Thank goodness this isn't my local Dairy Queen. Besides the dirty floors, women's restroom with no electricity and the flies that surrounded every trash can, inside and out, but the service was worse. We ordered a Gutbuster with cheese, mayo, and lettuce only, burger only, steak finger basket, and 2 blizzards. What we received was a burger with everything, over cooked steak fingers, and no blizzards. After reminding the lady of our blizzards when she brought out the food, I was assured that they would be out immediately. 20 min later, when we are done eating, I return to the front counter, 8 feet away so we were in her view the entire visit on a not busy Tuesday afternoon, and ask AGAIN for our blizzards... Sorry this post is so long, and normally I'm good with places but not this one!

This is their new chicken sandwich. On top of horrible service. Good luck calling. Their policy is to handle drive through and walk up first regardless if you sit on hold 10-15 mins ago while listening to their conversations...

The food is ok. The lady was nice. DO NOT expect fast or quick food. Only had 3 people working. Poor line cook looked about 65 or older trying his hardest to keep up. They definitely need 2 cooks. The lady that looked like a manager was getting drinks and orders. There was another man operating the window. Woman could have done register and window and send young man to help cook do prep work or packaging. Probably won't come back here. If I do would probably order 30min to 1hr before.

We took a short detour (5 minutes) on our way from Amarillo to Dallas to stop at this DQ. It's one of the best DQ's ever! Service was fast and friendly, store was clean, and they were very generous with their portions for a Peanut Buster Parfait and a Large Blizzard. I would make a short detour to go to this DQ on my next trip going that way.

With ice cream being the primary product of a DQ, this place couldn’t produce two small cones without a lot of help from a supervisor. The machines were not functioning properly and the result was poor. The poor kid at the register made change with two handfuls of pennies. We wanted to eat inside, but the flies drove us out and down the road. The whole experience was sad.

Typical fast food, but for a Dairy Queen an I have eaten at plenty. There are 3 in my town, and this one does not compare to either 3. I know this is a chain restaurant, so the food should be the same, basically not necessarily. Plus, the prices are higher. Also, I know everyone's going up, but they are higher here than all 3 of the dairy queens in my town.

My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back to Gainesville and I was highly disappointed. First, we stood at the register for 5 mins while everyone (even the manager) ran around us like we wasn't there and not one person stopped and said anything to us. Second, the group of people came in after us but got their food before we did. Third, the food was nasty as can be, fries were hard, burgers tasted like frozen Patty's from Walmart and my Dr pepper tasted like dirt. Will never go back there ever again. Worst service ever.

Hometown Heaven right here! Sweet girl at the counter was fast, thorough and friendly. She took time to make sure that our burgers were correct since we are weirdos who have to have this and that taken off. Lol. Food was exactly right and my blizzard was perfect. Thanks dq!

Service is very slow, but the food is generally pretty good. I highly reccomend the hot fudge sundae and blizzards they sell here. High quality taste and hit the sweet spot of my sweet tooth!Kid-friendliness: They have a kids' meal I do believe.

Came here after sonic just ignored us for 15 min. They said on the speaker to pull up to the window to order. I guess thats why it took so long to get someone to say something. At the window we ordered 3 combos. 1 was chicken strip meal. Asked us to pull around and they will bring the order out. Our daughter went in to get honey mustard and catchup. They charged her extra1.62 for honey mustard. Said only gravy and catchup is free.. waited FOREVER 30 min is way to long for fast food.. Very frustratingVery disappointing when they brought the food out dSaid my daughters icecream topping is not available... so we are waiting again.Edit.. now that we are back on the road i open my chicken and its rather pathedic. 3 ver small chicken strips.. meal was to come with 4.And all our frenchfries are old hard and cold.. Do not go to this place.

The food was great. But if you're looking for a friendly atmosphere and great customer service don't stop at DQ in Henrietta! The manager in charge was acting like she hated everyone in my vehicle for absolutely no reason. She was very rude and unwelcoming, so much so that I felt my presence the was bothersome to her.

They don't have No Sugar Added Dilly Bars. I asked for one but he brought a No Dairy Dilly Bar. I'm diabetic. I told him a No Sugar Added. He refused to refund my money and kept saying What else can I get you? I finally took fries but starch turns to sugar so I just threw them in the trash. You can't sell ONE thing for diabetics?? Really?? Never stopping here again!!

We bought 2 small turtle pecan blizzards and 1 large not one pecan was in any of them not even a chip. Plus bottom was just vanilla ice cream. Bought a banana split and had to ask for more sauce. People were very nice tho. Just need to add all ingredients the food calls for we went 5 minutes off our traveling route for these particular order. Was disappointed

Not clean or professional. They had sign saying $5.99 for 4 Piece Chicken Basket. When we ordered the 4 piece Chicken basket the lady at the register asked me what I wanted a drink. I assumed that the basket came with a drink. Later after we got our food, I realized I was not charged $5.99 but $8.19 because the lady at the register said “I ordered” a drink. A medium drink on the menu is $2.09 not $3.21 which is what I was charged for “the drink I ordered”. This is not the friendly hometown feel I remember as a child when dining at our local Dairy Queen. The manager was rude because he was dismissive to my feelings of feeling tricked. He simply said he would tell his people. So, I will tell you people this DQ is tricky and their ketchup packets were sticky and the French fries were cold. Very disappointing.

Fairly nice. The store needs updated but we still got our food and it tasted good. The other thing I would suggest for them is that they stir their blizzards better, when I got to the bottom of mine it was just vanilla ice cream. 😕

My dauughter and I stopped at this Dairy Queen to eat. She ordered steak fingers with fries and gravy. I had 2 tacos. Her steak fingers were greazy and tasted like they were cooked the day before and left in the grease. The fries were soaked with grease as well. The tacos might have had 1 teaspoon of meat and I say that was a maybe. My daughter took her food and talked to two ladies. The older lady was rude to her when she told her the food was bad. The young was very nice and refunded her money for her meal, all but the drink. We will not eat there again.

This Dairy Queen is dirty. The staff does not wear gloves and the food was terrible! My chicken breast was rubbery and not cooked! My French fries were nasty and cooked in old grease. Please get your teenage staff out of the kitchen! Hygiene is also an issue! NEVER AGAIN! Building very outdated!!

I loved the burger!! Food is only as good as your product, but a great cook can enhance even that!! Kudos to the cook... Rick!! He is a great cook!!Parking: Parking for autos or buses...Wheelchair accessibility: They do have one door for wheelchair accessibility.
