Late 12/21/23, the young, male employee was not even remotely helpful, did not attempt to find the answer to my question about his store's sale on certain items, arrogant, low IQ, impatient, lazy, felt the need to tell me something I didn't ask and already knew while hovering over me at self checkout & all around clueless.I will not be returning to this store.

A manager was rude. She kept hovering over me and made me feel like a criminal. She was rushing me during my checkout process and was trying to get me out the checkout, so she can help another customer behind me (who was a different race). Overall not a good experience at this store. Cashier was nice, but the manager was not.

Went into the store and was pleasantly greeted by Indameisha. She took my passport photos I needed. She is an exemplary sales associate. Demonstrates care for customers and is very efficient. Sad to say she was the only one working at the front end. No other sales associates in sight. It was 5 p.m. and there were people waiting. Waiting 15 minutes to be checked out was most definitely worth my wait. All employees could learn from this young lady. Hope that CVS takes this review in account.

I've come here a few times and I even got a flu shot here. I've found this place to be clean, well-stocked, and a typical CVS. There was a good amount of parking spots and I've found the staff to be nice and knowledgable at least with regards to interacting with the pharmacy staff who gave me the flu shot. The CVS is in a nice residential area and close to other eateries like a McDonalds and Papa John's as well as a Walmart. I recommend coming here.

Review for Pharmacy:Absolute garbage location. Staff never answers phone during business hours. Prescriptions were not filled in a timely manner and were completely forgotten about. I switched to CVS from Walgreens due to cost differences, but will be switching back to the Walgreens nearby. You get what you pay for.Location In General: Store staff are friendlyz store is clean and organized.Unfortunately, this is where thenpositive ends. This location is in a very tight knit Jewish community area. Local businesses in this area have traditionally been amazing at giving back to and being involved with the community and youth in the area (HEB, Walmart, Beldens, etc.). This location has made no efforts to follow suit and show the area community they are about the locals. Typical big box store corporation mentality.

Came around 6 and was told medication for my child’s ear infection would be ready in 45 minutes to 1 hour. Asked the pharmacist if I will be texted when medicine is ready for pick up and he said yes. 7 pm rolls around and I called and was told it should be ready by 7:58. First off that’s way past the time I was told and secondly the pharmacy apparently closes at 8pm so when I showed up the pharmacy windows were closed and there was a pharmacist inside and he told me there’s nothing he can do because they’re closed. I understand that but serious miscommunication from them and my child is in serious pain.

I took my mom for her covid vaccine. The pharmacist was really nice and caring. The people in the front at check in were amazing. The rest of the pharmacy tech was amazing. They were all amazing. Thank you for everything.

Took a COVID test and it got lost, i never received my results. I took the test here at the peak of my illness and symptoms and never found out my results. I called and asked for a status but they had no information and did not want to give me the number of the lab to check there. So they lost my test. Although I had symptoms I needed a test result to let my employer know so I had to schedule another appt elsewhere. It really sucked for this CVS to lose my test.

The last 5-7 times I've attempted/picked up prescriptions from here, the line (2nd pickup lane is now closed) has been extremely long. The pharmacy drive thru now doubles as a covid testing line. It should not take 20 mins. to pick up meds. Surely both lanes can be utilized for both services w/o so much delay!

I go to CVS all the time at least once maybe twice a week and this one is my favorite store I’ve ever been to. The employees are really helpful and friendly today a girl named Kariah helped me and she is literally the sweetest associate I’ve ever met. She’s really helpful I had a bunch of questions at checkout about coupons and she helped me a lot. There’s also another gentleman that usually works night shifts that’s also really friendly his name escapes me right now but he’s great too. One time I had coupon issue and another guy that has dreadlocks that works days was also really helpful and told me to speak to customer service because my coupon was lot ( wasn’t his fault). Basically what I’m tryna say is this is the best cvs I’ve ever been to the staff here is great !!!

Cathy is the store manager and the customer service she provided absolutely made my day when I brought my little girl in to pick up a small container of ice cream on a warm summer day. The store was busy, yet Cathy went out of her way to find my daughter a little plastic spoon and opened a register so we could check out quickly. Thank you!

They disregarded the coupons we were given from the doctor resulting in the prescriptions costing twice what they should have cost.I don’t care for this theft, but I also don’t have the time for this. I need to get this medication to my Mother.They did fill the prescription quick enough about an hour and a half.

Maybe it's just my experience- but every timeI've come in the shelves were empty. The bathrooms gross. And the prices are really high compared to walgreens; or even the prescriptions prices at target pharmacy which is owned by CVS are cheaper there.

I went here to put money on my rent and I ask the guy how to do it he TOLD me to get a card when I showed him the barcode and he still told me I should use the card so now my rent money is stuck on this card I feel like they need to train them better or if you don’t know what you doing ASK QUESTIONS I’ll never come here again

So annoying, went in to get Benadryl and Pepcid, never been here before couldn't locate it and the pharmacists just looked at me like we don't have time for you when I asked if they could show me where they were. "We'll be right with you". Finally when I got an answer one of them said it's in the aisle right in front of you. Will never come here again.

The staff here is very friendly but sometimes they run out of stock. If you ever need to return or exchange anything, KEEP THE RECEIPT! You won't be able to without it.
