Absolute trash. Worst management, lazy employees. Don’t have a clue about running a grocery store, but people still have to shop here because it’s the only option we have. Closes early every night, you check out your own groceries but they can’t be bothered to even refill the receipt tape.

I went there this morning and bought several items and found some things on sale and on clearance. After I was done getting all that I needed , I proceeded to the check out. I was scanning my purchases and granted I am handicap on their scooter cart. I called the cashier overlooker because the items that were on clearance and or marked down were not ringing up right. I explained what was going on about the prices not being correct and she said she could help. I also gave her the coupons and thought she had scanned them. When I got home I realized she didn't run the coupons costing me an extra 3 dollar's. You might say it's just 3 dollar's but they won't let me Walk out the door with 3 dollar's of merchandise for free! Not to mention the gas I spent going back to HEB to get my 3 dollar's back. Not happy about the whole thing but next time I don't need your employee help.

This is my favorite HEB Michael, Savanah, Danielle and the rest of the pharmacy are the best,very friendly and helpful!!!Today I was in the cake section and asked the lady's for a peticular item they were both quick to say they didn't have it,,Paul was overhearing our conversation and said I think there are some in back,and returned with an armload Thanks Paul for going the extra mile and that's why I shop there!!!Thanks HEB GOOD JOB 👍

HEB is a great store with lots of choices. This is a smaller store and is undergoing a renovation. Very crowded and parking lot a mess but staff is friendly, helpful and intelligent.

Shopping at HEB is always #one grocery store to my family and I. We love shopping there, especially the HEB on Morgan Blvd. All staff are very attentive and professional. HEB is like no other store. You find everything 😀

Tried to pump gas this morning when gas attended wouldn't let me pay for gas he wanted to lecture me on an issue with my car cause it dropped gas one time a few days before today and I explained to him my gas pump in my car spits it out sometimes he thought i said it was the gas pump from heb he said no it's not our pumps it's you car .. so had to go park and go into heb store to talk to someone so i could pay for gas! So unit director Sergio came and I said what happened he instructed me to just go outside and try again and I had to tell him how was i supposed to go pay for gas when the attendant wouldn't take my money to put gas so had to ask if he'd go with me cause me going alone would have same issue he said he felt like attend was doing to much but he seemed like my complaints to him was bother some by his face reaction when I was explaining issues this is my corner heb store hate that it's this hard just to pay for gas!with out getting lectured about my car issues!! Felt like nothing was done by unit director Sergio left feeling dumb for asking for help with rude employee..got a call from unit director sergio after this review he basically said he handled it correctly and was not making expressions like my complaints bothered him so nothing was done..

Love HEB! Staff is always so pleasant to customers. The pharmacy is so professional. We have had issues with other pharmacies not having the medications but not with HEB...and if they'll meds are delayed, they let us know in a timely manner.

I usually don't do reviews, but lately HEB has been slacking. I order curbside and delivery because not only is it convenient but I also do not have transportation all the time. I have received products that have either been expired or will expire a day after I have gotten them. I ordered the family size ground meat about $20 and that meat was brown and smelled, I returned it. I order an herb and cheese mixture and heavy cream, both sour and expired. I've ordered turkey legs and those were not good at all. You know the smell poultry gives when it's gone bad, Yea not nice. I've ordered onions and when recurved stunk up my whole apartment, had to return those, today and a cpl days ago ordered a salad mixture and both were already going bad and had spots on them. So I can't blame one department because my issue has been with produce, meat market, and curbside. Curbside shoppers are not chosing quality items, if I can smell them from the bag, I'm sure they can tell them as well. Market for not checking meat and making sure products are fresh, and produce for the same reason, not checking products and making sure products are fresh. I'm tired of calling, and I'm tired of complaining and returning my products. Alot of these products are pricier compared to others and it is very upsetting. If i had a vehicle I would do my own shopping but sadly at this moment in time it is not an option. I believe if your going to offer delivery and curbside services than we should be able to trust that the products we are purchasing are being checked for quality as well. I don't like to complain and I usually just discard if I can not go and return but this is beginning to be a problem.

Walked into the store and a young lady greeted me by saying hello sir, you look maaaaaddd. I looked at her & was thrown that someone, a stranger at this HEB would say this to me. I was not mad and I was having a good day so far. On my way out I got another comment by her are you okkkkkk. This is not a way to welcome people into your store/business. I was made to awkward by this inappropriate greeting!

Overall this HEB has most of what I need. I go there multiple times a week. Prices are reasonable. My biggest gripe is when they moved the carts from inside the entrance on the north side to outside. This was the dumbest thing they could have done for the flow of your trip to the store. Half the time, if you walk in and realize you need a cart, you have to run back out and grab one. It just doesn’t make sense. And if its raining hard enough, you’re gonna get soaked…

I enjoy this HEB because it's always clean. I usually find what I'm looking for. There's always helpful associates. Check outs are fast even if there's a line. If they see lines are getting long, they'll open another register quickly. Aisles are always clean and products are easy to find.

Went here for kids day. It was a Marvel theme, kids had a great time. Very well organized. Thanks to the HHS football players and cheerleaders who helped out with the games. And of course big thanks to the HEB staff. Well done. 👍

HEB was the one place I never complained about, except about some of their business office people who are rude and sometimes ignore customers. But in the last year they are price gouging. Too many of their products have Inflated 25%, 50% and some things are over 100% inflation doubled in price. I am fed up with the greed. Wal Mart is worse but they always have been. I go to Walmart maybe 10 times a year. I am in HEB 4 or 5 times a week and every month their gouging increases anger me. If HEB is going to continue to pass all the costs onto their customers then I am done. I am going to small places like Michiocana and the dollar stores. Some things might cost a little more at smaller places but they always have, they didn't hide it, I'll just by less.

Very friendly staff! They know us by name. If there is an item you can’t find there, you can request it to be & it WILL be done. Love the in store weekly coupon bundles! Buy one item get 4 free. In these hard times of inflation, HEB does have the customers best interests in mind.

This is the location near me; do all my grocery shopping here. The products are great, but the increase in prices of most of the items I buy regularly, has greatly affected my budget. I also have difficult time finding the dog food both wet and dry that we feed our pets. Very frustrating.Prices for the basic items, bread, eggs, milk, coffee have gone up.Not finding the reasonably priced dry dog food; all they seem to have plenty of is the more expensive brand.
