Worst pharmacy I have ever tried to use I will not be staying here this place is worse than cvs even oh my lord they might as well shut this place down my dr has send an rx 3 times and they are saying they don't have it but they got the other meds my dr sent seriously stupid people

Great customer service!!!If their stuff wasn't marked up, I shop there more. I go every month for medication. I love the pharmacy techs...they are always swamped, but still are capable of being friendly, like the really care!Customer service rocks!

The employees here are so kind hearted and helpful they go out of there way to help their customers I witnessed a lady walk in who was dehydrated and hot from walking and asked if they had a drinking fountain and at the time they had no public water due to Covid safety precautions and a woman working one of the registers for one of the biggest water bottles that was in the freezer and paid for it herself without even being asked. She saw a need that needed to be met and she met that need. I believe it's little things like this that make a good store an even better one.

Filling a prescription here they were not wonderful but not horrible. Dropped off inside and then waited for the text that it was ready. Picked up the meds at the drive thru. Nobody told me verbally the basics to watch out for while taking the meds, nor what precautions to take other than “read all your papers and instructions in the bag.”What happened to the brief summary of things to know and the print out that came with the medicine. The papers I got we generic stuff about the store.

I went to buy a medication I needed urgently because I am pregnant & after 20 min of waiting pharmacist refused to give me my medication because supposedly my insurance was cancelled. I called the insurance the next day and they called the pharmacy and my medication was actually approved and paid by the insurance my insurance had never been cancelled and pay 100% of my medication. Never going there again. I hope that doesn't affect my baby.

***BEWARE...They billed my insurance a total of 41 days for medication that the doctor only prescribed 30 days of. My insurance charges a deductible per 30 day increments. Why are they charging 41 days to the insurance when they were only told to give me 30 days worth of medication. When I questioned the pharmacy tech she responded snottily by saying 'I don't know ask your insurance" I paid for my medication because I NEED IT. Mind you I paid it through the drive through and all I did was circle around to get off and speak of the matter in person. They gave me the total run around couldn't give me direct answers to my questions and even blamed the doctor for calling in a 90 day script when that was a total lie since we are working with the dosage and I confirmed with the doctor they only ordered the 30 days. I asked for a refund as the package only in my possession for about 5 minutes if that. They refused saying its against their policy. Where is that posted?? Needless to say I will definitely be switching pharmacies now but I write this as a warning to others that may be getting overcharged and not knowing and choose not to get the script because of a fixed income or it not being in their budget when it was simply billing negligence on their end.

Maggie and Paulina didn’t have to do what they did!! The pharmacy was closed but they still decided to help me, and especially my daughter by filling the medication she needed for an earache. Neither of them had to help me but they did. I am indebted to them and can’t thank them enough for helping my daughter!!! Thank you Maggie and Paulina!!

Horrible...every time I go, no matter what hour of the day, it takes an hour to fill a simple prescription. Rude customer service. If I didn’t have to, I wouldn’t come here.
