Wouldn't exchange a $10 FM radio without the receipt even though we were in the store 5 minutes before! Do not come here! They made us dig through their trash to find the receipt ridiculous!

Very bad communication with the cashiers they talk about the customers as soon as they leave out the door that is very bad on their part people are going to stop by buying stuff and groceries from there you need to hire professional people

Had a coupon through my dollar general app and they wouldn’t honor it. The item I got was $3 off but they said they couldn’t change the price even though it was on sale. You shouldn’t give out coupons for something if you aren’t going to honor it. That’s bad business and poor customer service. I told him to take the item off and he rang it up anyway. Didn’t even get a manager to take it off. Just said “sorry”. That’s unacceptable and I tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. Needless to say I won’t be back to this location.

Cashier elderly lady needs to be more helpful, didn’t tell me “ you have 3 bags” I walked out with only 2 . After I got home I realized I am missing items. Left my house to go back for my 3rd bag . Turns out one item was placed back in the fridge .I picked up the bag . And what do you know I have to go back again to pick up the item I paid for , it’s not in the bag. After I called that I was on my way to get my bag. The item was placed back in the fridge. It’s sad when all this happens in the lunch hour. Now I have to go back after work to pick it up.

Nice store, a little cluttered, some merchandise stale such as candy and cured meat products. Sanitation protocols are getting a little lax too. Overall a convenient place to shop for a variety of merchandise.

Like shopping there for inexpensive cards. I still like sending people cards just because...It sure beats just getting bills and junk mail in ur mailbox!!I'm looking for orange dishes they had. Anybody know a Dollar General where I can still find them? I loved the flame orange color, now I can't find any!

Now matter what Ida and Romero are doing they are alway so kind and helpful. The other are so kind too. The store needs more cleaning supplies for customers.

The store is very clean. It is easy to find products. When I asked for assistance the employee came promptly to help me. She and the cashier were very courteous and friendly.

I go to Dollar General quite often. The workers are friendly and they have most of the items I want. The prices are good and sometimes better than buying from the other competitors .

I can never get cel service in this place, be it voice, text msgs or internet. So frustrating when trying to get ahold of wife for a simple question on a product she sent me for. Customer service is also questionable. Always long and slow lines at register

Store was very dirty. I needed help and I couldn't find anyone to help. I walked to the back of the store and the employees were there just talking. All the back of the aisle was blocked with racks with merchandise and trash. Very unorganized.

It's nice and organized, but it's not a dollar store, what I mean by that is very little here costs a dollar. Some of the products sold here are cheap and cheaply made but overall it's OK.

Always have problems with my debit card being accepted the first swipe. It never goes through on the first try at this store. This is the only dollar general store where I’ve had this problem numerous times.

Good place for quick pick up of greeting cards (nice selection at 50 cents & $1) and other items you might have forgotten on shopping trip to other stores.

Card reader keeps declining y debt card where as I have no problems in other stores. Other than that great experience.

The sign on the door says open every day 8am to 10pm. It was 930 on a Sunday and was still closed.

Assistant manager n an employee in this store r lies they make up lies about other people n have a dirty store when there manager can't b reached they call other managers from different stores then they tell u that manage is not from that store employee pretending 2 b boss when assistant manager is not there gone 4 more then 1 hour
