It's been an amazing two years of Korob Pet Hotel taking care of my Robbie. The receptionists are so nice and understanding and memorized his name! There was one time I was late in picking him up and they stayed an extra ten minutes after closing so I could pick him up. They send photos of your pet when you ask, have the most adorable instagram account (they give your puppies pup cups during daycare!!!) I doubt I'll ever find a dog daycare as awesome as this place. :)

We loved this place when we lived in downtown Houston. It was my go-to before I found someone who could watch her in their home. I took away a star because the last time she was there she got kettle cough 😷 Not sure why that time was different but she didn’t have to do overnights again with her new sister. I like that they will text pics of your baby when you’re away. Overall, I would absolutely recommend!

I called over the phone and her name was Angie, I’m not too sure but she was very blare with giving me details. I saw the reviews about customer service was great but I didn’t have that experience. I wanted to board my two friendly dogs and wanted to be more detailed but she was rude and didn’t even seem like she enjoyed talking about her facility. Maybe I will go up there next time to have a tour but with someone else.

Korob Pet Hotel is a true gem. It’s very clear the staff has a true love of animals and they go the extra mile to make sure you know that your fur babies are in excellent hands. Their rates are reasonable and the facility is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this facility!

I can’t express enough how wonderful Korob Pet Hotel is and how important their outstanding and thoughtful service is to me and my GSD “Astia”.I frequently travel and rely on Korob and their outstanding team to care for my baby girl Astia with not only frequent boarding stays but with occasional daycare stays and all of her grooming needs. It is very evident that each of the team members enjoy and love their guests and give them special attention during their stay. The teams responsiveness and flexibility and always trying to accommodate my schedule is unparalleled.Danielle (Mgr) is so helpful and always looking to help with any particular accommodation for us, she’s even stayed after hours to allow me time to pick up Astia when I was running late. Today I have taken my service dog to Korob pet hotel for grooming. My dog is a small poodle that weights 13 lbs. When I booked by phone, the lady told me that the price will be 65$ taxes included.They took 3 hours to do the grooming, but at least the haircut was good. However they overcharged me 15$, because “the groomer thinks it is a medium size breed”. Weight it’s not an opinion, it’s an objective matter. I shared my discomfort but the lady’s at the front desk were unable to help me, even though they have the list price on the desk. So unprofessional.This is the first time in my life that I experienced been overcharged with my service dog, taking advantage of someone with disabilities it is simply disgusting. We will never come back, and I highly do not recommend to anyone.

I have been taking my dog here for about a year and I love the fact that they have a variety of boarding options!so convenient 👌It’s always hard leaving your pet behind but here I am sure my dog is well cared for and it becomes their home. Also I love the fact how flexible they are with pick ups,staff that works at Korob pet hotel is amazing

It is stressful enough leaving your pet somewhere for a weekend away but you expect them to not be ATTACKED. Then not having the professionalism to really address the issue is very frustrating. There is a large hole/ open wound in in my dogs neck now. I suggest you beware as they do not seem to even ban dogs that bite others in their care. I will not be coming again and I am highly disappointed.

Highly recommend this place. In the past I have always left my dog with a sitter when I went out of town, but since we just moved to Houston, I decided to try Korob. Normally my dog gets pretty sad when I leave and acts that way for a few days even after I return. Basically, when I go out of town it’s typically hard on her. But when I picked her up from Korob she was as happy as could be. She was literally the best version of herself. So happy. I had her nails done there too, and they were perfect. She smelled lovely and was super clean. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about this place. The longest I have kept my dog there was 10 days, and we didn’t have a single problem. What I like most is how much they care about the animals. I could tell my girl was loved while I was gone. Your dog is in good hands here. And the cost isn’t outrageous either. I’d say everything they offer is reasonable.

I can't speak highly enough of Korob Pet Hotel and the friendly staff. They took great care of my fur baby, made sure that she was feeling comfortable and played nice with the other dogs, and were happy to provide me with updates each time I contacted them. I was really nervous about leaving her in the care of someone else for a 2-week long trip, but was reassured by how well they took care of her. She even came back with some new manners and does better with other dogs thanks to Korob's day care! If I could give Korob 7 stars I would!

I have been to many hotels for my puppy. But the service I got from Danielle D was by far the best! Danielle is very welcoming of not only me but every other person that was there. My little puppy stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I could tell everyone there loved him! Best experience! Will definitely bring my dog back here next time. Great service Danielle, keep it up!!!

