I had a very bad customer experience at this location. The cashier was not it ! The morning cashier informed me they had sales on the pj pants and showed us where we got 2 items and went back Saturday for more we scanned them with the app to make sure the pants were on sale. When checking out the cashier was very rude and disrespectful and laughed at the times we had saying all of these aren’t going to ring up and be on sale. She should not have made that comment as I’m going in as a paying customer and than I was receiving hateful comments by customers behind me because there was only one cashier to check us out in the afternoon and the employee that was coming in at 4pm was not in yet. It should have not been the cashier concern or problem with what we purchased. I am extremely upset with the behavior of the afternoon cashier.

I went to this store because I had recently purchase a item with a coupon and got a great deal, the manager at this location was very disrespectful and Unprofessional towards me about not having the coupon the fact that it expired that day should have gave him a good initiative to help me with the issue however he explained how to get the coupon in a very difficult way and brushed me to the side while trying to get other customers out of his line, when I finally did all the steps to get the item he laughed and said oh no still don’t have it rather than trying to help, he taunted me and embarrassed me with a smile on his face instead assisting to make a sale he got satisfaction out of humiliating me. I left the store located on fuqua upset and empty handed because I was so embarrassed I didn’t purchase any of my items! He seemed understaffed frustrated and satisfied to drive customers away which causing the company to make less money not a good look for buisness. I was so disappointed because I was a returning customer who had a great experience with a another family dollar the day before I was simply trying to get The item again( Gain detergent) before the coupon expired and was told to Ross, the store manager. This is clearly example he sets for his employees by being their leader and it is very tasteless and horrible customer service

This store used to always be tip top and kind. Now the workers look so tired and miserable. Their assistant manager, Ashley Magee, I believe, is rude, unpredictable and just plain hard to talk to.I've witnessed her talk down to her other assistant and at another point, kept four crockpots on sale for herself and a cashier named Tiffany! Refused to sell them to me!Don't think I'll be going back there anymore.
