Absolutely no complaints! We had to find a last minute replacement for our usual boarder, and these guys were our choice! They did an incredible job helping keep our dog safe, healthy and happy while we were away from home. Thank you for the superb service! 👌🏻We have a 110lb Great Pyrenees 3 years old, very energetic and can have trust issues with new people; he was happy, spoiled and they even took his photo!

The staff is very professional and accommodating. I walked and wanted to tour the facility before making a decision, they were more than willing. I dropped my dog off the next day for an assessment, and by noon the staff was able to tell me how my dog performed. My dog came home stimulated and exhausted and is now a ABC Pet Resort member. I would recommend this place simply for the people that work here and the size of the facility. During my impromptu tour everyone was working hard and keeping the place clean and pups busy.

I was worried about kenneling our new cat for the first time, but shouldn't have. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and paid great attention to details that would help make Spooky's stay stress free. Food & treats were given as directed (not our experience with previous boarding facilities), and he did not appear to be stressed in any way when we picked him up. Overall, an excellent boarding experience. We look forward to using ABC again in the future.

We have been taking our pups here for 3+ years - for boarding and grooming. This place is amazing and so pup focused! We have two small rescue dogs, one of which is terrified of everything, but they were so patient with her that after her third visit, she ran straight towards the back without even looking at me to say good bye! We really appreciate all the extra options for when we have to board them - extra snuggles, tuck in times, special treats, great suites, play time ect! The groomers are also fantastic - both dogs come home relaxed and calm - like nothing even happened! Every single person on their staff has been a pleasure working with & each interaction shows they care as much about my pups as I do. My favorite may be their photo shoots they take & send while boarding - they do so many extra little things which is really what makes them stand out from the rest! Highly recommend!!

My puppy Sputnik has tons of energy and terrorizes the house without enough stimulation. As a working person, I'd come home to insane cooped up energy and a big mess in the kennel.Taking Sputnik to ABC Pet Resort daycare has been life changing for him and for me! He comes home exhausted, docile, and happy. Now he naps on my lap the minute we get home. If you're considering daycare to calm an anxious/energetic dog, trust me when it I say it is worth every penny!The ABC Pet Resort folks are incredibly friendly and its very clear they love dogs. It feels like dropping Sputnik off at a relative's house to play, not like putting him in a cold prison all day.Go see for yourself if you aren't convinced, they do tours!

I don’t normally like to board my babies but I was recommended ABC pet resort by a friend and my dogs had a great time there! They had great service right as I walked in and made me feel very welcomed. They groomed my dogs as well and did amazing on my poodle who has curly hair! I will definitely be using ABC pet resort in the future.

Went for an unannounced tour, the facility was very clean and well staffed. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My dog came home from 3 day boarding exhausted and happy. Would recommend.

They were amazing at accommodating everything I needed for my dog. My sister was boarding her dog there too and I loved that they were able to let our dogs have play time together. Most important my dog came back happy, I will definitely board here again.

I love this place. The atmosphere and energy that permeates this place is contagious! My pup gets so excited every morning when she hops in the car because she knows she's going to have a day of fun at daycare. She just started and immediately my husband and I knew this was the place for her. We rest assure at work knowing she's playing all day and having fun. Plus it helps us when we're done with work because she's tired and allows us to do our evening routine.

The past two times were really good. My dog was always happy to be dropped off for her bath. This last time was completely different. When I arrived to pick up my dog, she was just not the same. Her snout was bleeding from how hard the groomer muzzled her. I thought maybe ok she is strong, but definitely not large or aggressive. My dog is so friendly with everyone there. A couple days later and the skin has completely disappeared on her snout. I will not be taking her back here anymore.

I've been bringing my Teddy to ABC Resort for the past 5 yrs, and we've boarded him a couple times. I have absolutely NO complaints. The staff is nice and treats him very well. I highly recommend anyone to come and bring your fur baby to ABC Resort.

ABC groomed our dogs 7 years ago before we moved out of the area. We are back and I took my 7 month old Shih Tzu grooming problem child to them today. They were done with her so quickly and the atmosphere there is quiet and calm. She looks beautiful and had no issues!!

