THIS STORE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, AND CLOSED FOR BUSINESS,, UNTIL APPROPRIATE STAFF CAN BE SCREENED & HIRED. THIS IS A PHARMACY. PEOPLE COME HERE BECAUSE THEY MUST! NO ONE WANT TO BE SICK!! NO ONE COMES HERE FOR FUN.CUSTOMERS HAVE A PURPOSE.THE STAFF HERE SHOULD HAVE A PURPOSE, TOO.CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY, PHARMACY STAFF. AS WELL AS FLOOR STAFF DO NOT KNOW THEIR FUNCTION.!!MY SON NEEDED A PRIMATENE INHALER FOR WHEEZING, REGULAR ALBUTEROL HAD NO REFILLS.FRONT STORE MANAGER CLOSED LOCKED ENTRY DOORS 1 HOUR EARLY THAN SCHED. TIME SHE REFUSED TO LET ME IN OR OPEN THE DOORS. I HAD TO SCREAM & BEG TO LET ME PURCHASE AN INHALER. THEN I JUST PLEADED FOR HER TO JUST TAKE MY MONEY PLEASE PLEASE LET ME GET THE PRIMATENE MIST. SHE REFUSED - CLAIMING "SECURITY RISK"WE LIVE ACROSS THE STREET VS DRIVING A WHEEZING CHILD TO A ER.SHE COULD HAVE TAKEN THE $$ AND THROWN THE INHALER OUT IN THE STREET.!!!SAD.NO NEED TO SAY MORE.

This is the store for me, this is my community store I am going to claim it 😊 very friendly customer service experience every time I walk through the doors I smile with a reason to smile 😊I love great customer service!!! as I leave the store I have a reason to continue to smile 😊 the two older/younger men. Is very attentive to their customers, I meet a new lady I have seen before and before I left I was laughing and smile 😊

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would! Tina the middle eastern woman that works in the pharmacy is rude and screams at the customer. Just to let you know they are very unorganized with their drive thru. Signs are not clear. Sat in line 30 minutes for the girl to tell me they dont service the 2nd lane and hang up on you when you saw the other person get their prescription. I went into the store the line was horribly long. The girl Tina screamed at me when I asked her why did she deny my service through the window and hang up on me when I told her I waited my turn and try to explain. She told me she is helping another customer and I needed to wait my turn! I simply wanted an explanation as to why she was being rude to me and the other customers. She then screamed at me that she was helping a customer. This is the type of people who are working at this store. I asked for a manager. And of course no one knew who the manager was.... I wish I didnt have to use CVS

I would never visit this store again. They lack of courtesy and professional. No one seems to care about customers. I asked an employee named Aaron to check me out because Doug was not right. He saw how immature and distasteful he was acting. I can tell he is use to being that rude because no one intervened nor tried to correct him. This location needs to straighten up fast !

I should have probably put zero stars !! Not sure what kind of pharmacy it is. They should not be in the business.The tech is horribly rude and the second person who spoke is telling me that she needs to leave at 6 pm and hence she cannot help me. And I have to call back and forth to get the information.Do they even understand that they are taking care of sick patients.

I had major dental surgery done @1pm today & my dentist prescribed an antibiotic and a pain med (Tylenol#3). My dentist is in Livingston Tex & I feel like it's worth the drive to go there. It was 2 females & 1 male of Middle Eastern descent filling orders. Female #1 first said have you been here before. I've been getting my meds filled at this location for over 10yrs and this is first time I was asked that. It's not that I expect them to know me by face recognition, but once they type in you personal info on the prescription, it verifies info about ME. I told jer uesShe hesitated and said I will not be able to fill your pain meds because usually this prescription is called in....👀. Female#2 and male#1 stopped what they was doing to look over at us. I then said no problem I'll call them right now. This where it went downhill: she said can you step away from my window as I'm dialing my dentist....it was no one behind me. I did not move. Told my dentist what they were requesting and they first said what? followed by why??? I said in an elevated voice I guess she feels like ALL black people are drug addicts & I got a fake azz prescription while looking at her dead in her eye. My dentist laughed and asked to speak to her. After about a 15min wait, I walked outta there with BOTH prescriptions ( I was initially told 1 hr wait for the antibiotic)CVS really needs to have a sensitivity program enforced with the Phamacy Techs and the Pharmacist that works at this location

The pharmacy team doesn't care about people time. I scheduled a covid test for 10:40am I literally watch 5 people look at me and ignore me for 15 mins. Then I went inside for help waited another 5 min to be told they can't help me inside I have to go back outside. I've been here for 25 min now and I am still waiting ....

Their Pharmacy is terrible. They never get my prescriptions right, or their systems are down, or they just flat out lie about a prescription being ready all day then all of a sudden they only have one of what you needed three of. It’s just always a bad experience every time I deal with them
