Decent food but not the best location. They were the only fast food in town so they were busy. Seemed to be really shortstaffed as well. Hopefully that's something a manager can fix. Looked like 1 person cooking all the food and 1 person doing everything else. I imagine if the people had help it would up that establishment a great ammount.

Came very hungry! Left hungrier! This tacos speaks like stadiums cuz they were empty! Just like my tummy. Customer service was really good. Attendant was very nice and amicable. But my tacos were wack!

I got the four piece steak finer basket. The food was fresh and hot, like I like it. But it took almost thirty minutes to get the food!!! There was no line in the inside or the drive through. No one offered a small drink because of the wait or an explanation as to what was going on. Other than the wait the food was great when we got it. We were in town for the weekend and may stop there again when in Hamlin. Be Blessed

Could not purchase a blizzard. The Mrs.manager with the glasses handling food without gloves told the kid on drive thru that apple/Samsung pay messes up her paperwork....??Listen it's 2023 if your going to be the only burger place in this beautiful town . Update what you must including your management. Next time I come by here I expect to be able to purchase my blizzard after working all day . Thank you

Food leaves less to b desired, ice cream, shakes, and blizzards melt super fast (indicators of old mix and machine not at proper freezing temperatures or malfunctioning)Heard the who crew walked out while we wer at another store. Question now is, r they still open n serving other patrons.

Slowest fast food ever. No one else was in the drive-thru. They had us pull around the front to wait for the food. 20 minutes later, seeing they weren't even busy inside, I walked in and our food was just sitting underneath the warmer ready to go.

They were out of gravy. It took awhile to get our food. The taco salad was mostly lettuce, hardly any chicken. The employee who waited on us was polite. I would probably not come back to this location.

My husband and I stopped for ice cream here, and I just had to say what a great server they have working the drive through! I didn’t get her name, but she had red hair and was very polite, repeated our order back to us before making it, then politely wished us a good day after giving us our ice cream. Customer service seems to be a skill lacking in so many these days, so we always notice and appreciate it when someone does a good job. They should get her to train other DQ employees, for sure. :)

Drive through the drive thru and all I heard was something about pull up to the window they take my order then ask me to drive to the front and wait 30 min later I go in and they gave my order away to some one else 10 min later I get my order so it’s supposed to b a fast food restaurant a total of 40 mins wow they need a new manager obviously he’s not doing a good job at managing their employees

First, I must say that both visits tonight I received amazingly friendly and helpful service. Big smiles and everyone was wearing masks and changing gloves... And using hands sanitizer. Thank you for being so diligent to keep your customers safe!Good food... I got a chicken strip basket and it was 5*, it was all cooked perfectly, toast was toasted perfectly, thank you!!My wife got the (3) Tacos meal. I have to say that the Tacos are very tasty... But .... The Tacos are less than half full and very unsatisfying as a result. Adding onions, a LOT more Lettuce (and maybe some tomatoes) would make a world of difference. Unfortunately we have ordered the Tacos in the past and they are always less than half full, and that is why I am even mentioning this issue.I actually came back a second time an hour later and ordered another (3) more Tacos meal with added onions and extra lettuce. This second order was tastier... I don't know if any extra lettuce was added but the Tacos seemed the same size :-(.The second time around, we also ordered two Blizzards and they were very wonderfully thick and delicious. I wanted a Chocolate Cherry Blizzard, unfortunately they were out of that ice cream... BUT the gentleman at the window was so nice and he suggested making the shake with chocolate and actual Cherry's and it was wonderful.I gave you a 5* review due to the exceptional service and flavors!

Food is always good once you get it. But this has got to be the slowest dairy queen ive ever been to. We place call in orders and it takes 30 minutes usually just to get some one on the phone. Then we have a 25-45 minute wait till its ready and we can deal with that. But then picking it up you may be waiting another 30-45 minutes just to get your food

The ice cream is really great! :) They also make the best blizzards and nachos. The burgers ar was pretty good I heard. But the part I love most is their Chicken strips and FRENCH FRIES! :D yum!

I like all of the food on the menu except the burgers - they are always dry, over cooked, and over-toasted. Everything else is great, though, and the chicken and steak finger boxes come with a LOT of fries!

The short-haired male they braught in from some other location is consistently rude, does a sloppy job, and created the most disgusting burger I have ever seen. I should have snapped a photo.This employee needs to be replaced.

The service is terrible it does not take 25 minutes to make some steak fingers and some hamburgers so and it wasn't just one time every single time I've been there the service is terrible. Be a blond girl with glasses that works the register is rude what's absolutely no customer service skills at all the places trash I will never go back

Worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to! We waited forever for someone to take our order. There was an elderly lady ahead of us who left because she got tired of waiting. There was no one else here, except maybe 2 people in the drive thru. Finally got our order taken, and they did not even start cooking it until we went to ask!
