Typical Walmart just like the rest. Only this one always has a huge line for the money center and it takes a long time to get up to counter for your turn. Usually only one person working...rarely do you see two, but all of the women who are working the money center counter are super friendly and know how to do their jobs!!

Automotive- A sign is displayed stating that the store offers free installation when you buy the headlights... NOT TRUE... the guys at the shop refused to have them installed, unless you pay a fee. MISLEADING, DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING at my local Walmart

I have seen customers walking out with items. Customer service sucks and very slow. I was told by a lazy employee that this store no longer recycled used oil, only to find out it was b s. Careful when you buy a car battery. Get a NAME and make sure they look up your correct car battery or it voids warranty. Buddy got the “you got the wrong battery” and had to buy a new one. Careful, check your receipt or they will take you for a money ride. Zero stars for having grandma wait over an hour for an oil change on her POS Sentra.

This is not my regular Walmart,but I can tell you that I'm not coming back,the person at grocery entrance very rude, I was asking for an electric chair and he said we don't have one but rude,I understand is hard to be on the entrance standing up,but believe me Walmart at los fresnos and Alton gloor they are very nice.Probably no one cares in this store,but I just have to leave my comment.

I really wish I could give this walmart negative stars...I ordered tires thru the walmart website and had a scheduled appointment for 8/13/2023 at the auto center to get the tires put on. We get there and go to check in and they looked at us like we had 3 heads when we said appointment. We talked to 3 of the auto employees and told all 3 that we needed tire sensors as well. They each had to go check if the sensors were in stock ( I had already called twice in the week before the appointment to verify they had them). They get the truck on the lift and the truck almost slips off. They take the tires off the truck and about 30 minutes into the truck being on the lift my boyfriend reminds them about tire sensors. The employees claim that we never told them we needed sensors. We sit there for a hour and a half when they come in and tell us they can't get our tires off the rim, the tires were bending there bar, and they don't want to damage anything and they'll put our new tires in the bed of our truck. LOW AND BEHOLD THEY SCRATCHED ONE OF THE RIMS IN SEVERAL PLACES!!!!!!!!!! When we told them about the damage they claimed they didn't do it and had no idea how that happened. You can clearly see the rims were dirty and their handprints are on them. If they would have been up front from the very beginning we wouldn't be upset but their carelessness and ignorance is getting corporate involved!!!!

Pretty good experience as far as Walmarts go. Aisles and shelves appear to be well stocked. Fresh produce actually looked fresh. Store had an overall neat and orderly appearance.Was able to check out very fast via express lane with my small order. Only one person ahead of me in line.Another reviewer mentioned something about parking being a pain. We did not find this to be true. The parking lot is humongous. Sure you may not be able to park right next to the building, but you'll find parking. There's even a designated area for semi trucks (see pics).

Usually I like this walmart. However, tonight changed my opinion. Some one in the auto department assisted me on opening a case in the sporting goods for a $100 telescope. Once he took it out, I grabbed it and he immediately said I can't shop around with it and that I have to pay for it right then and there. When I mentioned I wanted to show my wife and I wanted to shop still. He said that she has to come here to look at it and then he proceeded to block me from leaving until he had the product in his hand. Thankfully my wife didn't like it and decided that we didn't need the telescope. That guy forsure heard my opinions of him.

That now on day's we have to be very careful whenever you go to the store to buy your food because if you don't pay attention to your received after you have already paid with your (Long Start Food The Government Food Stamps) that's we use what they are doing now on day's I just found out it's that's they are charging you like if you are buying something that's not food that you can't pay with the food stamps so you all have to be very careful because it's happened to me and they then I was told that I could just pay cash to them I told them what I'm not going to pay anything cash to you all so they told me to go ahead and cancel everything and just leave it I said no I would like to know what are you charging me for cash money that's I'm not taking for because you telling me that I'm stealing on that cash out by yourself now I want proof also they were telling me where was my receipt I told him to check on the camera because the girl that was helping me she didn't give me the receipt so I told them why don't they check the camera and how funny that nobody check out the camera out there why's it's my question ❓ so now on day's please be very careful double check when you pay at the Wal-Mart store OMG I did get very upset with them and had them check it out again and it came out very different than before just couldn't believe it do it and get away with it the store but oh well just wanted to let you all know Have a safe Holiday Happy Merry Christmas 🎄⛄ To You Please Stay Safe From Your Friend Ninfa..

After a recent remodel sometimes a year ago it give it's true colors, more spaces at the food iles, easier signs at each iles to located items and now more self checking that makes holidays and black Friday a little challenging...

I travel out of my way to come to this walmart, even though the one in Weslaco is closer. This one has great customer service, it's clean, and stocked. Avoid the weslaco walmart if you can. I've had so many bad experiences there.

Very good cake. Moist, excellent quality, decorations to my specifications were perfect. Owner asked me to text a photo to her cell. A little expensive but totally worth it. Was so hot outside, frosting was dripping by the time we got home but put it in the fridge and was perfect. Couldn't ask for better.

I was at the store earlier today and I was stuck looking for an item, I looked for an employee for assistance when I found Omar, I asked just for him to glance at me and continue moving along and acting like he couldn’t hear me pushing his cart along, truly rude and awful customer service, thankfully another young lady was able to assist me.

Don't like the self checkout registers. Employees are getting paid so customers can do their job! Even the actual cashier's are lazy. They flat out tell you that they will not put your items in the basket. The customer has to do it. So I guess if I get hurt..I can file for workers comp..since I would get injured "on the job"..
