All around great gas station and truck stop. My son loves this one in Henderson just because of the large variety of everything as well as all the extra toy things you can buy. The thing I like is that the food by the register they serve is very good. Staff are very friendly and keep the store very clean at all times. Bathrooms are always clean. There’s a Dennys attached to it that you can access from the outside or through the gas station. Just a good place to stop if you need something

At 6pm the deli looked horrible. The food looked like it was made at noon and the lamp was too hot because everything was dried up and looked burnt.

A few days ago I got gas there. I had a Discrepancy with the pump I was upset. The lady who spoke with a Spanish accent that was in charge was Very helpful, very nice. Excellent employee, thank you.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. The restrooms are always clean and big enough to take all of the kids in. The fountain drinks are great, we have never had a bad experience, they even offer souvenir cups. Snacks and candy are always well stocked with a good variety. They are usually pretty busy during the day but the parking lot is easy to get in and out of and they have plenty of fuel pumps. I've never had to wait in line. Great place to stop in to fuel yourself up and get a shoe shine.

I went to the gateway gas station to get a snack and they gave me two burnt/very nasty sausages that was over 8 dollars together, and when I took it back they said they couldn’t do anything about it but give me different ones. Which was all the same burnt and nasty, they called the manager and they said they couldn’t do anything either. Very unsatisfied with how this was handled, if the food doesn’t look good then throw it away don’t keep selling it to the customers. I would like to talk to the owner but they refuse to give me the number to resolve this. Posting is the best I can do.

There seem to be some Negative Nancys on here so I'd like to clarify.... this is an AWESOME place to stop for a break or for the night. Store, restrooms and showers were very clean, new and updated. Staff was extremely friendly in the store and the Dennys. Parking lot is actually nicely manicured on the edges, spacious and clean. I guess for some people, nothing is good enough. 🤷‍♀️ For us it was fabulous.

2/24 06:20a.mMy co driver and I came in to rest and switch shifts. The restrooms were spotless as was the entire store. There was plenty of coffee and all tid bits that accommodate a cup. It was fresh and plenty of flavors to choose from. The food choices were amazing and so were the several items we decided to get. The absolute BEST of the experience were the 2 cashiers. They were friendly yet cranking people out for their day! This will be a place we will have no problems giving our business!

I am a truck driver who is home at night. I was told I could park my vehicle behind Dennys. The district manager was made aware of this and had my vehicle towed away way. They don’t care about the needs of the drivers. These people are not good people and don’t deserve business. The Eagle truckstop across town is smaller but they do care about the drivers.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! This is why I try to stay away from mom n pops. I fueled 109 gallons and they rudely argued with me about it to the point another trucker said he’d give me his shower Bc he had just fueled. Blonde girl is like “how are you gonna give him your shower?” They finally found my receipt. Then they asked if “that girl” who is my wife, wanted a shower too. I told them she was my WIFE, as I showed them my gold wedding band. Then she said she’d “let it slide this time” Bc team showers are normally $12 🙄🙄. First off, I made over $200k last year between trucking and my 2 Airbnb listings in Florida. I’m not worried about getting discounts. Second, the other trucker gave me his rightful fuel-purchase shower. Finally, the big five (Loves, Petro/TA, Flying J/Pilot) have NEVER said anything about my WIFE showering with me. But they wanted to charge me for a TEAM SHOWER? My wife is a behavioral analyst who isn’t working right now due to covid. These girls literally had no proper raising Bc they had zero respect for us and I’ll never come here again.

Service was good & enjoyed the yogurt station they had. 6 flavors & bathroom was cleaned. Parking lot was spacious. They really didn't have any food selections but had good choices of salads..

Restrooms are clean. Has about 20 truck parking places. Could have more if they repainted the lines and put them closer together. Some truck drivers can't walk across the parking lot to throw away their trash, so the parking lot needs attention.

It's a borderline two star....one star for the friendly cashier checking me out and the other star for how clean the store seemed... other then that, the slushy machines weren't cold and they were sweating...the coolers in general were barely cold...I wanted to stock my cooler up with drinks but who wants slightly cold drink's at that cost? The purpose of paying convenient store prices is having the convenience of a cold beverage ready to drink. The drink's were sweating in the cooler. Bought a bag of ice and even the ice they sell is cheap and unfiltered. The store looks way to nice to provide subpar retail like they do. Turn up the coolers and get those drinks cold, they should not be sweating in the fridge. I'd of easily spent $30 bucks on drink's if they would have been cold. My loss on the cheap ice I guess. Won't be stopping here again.

If you experience any rude employees, you can call the owners. They are so nice, they will address the situation politely & professionallyI recently had some concerns on how I was treated & because of well the situation was handled by the owners I will definitely keep going there. If you need their number just call Gateway & ask for the owners number, they have it & they should give it to you without any problems.

Every single time I stop here, the restroom is filthy and unstocked. Staff is very unfriendly. No greeting. No smile. They act like I am doing them a favor spending my hard earned money in this store. Wont be back again. I will stop in Kilgore or Nacogdoches from now on. They're super friendly at those Gateways.

I visit for the boot/shoe shine. The gas and the rest is a bonus.One of the last shoe shiners in east-texas works out of this location. Solid, old-fashion shine for a decent price.

I would like to blame the staff for being so rude and disrespectful towards customers but unfortunately the manager is to blame for the manager sets the example!!! If the manager has no respect for the customer and displays rudeness than how can you expect the staff to do so. Most definitely this place needs new management immediately!!!!

Been in this store 4 times in last 3 days and spent over 1600 dollars on diesel,, Cashier is rude and wants you to wait for her till she is ready to get your fuel receipt,, the food they cook is nasty no soap in restroom to wash your hands ,, horrible service

Nice stop but if you're in a big truck be careful pulling into the truck lot. The transition from the road to the lot is poorly designed and may shift your load
