First I need to say that the staff members were all very nice and they tried their best to be helpful. There was one person who gave us wrong information but it wasn’t intentional. Other than that, however, our stay was less than stellar. The beds are hard, breakfast was mediocre, and while our room was clean, the rest of the building didn’t seem to be. There was a car parked out front in the handicapped space with two flat tires that looked like it had been there for a long time. Overall I never give a place less than three stars when they have stellar service, but just keep in mind there may be better places to stay in Wichita Falls.

We stayed twice during the week of Thanksgiving. Room was huge & clean but mattress was hard. Beautiful wood staircase that was polished & not a speck of dust. Tiny pumpkins everywhere. Breakfast had pancakes and waffles; “bug juice” & sprinkles for yogurt. I was very impressed with all the coffee creamer options & general condiments to customize a basic breakfast. Very kid friendly I would say. Check in was easy & hotel was quiet. Pool & hot tub looked beautiful in pics & even though I knew it was closed for remodel I looked through the glass. Pool looked a smidge dirty but basically appeared they were storing furniture while updating rooms. We will be back when the pool & hot tub are open!

Ok... I usually lead with the good, but that would be hard to do here...umm..it was shelter.We like Best Westerns, but the pool and hot tub were closed. I get that hotels have to renovate, but I wish they would tell people that when you make your reservation.I really really dislike standing in ankle deep water when showering. Ew.Used? toilet paper by the sofa bed and broken glass in the windowThe treadmill kinda worked in the fitness room, and there was 1 kettle bell weight, but it was odd that none of the 3 machines (elliptical -- didn't work and recumbent bike which did work) faced the TV.BW in Henrietta, TX needs to step it up a little.

I asked the guy at the front desk for a price on a room. He asked for credit card and ID. I said ok but please give me the price first. I caught him trying to swipe my card before telling me 135.00. I said not sir, I'll try another place. He said"but please I'm almost done processing your card". He was trying to force me to agree to get the room. Watch tour money at this establishment the men aren't trust worthy

We were on the road for 11hrs we wanted to sleep and rest couldn't find a better place this guys are amazing make us feel like family we woke up super late didn't make it on breakfast time and this guys start making some more breakfast for us no one I mean no one will do that we are definitely stopping by I understand is hard for business to give a big upgrade when there is not that much business around here thank you so much is been so good this experienceRooms: Big and cleanSafety: Feel very safeFood & drinks: Can't ask for better than this

We stayed at this location for 4 nights, the location is Great!The hotel is very nice & smelled Clean when we arrived.We had a room on the 3rd floor which was really nice! The room & bathroom were good sized & the beds were comfortable. The room was Very Clean!All of the Staff from the Front Desk (except for 1!) to Housekeeping were very Friendly and Helpful.SPECIAL SHOUTOUT to Shiv & Mack who went above & beyond!!!Be sure to say Hello to "Troubles" the Super Sweet Hotel Dog!The Hotel is under renovation. The Pool, common Bathrooms & Laundry are all CLOSED!We were Really counting on Using the LAUNDRY as we had been Traveling for Quite a While!Maybe the Hotel should make note of the Closed amenities in the Description!

The two nice young men that helped us at the front desk, Mack and Sandy, made us feel welcome even when we came in very late at night. They had free breakfast in the morning and everything was in a little bag so it was ready to go which was helpful. I also enjoyed the fresh fruit and my partner liked the eggs. We slept like babies in the king sized bed. We also had a large cooler of food in our car and it all fit in their large mini fridge. We picked this place because it felt safe and like we would not be robbed, this is one of our concerns while traveling across the country. Our room was very nice and modern, I like how they decorated the place. I was also told their pool would be open in a week. We were too early to enjoy it, but for future guests, they have one :)Rooms: The room we stayed in was nice and modern, my partner really enjoyed the shower.Safety: We picked this place because it seemed safe on our cross country journey.

We stopped here after a long drive on our way home. The linens are old, worn out and dirty. The pool was just disgusting! They said it was being renovated but it was just being neglected. The water was dark green and filthy. There were mouse or rat droppings on the floors. The breakfast was an absolute joke. Really shocked by how bad everything was. I expect more from Best Western. The small amount of food choices were not fit to eat. Keep driving or go back to Wichita Falls.Noteworthy details: Seems like a good location but it’s a terrible place. Don’t stop

My Family and I were exhausted from driving all day from Florida. We stopped at this hotel to get much needed rest. The hotel was clean and staff very kind. Even went the extra mile to find the bell cart and bring it to the car.The room was big, A/C ice cold, shower, clean and nice and hot. Bed was comfortable. Couldn’t ask for more.Breakfast was amazing the kids loved the automatic pancake machine! The staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay amazing. Even offered us fruit and water for our trip!If you stay somewhere else, you’re missing out on a great stay.

Thought this hotel would be quite. Has high reviews and was looking forward to some time in the hot tub. The room was clean and cool. We were put on the second floor and found the elevator doesn't work nor the A/C on the second floor. So had to carry bags up and down the stairs. Then found the hot tub and pool don't work. Thought we could run laundry but found the washer and dryer don't work nor the bathrooms near the lobby, and an obvious water leak in the wall around the tub. Needless to say we had a place to stay for the night and a clean bed and that was it. And they still charged full price.

Beds, linens and pillows great! Room TV not working at all, fire alarm chirping ALL night and day. Since we arrived after midnight, the last thing we wanted to do is waste precious time calling to have the batteries replaced. Both reception area bathrooms out of order and locked- so when my 3-year-old suddenly had to go pee during breakfast, we had to cut it short, throw away all of our food and run all the way to the 3rd floor just so she could go. The pool is also inoperable. The owners and employees are very welcoming. I think they might just be very behind on some routine maintenance and renovation projects.

After popping two tires and a long day of attempted travel we rolled into the this Best Western and was greeted by the staff as our truck was coming off the tow. Jimmy the owner was very sweet and even offered to take my boyfriend to the BBQ place near by! What a sweetheart. Our room was clean and orderly and the breakfast was yummy! Nothing like Eggos and yogurt in a hotel lobby makes me feel like a kid again:). Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel was under Renovation on the first floor. Hotel gas 3 floors. Second Floor was HOTTER than Outside. Hallway Stunk. Room wa HOT and Smelled Bad. I informed the Front Desk about Air Conditioner problem. He told me that he couldn't do anything about the Air because it was On. Rooms are Pet Friendly. Bed was Hard as a Rock. Noisy during the Night from Loud People and Barking Dog next to us. Tried to take Shower except the Tub DIID NOT DRAIN. The location was Convenient because it is close to Road. Staff was Newly Trained. We will Not Stay there again. This place looks Nice from Outside and First floor but the rest is not. Hopefully they will get everything fixed so others can enjoy their stay. I was Disappointed with this Location.Rooms: Rooms were HOT. THEY DIDN'T HAVE AIR turned On. Hallway was HOT and Smelly.Bed was HARD AS A ROCK ,& UNCOMFORTABLE Make sure they turn Air-conditioning on before you get there.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay here! Very clean and safe location, accommodations were fantastic. The beds were a little too firm, but that's just a personal preference and nothing against the hotel. TAMMY made our morning an absolute blessing, she was welcoming and friendly...I am not a morning person and she just set the morning in motion for a fantastic day! Her positive attitude and joy just spreads into the guests and our stay would not have been the same without her there! She shared a beautiful story of encouragement and forever we will appreciate that ❤
