The store was fine, I found what I needed no problem, the cashiers on the other hand were rude. The two girls working were so busy talking behind the balloon counter they completely ignored us. We approached them to check out and one of them rolled her eyes and pointed to checkout 5 where no was at and told us to go over there; then she proceeded to make her way over, when everyone and their freaking mother decided they needed to check out too... Needless to say Dollar Tree needs better staff.

Store is as clean as a store can be, the reason i gave this low ratings is for the lines. A few instances (15+ for me) i have been in line for 15mins or more, very rarely do they open registers but it's just the annoyance that has me rather go elsewhere and pay more to just not have to stand through the annoyance. Store is ok.

Bad customer service when it comes to returns. I know the items are returns and no store is going to want for customer to do that but if they would have asked me the reason of my returns then they would have understood that I did not need these items. We were planning our New Year’s Eve party and we decided to do fun games with random dollar items. So I bought a bunch of items for kids and adults. Things that I knew were not a use for me. But my husband got sick and we ended up in he ER all night and my family did not do anything because I was the one that organized the party. After New Years, I did not see a use on the items anymore. And today, I got a chance to return them back and all I got was bad faces. Which is totally okay, but they should have questioned my returns and given me the opportunity to explain the reason.

Excellent store love the enviroment. The deals are so good you can buy so much with a few dollars. They always have current seasonal items availible. The staff is always so nice.

If your looking for a job in this store chain I recommend the one in Sanbenito the manager actually knows what she's doing and respects her employees unlike this one.

Everytime we go line is so long, yet they have 3 or for registers, it be great if they'd have more than 1 cashier open

Terrible customer service. Associates are very rude, and don't care to lift a finger to assist customers. Lines are always long, and never open second register, but of course it is a dollar store... also very dirty

You mean $1.25 plus tree. There are signs all over the store that say $1.25 or less. BUT there is an entire aisle that is $3-$5. Not liking the change.

Love the quality merchandise but very disappointed because they don't have enough cashiers the lines are long some people just walk out and leave the stuff there not enough cashiers

Store sometimes messy from people being jerks and not putting things back. Every now and then intercom comes on telling people to watch their kids. I like they at least say something with kids running.

Excellent place for shopping for DYI items.. fully stocked.. hadn't been there in a while, I wonder why..they have lots of inexpensive items..

Went to buy a soap dish. Found it!They used to have cold bottles of water but the last two time I've gone there's none!

They have very rude employees working there. With the exception of I think the manger who came to help me when 2 other cashiers claimed their registers were closed when their lights were on.

They had a sign that said no mask no entry, we happen to forget our mask and they told us we couldn't come in. Yet the next time I went a guy and a girl told them they didn't have a mask and they still let them in. And on top of that another guy was already in there shopping with no mask in....

They allow their customers to be offended by allowing a peddler to sit in a chair infront of their store and ask for money.