Me and my wife were leaving on a long-awaited vocation to the Europe last month and since we had never had a pet before, this boarding experience was the very first one! Our 3 months old puppy was too vulnerable for leaving him at any kind of temporary shelter. Well, my wife thought he was like that. She’s like a mommy, who is always afraid of leaving her baby somewhere far from herself. But I promised her to find a great place, which she would be able to evaluate before leaving there our adorable tiny puppy Sam.I picked Korob Pet Hotel out of several companies in the area. Thankfully to its amazing service from now on this company has one more permanent customer who is more than happy to leave the pet at their facility in the future.The main concern, which my wife had, was how they would manage to give every pet proper attention, considering a great number of dogs and cats there. But we were assured that everything would be just fine and every pet would get individual care. They didn’t lie! The staff was extremely professional, attentive, responsible and very flexible boarding our dog. Our puppy’s vocation ended up with being very active, energetic, healthy looking and happy.All in all, from this moment me and my wife will be much more confident going on vocation without our baby-boy!

Korob is the only place I trust to leave my pups for boarding. The staff is very friendly, professional and always so accommodating! One of my pups can be a bit nippy and the staff here still welcomes him and is understanding. I always have several requests when I drop off my little guys and the staff always delivers. I like to call in to check on them too and I'm always given updates which makes me feel comfortable with the quality of care. When I pick up my pups from here they always seem happy. I trust that they're in good hands here. I had to go to Dallas for work today and was trying so hard to get back to Korob by 7 tonight and Danielle was nice enough to wait for me since I was running late due to traffic driving all the way back from Dallas. I really wanted to be with my pups tonight and was beyond thankful that Danielle was kind enough to wait for me after hours. I certainly wouldn't do that again to them in the future, but I'm so happy they made an exception for me tonight. I've also had the pleasure of talking to Garrett, Sasha and Ryce. I know I'm leaving other names out but EVERYONE is amazing here. Thanks again for your help tonight Danielle and thanks Korob team for treating my babies with such great care. Take your pups here for their daycare, boarding or grooming needs. You won't regret it!!

Exceptional pet care! I’ve brought my dog here for several years - grooming, day care and boarding. The day care has helped immensely with anxiety, and she’s become playful and happy to interact with other dogs. They take fantastic care of her whether it’s the day, a few nights, or a two-week stay. She always looks adorable when groomed. Truly, this is great place.

My husband took our dog here when we went on vacation. We are happy because she seemed to be in good spirits and happy when she saw us again. Our little girl was fine and with the same weight and hair. That is why we believe that she was well cared for during the 15 days she was there. The staff was friendly.

Fantastic place to bring your dog. My dog has been coming here for about a year and a half to board and for day care several times a week and we’ve had nothing but a good experience. Classy, friendly, and kind staff. Clean and spacious areas for the dogs. My guy always comes home tired and happy. Obvious commitment to upgrading and improving the place. I’ve tried a few around the city and Korob has been the best. I drive 15 minutes out of the way in the morning to bring him to Korob. Highly recommend.

Wow! I am utterly speechless! Xiomara, the groomer, is not only an angel here on Earth, but she's also a magician! When I told her how much I appreciated her, she responded by telling me how much she appreciates me because of how well I take care of and love my pup. What a beautiful soul! Thank you all to all of the amazing lovely staff who make you feel right at home and part of the family, and special thanks to my new favorite groomer, Xiomara.

My golden retriever is in love with this place. He always gets excited when we drive up. The staff is always very nice. We have him there for doggy day care and had him spend the night. I never thought that I would take my dog to daycare but he enjoys it so much I don’t mind bringing.

I go out of my way just to use Korob Pet Hotel for many reasons due to the care myself and my dogs get from the staff there.6:15 a.m. this morning dogs loaded in car and getting ready to drive quite a ways to drop both my pups off and I have a dead battery. Get car jumped by a neighbor (dogs still in car), I call Danielle at Korob and ask if she would come to the car and when I pulled up front so I wouldn’t have to turn the car off.Without hesitation she says sure and sure enough she is standing outside waiting for me to pull up to bring my dogs into the daycare so I could get to work and get my battery replaced and still not be late.I cannot say enough good things about the hotel and the staff as I do use another daycare closer to my home sometimes and the dogs do not have the same reaction when we pull up and they see where they are as they do when we go into Korob.I highly recommend this daycare over the others that I have used over the years.It may be way out of my way to get there but they give great care to my pups and of course me.

