In April 2018, we decided to move out of #9 because our lease expired on May 31, 2018 and they were raising the rent but not properly maintaining the property. Water pours into the apartment from upstairs due to broken pipes that were allegedly repaired. When we moved out on Friday May 25, 2018, we took all of our belongings, turned off the AC, and turned all the light switches off. On Tuesday May 29, 2018, my cousin and I checked the apartment to see if the AC had been turned off. Someone had stuffed the kitchen with random items including a children's pink swimming pool. There was also a nightstand and a trunk in the bathroom. We left the apartment and turned in the keys at the office. The young lady in the office said they had not rented it out and had no idea how the stuff got in there. However, police can verify that there was no forced entry. I would five it half a star if I could.

Our air condition went off and we keep reporting it! I have a 4 month old kid but they said we will get a new ac keep putting us off last!
