Wow, this has to be the most unorganized, unprofessional Dollar general I've ever been to, this is right outside The Ponderosa community on Cypress Creek, I could not believe it, not only that an associate was on her personal phone saying she basically didn't care about the job and using profanity, I am so compelled for the first time to call corporate for the greater good of its customers, I love DG in Humble and here I thought I was upscaling moving to Spring Cypress smh o well I dont mind driving to my Old Humble DG store js🤷‍♀️

This place is dirty. Everytime I have come in for the past 2 months and today the cashier was awful and rude. He didn't speak when I spoke and rolled his eyes when I asked him a question as if I was annoying him. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed by his demeanor... I am so sorry for him to even be representing your company. So sad.

Price discrepancy when got to the register. Manager took care of it very quickly. Great customer service.

There is always merch stacked on carts in the aisles no matter what day you go in, giving the store a maze like feel. Not much selection on cleaning items as in other DG stores. What staff there is, is friendly and knowledgeable about store item location. I'd give it a better rating if someone actually had the time to put merch up to clear up the aisles.

It was horrible. I was in store #03114 and it was in TOTAL DISARRAY! I asked the cashier was she by herself? She said,"this is my second day and I'm upfront by myself". I told her that the front end was terrible. Nothing in place. The entire store looked like a garage sale. If I were the manager, I would schedule a late night or 5:00a.m. early morning cleaning and organizing day. Maybe two or three days. With the fairly new Dollar Tree in walking distance of the store I would be very afraid of losing my customers to them. I will not be back. If it is corporate or privately owned, the owner needs to see and revamp this store (their investment)

As most stores, DG has an app that when will allow you to scan a barcode, and it will give you the price and also tell you if they have a coupon. However the app never works in this store!The staff has always been very nice and friendly.

great place to shop for a lot of items. They have a good stock on the shelves. Price is comprable to other stores. It is an easy in and out. A quick place to grab those little things I always forget or run out of unexpectedly.

I have been in this store three different time and each time it was dirty and stuff was everywhere. It's Dollar General so you go in and get what you need but they could do better with stocking and cleaning.

Clean store. Cashiers are nice. Didnt have any major issues so far. I tried to return some shoes and forget the receipt. Wouldnt let me change them without receipt. Came back with receipt and they did it. Never used the restroom here...cant commxon that

This is a pretty good Dollar General, for the area. It's spacious and offers a lot of different products at discount prices. The store is usually pretty clean, well stocked and the associates are always kind and courteous.

It's location has rapidly descended into less desirable and the store reflects that. None of my items rung up as advertised and I was fed a bunch of malarkey but chose not to argue over $40

Staff is uneducated and rude the stockers working on sales floor complain about their work and speak foul language in front of customers. The cashier a young girl literally dropped my items on the floor and was upset for some reason and took it out on my items and was rushing me through my whole transaction even when there was no one else in line. Very bad experience....

Very disorganized and dirty store... the products that actually were on the shelf were not in the right spots or even in order... I ended up leaving without making a purchase as the products I did look at were out of date

Met and spoke withbthe District Manager Mike. He is dedicated to making his stores the best in the communities where he has a building. He told me to contact him directly if I needed ANYTHING!

I always like Dollar General. They always have good teams working for them and their prices are always affordable. There are some things I shop for exclusively at DG. Like melatonin. Store are normally pretty small and cramped tho.

This customer service in this location is alright, and although the employee turnover seems high, they are always friendly. They loose a star since the door is always locked at 9 when they close at 10.

I shop at this location 3 to 5 times a week. The manager is awesome and so are the workers. Wish they would have those sidewalk sales again!!!!

Store employees say many people steal from products in containers with kids but they don't do anything about it but offer discounts for such products that have been opened.Thos should not be going on since thete ate cameras & big mirrors...

Went in early on a Tuesday. The store was a wreck, it smelled like the smoking break area was IN the store, and the two people/staff members had horrible attitudes.