How interesting cause there is no way to book daycare online, no email out saying that they booked. Initially when we start going there they said that they ALWAYS accept dogs for a daycare. This is the best pet care facility I know with its intimate surroundings and excellent professional service and individual attention. I often travel abroad and leave my two dogs in Korob's care for up to a month at a time and my furry babies could not be in better hands. I come back from my trips to happy, healthy and relaxed pups who love their care-givers.

Korob is the best! My puppy goes about twice a week for day care, and has also been for boarding. He is always so excited to arrive and play with the other dogs. They make sure he receives breakfast (if appropriate) and lunch, and have no problem holding onto his food or telling me when his food is low. They also let me bring his crate for boarding which I really like since he is accustomed to sleeping in it.Everybody at Korob is very friendly as well. Daniel and Ryce have been very accommodating answering questions and having T-Rye ready for when I pick him up. They both have their own dogs and clearly care greatly for all dogs that stay at Korob. The facility is always clean when I drop by.Korob is also very careful with vaccinations. I also like that they email me my dog's boarding reservation and day care information.

Korob Pet Hotel is a terrific full service day care and boarding facility! We were visiting in Houston and wanted day care for our 2 large dogs so that we could visit museums. Korob did every thing they could to make it happen even though it was last minute on the weekend. The staff is caring and obviously loves animals. After seeing this we changed our day care plan to boarding for 2 days so that we could go to NASA, even though we knew a place out in Webster that is also good. Korob was able to accommodate my request for bath and brush out for both dogs and paid special attention to my notes about their personality. I will be taking my dogs here for every trip to Houston. (Frequent) I could tell that the rest of the clients loved the place too as they came to drop off and pick up their pets.

Let me tell you my story:My wonderful dog, Betty, got into some serious "badness" on our walk this evening. She found something awful and ugly to roll around in before I could stop her. (what is it about piles of awfulness and dogs??) I don't have a good way to clean my dog in the building where we live. That's what dog parks are for, right? Finding myself with a Dog Wash Emergency at 5pm is one of those helpless, hopeless moments that you don't even think about until you're right in the middle of one!Korob is located right across the street from me. I have never used them for any of our dog-care needs, but I went up to the door and explained my situation to the man at the front desk. Without any hesitation he said he would give Betty a quick shampoo. While he washed Betty, I washed her collar and leash. I was effusive in my gratitude and I was prepared to pay ANY amount of money that he named, and do you know what he charged me? $0.00 NOT A SINGLE PENNY. He simply encouraged me to bring Betty back another time for a more thorough wash and Day of Beauty. This man's name was Rice. I looked that up in the dictionary and found:RICEnoun1. A saint who lives and walks among us, eager to help.verb1. to rice, to come to one's rescue during Dirty Dog Emergenciesexample: "I was desperate and he riced the situation, and now I'm happy and feeling no stress."Mere words cannot express how grateful I am to Rice for ricing us this evening. Betty smells like a pina colada instead of a bus stop bathroom and I will honor my word and bring her back another day for her Day of Beauty. Apparently, Korob is not just a dog hotel. I would definitely like to state that my girlfriend and I had a great experience with Karob Pet Hotel! Mey went as far as open the door as I was there to scoop up Grizzly! They have the best welcome that I've felt. Sasha had an extra mile style to her along with a great heart. All staff was knowledgeable yet felt like best friends. I'll recommend this business to anyone. Very clean, organized along with great prices. This is the place I'd bring my pups any day of the week!

We had to evacuate from Louisiana due to another hurricane. It was super last minute. We walked into the doors at 6am on the dot (sleep deprived, stressed, and nervous)and the sweet lady at the front was ready to accommodate us. After we got Oliver checked in, we were given a tour of the facility. The first thing that made me feel a bit of peace was the organization that they have behind the scenes to make sure that everything is run smoothly. This was our first time boarding our 4 month puppy who wasn’t very socialized with dogs, so I was extremely nervous. I was also a bit weary about not being able to see our little boy throughout the day via webcam. Korob took SUCH GOOD CARE of Oliver. While they don’t use cameras that we can constantly monitor our dog, they post a lot of videos on Instagram throughout the day. You can message them on Instagram and they’ll kindly respond whenever they can. Through the 6 days that Oliver was there, we watched him grow so much socially with the other dogs. Throughout his stay, we were able to pick him up and take him out to hangout with us for a bit and then returned him. Oliver absolutely loved it. We are so happy that we chose Korob Pet Hotel. The staff were so kind to both us (humans) and our sweet little Oliver. I very highly recommend them!