I have been taking Bear to ABC for 3 years and they are all extremely nice and love your animals as much as you do . I feel so very safe when I leave for weeks at a time I trust the whole staff with my baby I’m so blessed and grateful for them all. Highly recommend!

4 stars because we haven't actually used their services yet. However, the place is a pet paradise. We met 2 customers that raved about their services and its obvious why. We got a full tour and loved the affordable accommodations. We will be using them for grooming and boarding.

I've been taking our and my mother's dogs and cats to. ABC for several years. The staff has always been prompt, professional and very friendly.One Sunday about a year ago we were driving home from vacation and were running late. I called to see what time they closed and quickly realized we weren't going to make it. But when the staff found out, two people agreed to stay late and wait for us to get there (about an hour) then went through the process of checking out EIGHT animals for us. ABC really is dedicated to taking care of their animals, not just making money.To be fair, I have noticed online that a few new resorts have opened up closer to us and are easier to get to, so I jotted down a couple of their addresses......I wanted to make sure I was waving at the right place on my way to ABC.

My dog was boarded here for 3 days and I have zero complaints. I was provided feedback everyday on my dog which was very reassuring. The extra services they offer are plentiful, beneficial, and also very reasonably priced. I'm so pleased in fact, that I've signed my puppy up for training classes.I'll do a follow-up review at completion of the four-week class

We have been using ABC kennels for boarding our dogs for several decades and I recommend them highly. We have used a competitor in the area on occasion and always return to ABC. No other kennel comes close to the service and the professional care they provide to our dogs. Rest assured that you have found a “home away from home” for your pet. I love the personal connection and bonding the employees provide to our dog.

Love this place … it’s my fur babies’ favorite place away from home. It’s always hard to leave your pets somewhere else ; however, the staff takes really good care of each of them and makes them feel special and loved , making me feel very comfortable leaving them there ! First and foremost, I want to thank each of the wonderfully kind, patient, compassionate and competent staff members of ABC Pet Resort & Spa who tended to our furry family members (Roofus and Georgia) with utmost care!In summary and for anyone/any family who is as fastidious and as difficult to please as I am when it comes to selecting a boarding/resort facility for their dogs given the faith required when entrusting pet family members to "new" people and unfamiliar situations, I strongly and confidently recommend ABC Pet Resort!For context to my review and analysis, my process and criteria for evaluating, examining and selecting a boarding facility was relatively rigorous. For any facility to meet my standards and to determine whether the value justified the price, I had four principal evaluation criteria:(1) I had to put "eyes on" the facility itself in order to evaluate the sizing/spacing of the boarding kennels and the corresponding cleanliness and livability of each boarding room/space(2) I had to feel comfortable/confident in the competence and compassionate care of the staff members(3) I had to intuitively determine whether or not the ratio of pets-to-staff at any given time was qualitatively reasonable (i.e. did it seem to me as if there were sufficient safeguards and people in place to prevent the "inmates from running the asylum" ;), metaphorically speaking of course, to mitigate as many risks of harm to, neglect of, and/or unnecessary anxiety arising in each pet being boarded)(4) I had to "eyeball judge" whether or not the external play and exercise areas were sufficient and large enough to permit wholesome play and exercise; I also loosely gauged whether or not I thought these play areas and their enclosures/fencing were in good order and condition to minimize the risk of pets escaping via digging/jumping/etc.ABC Pet Resort not only met but exceeded my standards across each dimension. Across the entire "journey", from screening to drop off of my dogs to their final pick up, I was exceptionally satisfied with and grateful for the stroke of good luck I had in finding ABC Pet Resort. While I am virtually certain that my two dogs prefer their regular home (or at least I hope this is the case!), I think and feel that they were well-cared for by the whole team at ABC Pet Resort and, consequently, I would be more than comfortable leaving them in the care of the ABC team if and when the need arises in the future! Thank you ABC Pet Resort and thank you Erika for organizing and arranging Roofus's and Georgia's stay with y'all!

I took my Yorkie to get groomed for the 1st time and I was very impressed. He was not there 4 or 5 hours like some groomers. They did an awesome job on his cut and nail trim. I would highly recommend this facility.
