The hospitality is unsurpassed! Everyone is so accommodating and friendly. The restaurant has new ownership and it’s awesome. Best steak I’ve had! The view is beautiful everywhere whether you’re on the hill or at one of the 5 stocked lakes. The golf course is state of the art. The RV park is amazing. This resort is the best kept secret. If you end up enjoying it, you can even by a piece of property there.

Don't stay in motel! Way over price, stay in near by town,only 15 minutes away. Hilltop is beautiful, friendly people.Rooms: Outdated, bed must be 20 years old! So uncomfortable.

Hilltop Lakes when I was a kid was amazing, but I feel like as time goes on there's less and less to do there. They used to have so many activities for people that were visiting or people that live there, but now there's very little. Their buildings have been kept up pretty well, and the theme rooms in their hotel are pretty cool. We stayed in the Firefly room and it was really really cool, our kids loved it!

Great place to stay. Texas swimming poolWe have our family reunion there every year. You might want to check with them if they are going to reserve the pool for any parties.

The location is beautiful would totally recommend a stay especially on the 4th of July the fireworks were absolutely beautiful and the Texas pool was fun to swim in! Ten out of ten will go again!
