Heena Joshi the pharmacist at this location is one of the rudest, most disrespectful individuals I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with in the healthcare industry. I find it extremely disheartening that CVS has people like this representing their company. It seems that, because the pharmacy is in an area of town that is patronized by mainly low income minorities, she is under the impression that they can be yelled at, chastised, and hung up on at her discretion as if they are subhumans. They mislead me about ordering my medication on a Monday, only for me to call back Friday to find out it had never been ordered. No communication, no transparency, no urgency or accountability for dropping the ball on something I have now been out over a week due to their discrepancy. Instead, I am belittled and threatened by the pharmacist of all people who I should be able to trust and depend on. I am still in disbelief about how she spoke to me, & feel terrible for any of the older citizens she may speak to and mislead about their medications. CVS please teach ur pharmacist Heena to treat your patrons with decency & respect. Also, to take peoples medications seriously. Unethical, unprofessional treatment is not ok.If you experience discrimination or disrespect by her, please call the corporate office and report it. CVS should be made aware.

I do not recommend this CVS to anyone their customer service and professionalism is the equivalence to those of a toddler. The pharmacy area was the final draw for me. I had to go over and beyond to show them what they should already know my medication was never filled properly even after a week wait. The pharmacist rude ***** response well transfer back to the store you came from.

Me and my daughter went to this CVS on 7-03-2023 around 1:30 or 2:30. They had no cashiers, there was this young lady with long dark hair. She was very rude and never smiled. She didn’t even know where the candy was. I hope CVS gets people who can at least fake a smile for work purposes not this wanna be little punk women who can’t even help with anything! Seems like this young lady today is going places with her sorry a$$ attitude! Maybe the strip pole at some club! I’m disappointed CVS! Hire helpful people !!!

When my husband picked up my prescription today, I noticed that the expiration date was 4/2023. I called the pharmacy to let them know and to get an updated prescription. The pharmacist told me that the expiration date had been extended until October and that I could google it! She went on to say that the expiration had been covered and I told her that it hadn’t been. That’s how I know it had expired. I’ve always had issues with this CVS and have extended much grace. This was enough! They are unprofessional and unfriendly!

The gentleman name Vincent has poor customer service. I purchased sale items and my 12.00 extra bucks didn't print. There was a limit of two purchases of the items that would have given me 12.00 extra bucks. Vincent (shift manager or store clerk) stated "you ain't getting 12.00, you need to spend more money, the policy changed". I found him to be rude and have poor customer service. He also informed me that they put Tide detergent out once a day because customers still the products. So Tide is stocked in the backroom and unable to be purchased throughout the day. That's ridiculous. I would not recommend this CVS.

This store is the worst CVS store in Houston. They only hire middle age men or extremely young women who are bitter about their life choices, so the take their frustration out on the customers. The pharmacy staff is understaffed and full of excuses for their poor customer service. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 10 years, and I’ve never had a good experience in this store. I have Care Mark rx benefits, but I go to Sams Club in Pearland and pay a higher rate because CVS’ customer services is so awful. It’s a shame that CVS allows their staff to mistreat their customers. Do yourself a favor and just go to Walgreens on BW8/Gessner. This store is the absolute WORST! And management clearly doesn’t care

Doug provided extraordinary customer service, quite possibly the best customer service I have had all year! He was insightful about the product I was purchasing and an available promotion. He introduced me and assisted me with the getting signed up for the CVS Carepass subscription and gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the CVS app. Thus, I received absolutely outstanding customer service! Vincent was also able to direct me to available products.

Disrespectful manager along with a lady cashier , who was rude didn’t appear to know how the system works claimed it was her first day . All of her answers were “ I dont know “ with a stank attitude. . Tried to return milk from another cvs but couldn’t do so , so I purchased another milk from their location. . As i left the store I noticed i didn’t have my receipt from the previous store so i came back , cashier lady couldn’t find my old receipt & the manager wasn’t being helpful instead he had slick comments to say like “ I got fed oatmeal “ maybe that explains why his missing teeth . Cashier lady also had her daughter in the store with kids running around throwing balls all over the place . . Place is very unprofessional, needs new management, specially the teethless guy who doesn’t know how anything about customer service. Who hired that guy .5/16/2022 @ 5:00pm in case y’all want to run back the camera.

I just have to say that Pierce was so helpful. He helped me complete my mazon returns. However, as he was helping me tape my packages up and apply the labels, a lady popped up out of nowhere just to tell him infront of me that he was not to do that and that the packages are to be taped before they were there. Thats fine. I had 5 and didnt complete all of them before i got there. Usually at some places you dont need to for certain items. It was my first time at this location. Anyways, she made a big scene in front of a customer, BUT he was his response that really stood out. He told me that however that may be true, the purpose is for employees in customer service, is to PROVIDE customer service. I continued to finish on my own while he apologized and helped me to the best of his ability. He said he will be going to college in 20 days so i want to wish him all the best in his future endeavors!!!! Just to clarify i give PIERCE 5 stars but i took 1 away for the ladys attitude, lack of leadership, and lack of customer service.

I came here at 8:10am and the doors were still locked. The employee pulled in directly next to me and obviously saw me waiting to go in. She took her time getting out of her vehicle, went in the store (unlocked both locks) then closed the door and re-locked the door. Another customer came and tried to enter. Knocked and even called the store and still nothing. It’s now after 8:15 and no sign of them opening. Multiple cars have come and gone. I can see why this store has only 1 star. This is ridiculous. If I could give zero stars I would.

very very poor service. will never answer their pharmacy phone for inquire. and if they are busy at least they should have an automated way of calling back for important inquiry from the customer. you all don't deserved even a one star. there should be a category for zero or no star service at all. need feedback please

This is the worst store I've ever went to thus far. I asked their associate to punch in the discount coupon they handed to me after getting the vaccine at their pharmacy and the big argument happened. Both the associate and the other lady who called themselves managers screamed on me calling me damn because they don't want the discount applied to our other purchases that moment. It was my worst experience of the most stupid customer service their store is advertising.
