CVS located at 1802 West Mount Houston Rd has caring and knowledgeable employees like Angelica in Pharmacy and DL in the store. I am pleased and impressed with their excellent customer service skills and the other staff courteous behavior. I will keep going to this location for my RX and miscellaneous needs.

I am paying cash for my medicatióñ añd they gave me a discoúñt. But ñever mentióñ goódrx çàrd for lower priçe perscriptióñ. I ordered the card on an app and received it and wow I saved a lot of moñey with goódrx. Not sure why CVS pharmacy didn't offer or understand that I am paying çash and been órdering a couple of days óf medication that is costly. I have 4 persciptióñs and I ñeed them daily what a lesson I learned . And I really doñt understand what yoú can get when you aré a reward member on persciptíóñs. And when yóú go through drive throúgh how do you know if they are tracking the perscrtións that aré being paid for without the phoñe ñumber they neéd tó ask are yoú a reward memberfor CVS. Never do théy. And wàlgreéñs àß well. You have to stop them before transaction íß ovér to ask to pút 8ñ phóñé ñumber,

I came with a prescription that i asked her before if they had the medicine and she said yes but that I needed authorization from my doctor she made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes just for her to say she doesn’t have it , first and last time im coming to a cvs pharmacy

I purchased a CVS Health brand product (heating pad that didn't work properly) on 11/13..tried to return it on 11/14 only to be told that due to COVID-19 I was not able to obtain a refund...CVS has 100% guarantee return on all CVS products whether the product is open or not.. Currently CVS does not have a "non-refundable" protocol in place due to the Covid-19, so I don't know why they would not proceed to give me a refund. Also, I purchased the item with the help of a store manager who at the time did not advise me of their return policy.

Everytime there is a copay more than $10 on my prescription it's never ready, the staff will just place it back on hold in my profile even with me requesting the refills every month. I have to verbally call them so it can be filled, it's a waste of time and much inconvenience. I left Walgreens because of the wait but atleast they had my rx ready.
