin. I just want to warn anyone that are going to get their puppy groom here; it might be the groomer i had because other people seem to like their service. I had shown the groomer three pictures of what i want my puppy to look like and it looks nothing like the picture.My experience with this place, however, is great thanks to Mark, who know his stuff and truly care about your pets . He handle the situation very well and was truly concern. I would like to thanks him for caring for my puppy and always give advice. I might not be going to their grooming service anymore but I do love to get my pet supply here .

My dog’s haircut was very disappointing, as well as the tooth brushing add on. The groomer was not the most skilled and she seemed overworked. I would not recommend if you are seeking a professional grooming service. I also will not be returning to this location.

not my first time at Kriser’s but first time at this location - I left detailed notes through email about what I’d like & that was left on deaf ears. With the matting my dog had I understand the length but his face is not groomed anything like I’d ask it to be. Terrible haircut & service given the attitude I received from the groomer. I had to ask the service lady upfront if she was okay because it was so bad & the lady upfront told me she’s tired, busy & pregnant. I had an eerie feeling leaving my dog there but he needed a cut so bad I followed through with it & regret it! A $100 waste. We won’t be back even tho I was told I can come back in the next few days to fix what I’d like on my dog - it’s not worth the attitude & my time! Hope you all can do better & actually listen to a customer’s needs for grooming in the future. Also leave the attitude & discomfort of your job at home!

My first time at Kriser’s to get my babygirl groomed. Devonna was amazing! They have a great team there working to find all your pet’s needs. Mark, Olivia, and Jerry were so helpful and kind. I am very happy with Devonna’s expert grooming! I recommend you go there. Thanks for taking excellent care of my elderly dog! I will be back!!

just got back from getting one of my cats groomed for the first time here and it was a good one. met Davonna at 9am, explained what i want, and got what i wanted for my cat after an hour or so. it was pleasant to talk to her over the phone after her session. the parking lot is a bit small i think. and the toys or treat selections for cats are a bit limited too. it's okay though, not an issue. i have scheduled my other babies the following weeks so i shall update my review then. overall though i am pretty satisfied and the prices are reasonable as well. if you are around the area and want your cat groomed or cut, i would recommend here.

Krisers is the best! My golden retriever literally drags me here to get snuggles from Honor. Speaking of which, Honor has helped me with my puppies digestive problems and leash pulling. Recommending amazing products(hello no pulling harness). She has become the go to for a few of my friends who’s dogs have quickly become obsessed with this place. Fully recommend coming here for the great products and the incredible customer care!

Left specific notes about how to groom & cut the dog. They were not followed at all. My dog still smells and they did not completely wash her & cut a chunk of her fur & cut her. Paid 110 for this terrible terrible service.

I always shopped here for my dog. Close, natural and friendly staff. My walker or I took my dog to be groomed here three times. The first two times were great (maybe 2 months between each visit) third time, perhaps 7 months ago, she was sore and battered and behaved in a way I’d never, ever seen before. It took 5 weeks for her to return to her normal ways. I’m the last person to make a complaint, but I know my dog. Never again. The reason I wrote this review now is this experience never left my mind. My girl has been to dozens of groomers without an issue. Something is very off.

I love their dog bathing services. My pup always smells so good and is so soft (which she corrects as soon as she can, of course). I buy all her treats and dog food here as well. Very friendly and helpful staff, and they always have a stash of treats behind the counter.

I take my Labradoodle puppy here for regular grooming. Devonna is his regular groomer and she does a good job each time and has a lovely smiling face which makes you feel welcome. She is always willing to correct anything that you are not satisfied with. I always feel good about dropping off my puppy with her.Updated 6/30/20 - This is an update to my earlier review. The last two times I took my dog for grooming, he returned with razor cuts. He was in pain for a few days while the cuts healed. I contacted the store to let them know about the cuts and even sent them pics. I was promised that the manager will contact me the next working day but it's been six weeks and no one has got back to me yet. Very disappointed with the groomer as well as with the poor customer service.

Sorry to give this place a 3-star, because I love the services, food selections, and staff. However today it's the second or third time I've dealt with this same obnoxious person at the counter. I have no idea if he just doesn't like me or he acts the same way towards everyone who walks in, but his attitude is very frustrating! He seems bothered if I ask any questions and gives me snappy answers as if I'm supposed to know the business and grooming schedules, and he just seems overall unhappy and toxic... I guess customer svc is not for everyone, and no one should be forcefully trying to fit this role. I'll continue to be a loyal customer, because I still think this place is pretty awesome and the rest of the staff has been nothing but amazing, however I'll just refuse to deal with this guy in the future and just come back when other staff is available to work with!

Stopped in here for some all natural flea shampoo. Mark the store associate was more than helpful. He shared vital information with me and was more friendly than most people at other stores. No pushy salesmen here. He even gave me some samples which is unheard of from the larger outlets. Top notch place with lots to choose from.

I came to this store for work related reasons and it was a cute little store. It was really clean, and the shelves were stocked almost full. Everything was neat and organized. The staff was very polite and respectful. The only issue would be with the variety of brands they have. While they do have a decent selection there are a lot of big name brands that they don't carry that I was looking for such as Rachel Ray, and Victors but like I said they still do have a decent collection. The only other problem I would have with this place would be with the parking lot. It is very small and it makes it hard to get in and out of the parking lot. Other than that there are no other complaints with the store. As for how it's ran I think the store is managed very well, the staff definitely keeps up with the store in all areas.

Very disappointed in this store and their management. Brought my dog to get groomed, when I got home I noticed she wasn’t opening her eye that much. By the end of the night, her eye was completely shut and crusty. I took her to the vet the next morning and after an exam was done, the vet showed me that she had a corneal laceration. I contacted the store and they acted like they cared. It took a while to get a hold of the manager and once I did, I submitted all of the paperwork that she asked for, including pictures and a copy of the vet bill. After that, I never heard back from them. I emailed again and was never responded to. Luckily my baby’s eye healed completely about 2 weeks later. However, it was upsetting how they disregarded this issue and pretended like they were going to take ownership and resolve it. I don’t know what happened that day but now my dog trembles every time I take her to the grooming salon.

I took my Yorkie mix to be groomed for the first time today. I wasn`t surprised that I had an awesome experience. Jimmy the groomer did an amazing job on my little guy! I showed him a picture of him after a previous grooming and he took it from there. They texted me about 2 hours later when he was finished. I buy all my supplies from them. The manager, Brenda is very nice and she has a very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Thanks again and see you next time.

We are happy to give these companies our business. They are great in terms of customer support. I had a package stolen and Nicole was a huge help from their support team! They are also knowledgeable and lovely in person. Their website leaves something to be desired and can be a bit glitchy. Overall I love having nice and smart pet help!
