Friendly staff! Just wished that circle k would protect their employees a bit more(being that they are a big corporation) this store always gets robbed and nothing gets done from the company for their customers or employees to stay safe. Do better circle k!! 5*star review is only for cleanliness and staff employees that keep up with the store.

Stopped here to get gas and the parking lot was too small. I had to maneuver in order to get to a pump in such a cramped space. My girlfriend went in to pay for gas and it took forever as the cashier was elderly. As I was waiting I witnessed a white suv back into a nlue van that was parked next door on the side. Them people didn't even notify the people next door they had hit their van. They backed in and pumped gas like nothing happened. I was like wow. I'll never stop here again when I'm down that way.

We’ve been here several times with my husband and the staffs here are nice, the store has varieties of stuff with cheap gas price, everything was good until we met cashier lady piercing (that’s how we called her because she refused to tell us her name when we asked and since she has piercing all over her face, later on we found out that her name was Jhoanna). It was on Jan 1, 2023 at about 5:00 PM, when we first entered the store, we asked the cashier lady to help us check if my husband’s Sip&Save is expired or not. At that time she was out of the cashier making her own drink so she was kinda reluctant to check for us. As we learned that it was expired, I told her that I would enroll online for both of us on my phone. My husband then started to prepare the coffee for us while waiting for me. It took me about 5 mins or so to enroll online and at this point the cashier lady started acting weird telling us that we can’t stay inside the store for too long. I told her that I’m not doing anything wrong, I’m just trying to enroll on my phone. She accused us to drink and refill the coffee. I told her that she could check the camera again to see that what she said wasn’t right and told her that we are now ready to pay. But then she got mad, refused the service and started to call the manager exaggerating that we stay here for half an hour etc. At the same time there was another customer in the store, he also came to take coffee so he witnessed everything and he disagreed with the cashier’s attitude so the cashier refused to cash his lottery ticket as well. Even worse, she then called the police on us for no reason saying that she was scared??? Thanks God that the police officer was a good listener and we could explain him the situation well. But we did feel bad for him also because he wasted his time for nonsense things, especially on the new year day. We also own a grocery and a body shop and deal with lots of customers everyday so we know that kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable. Finding employees is hard, training them is even harder, so good luck to all business owners.

Terrible place they don't have a concept of maintaining items running out of items is always preventable. This takes moneyaway from delivery drivers uber eats favor etc
