My first impression here at this Food Town was that it was really big compared to most. I had an great time here shopping with my wife checking out the variety of merchandise they had in stock. It was very spacious I did not feel overwhelmed or clustered at all in the store. My second biggest impression of the store was how clean it was. Very isle I walked through smelled so clean with a fresh scent. I would highly recommend this Food Town I found everything I needed and more!

I have shopped at the Shaver location for over 15 years and my experiences have always been uneventful for the most part.However, there is a relatively new female manager that is disrespectful and unprofessional.On some of my visits there are price discrepancies at the register and a manager is needed to change the price to the correct amount.Other managers are apologetic and do their job.This manager is blatantly annoyed and even stands at the register when she sees me in line and laughs with the clerk joking that she knows she'll be needed.She definitely needs to be trained in professional customer service.I will no longer patronize this establishment.

Worst produce ever! Never stays fresh long. I've seen workers weed out the bad produce and put them back on shelves. Strawberries always moldy. Avocados brusied and have no taste.Update 2023: Meat. Check temps. I've ask asked produce guy about temps that were warmer than usual that even showed on thermometer. He just ignored me. I also find prices for cereal are more expensive here than premium grocery stores. Who pays $6 for a 10z box of Fruit Loops! Ridiculous! This is most kids morning breakfast. Shouldn't have to pay this much for dry breakfast cereal. Ever. I now only come here for the convenience of needing something right away. Never to buy weeks worth of groceries.

Watch those POT HOLES coming in! I don't know why this Food Town always look deserted and I know it's not. Maybe it's the strip center bringing it down. This is not my first time coming here, it just has a feeling of depression and who wants that feeling when they're spending money. Alright, it's Food Town we all know with that free item coupon with $10 purchase that used to come in the mail that kept us coming back. Now you have to get the app to receive the coupon. You have to watch the prices carefully sometimes prices are more than other stores

Im 😢 because i spent $19.89 and the cashier didn't even ask me if i wanted to use the Food town app or spend a few more cents to get a free bread, Im over here struggling to put food on table that bread could have helped me a-lot. Cashiers should be asking like fast food places ask if your using their app today. Makes me angry because i forgot im super tired just got off work and not thinking straight , next time im going to ask for a refund and make them redo the whole thing.

Foodtown is okay, good deals and a decent selection of products. But the parking lot is like the wild wild west. Yal need more lights and some night time security.

This is one of the few places where I can get my favorite coffee creamer. The location feels a bit perplexing cause it is somewhat hidden if you're not paying attention, but the inside is huge. This makes the aisles way easier to navigate than in other foodtowns. I also like that they have a little rack with books. Wish they also had sweet bread like the one in Scarsdale, but maybe I haven't looked well-enough.

It was well cleaned and maintained. The shelf's had product fully stocked and it has been the cheapest priced place for bread so far .88 cents a loaf!!! It was really fresh too.

We had a party of 12 and arrived well before dinner time rush. It took over 20 minutes to be seated and the place was empty. Also they tried to seat us outside to eat under a tree when there was plenty of space inside. It took close to an hour to get our drinks and my order alone was not what the menu stated. The fried shrimp was popcorn and not the butterfly style. The french fries were luke warm and appeared to be sitting under a heating lamp. The bartender must been having a bad day due to their attitude. The price we paid was not worth the quality of the food. Our server was nice but a little slow on delivery. I'm sure this is a fun place to be at night however I was not satisfied with the experience.

Good, big , clean, well stocked store with friendly staff and good prices on meat. It would help if they had hand carry tote crates again. I dont need a whole cart to push around. Prices could b marked clearer or at least PRINT THE PRICES BIGGER. And restrooms are kept clean!

This store may be old looking but it is still up kept for the most part! I love the convenience of it being close to home for last minute shopping! The only two complaints i have is the parking lot! At night you cant see leaving the parking lot and there are many holes in it! Bad for my car! Cashiers are great inside the store! Management is always nice!

I love coming Here,not only are the people that work here Super nice, they also go out of their way to help you find what your looking for. They also have an app to help you save money and you get a free item each week. And when you check out you can have someone help take your groceries to your car and they put them in for you and they are considerate enough to make sure nothing gets smashed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Easy to notice from the street in normal traffic. Wheelchair accessible parking lot structure, entrances and restrooms. Hygienic face masks requirements in place. Cash, credit, debit and EBT cards accepted. Courteous staff and employees. Affordable pricing. Fresh produce.

The manager in the morning white guy. He accused me of stealing and grab me by my shirt. The manager assaulted me and false accused me. Everyone should avoid this store

I have frequented this Food Town several times, and found it today as I usually do...very clean with spacious aisles, and friendly employees. Whether shopping for a basket of groceries or a few items, this store provides a quiet, low hustle atmosphere. Yeah, I know it's just a grocery store, but many times I prefer a Food Town store over other major chains because of the many low prices and weekly specials. There are many items for the latino culture at this particular store, with a good selection of produce, spices, cheeses and meats used in classic latino dishes. Some items are not as low in price as others, but I can save on every visit, and don't need a discount card to do so. Not knocking the discount card store because I shop there too, but Food Town stores have less indoor traffic which surprises me with their great prices on many items.
