Great little store, always clean and tidy. Pharmacy employees are wonderful! We always see smiling faces when we go in. My only negative is prices are kind of high, which makes it hard for a family to shop there for all the house/food needs on any budget.

The price is here are absolutely ridiculous. While it is clean and people that work there are reasonably friendly it does not make up for the asinine prices there. I don't mean inflation either. These people would charge you the kidney and a liver for a Tic Tac let alone a pound of ground beef. If you plan to ever retire or even be able to pay your rent consider driving 30 minutes in any other direction to go to HEB or Walmart sadly. Rough times we're living in when Walmart is better than Brookshire's

Best grocery store in town (Also the only one). Vegetables are not always the freshest but they do try. For its size it boasts a good selection of items and you can pretty much always find what you need, even if it might not be the brand you’d normally get.

It's a small grocery store, set up is confusing. Cashiers are rude.Thank you for your reply. I want you to know that your manager Larry has always been kind and helpful, Mr. Larry has wonderful customer service and he is always working very hard.So this trip was a great experience, helpful employees. At check-out, the checker noticed my lotion was open and the baker went and got a new one, also one of my perishable items was opened and they got that replaced.Thank you that was kind and much appreciated.

This evening I had an experience with 2 young male employees at this location and one of their buddy's.. all I'm going to say is these were the rudest, disrespectful young men I've came across in store, in line, then following me out side making rude noises and comments.. I will be doing my business else where.. anyone to be that disrespectful unprofessional.. I would not recommend any single female to shop there.. these boys were blatant about it.. I won't return

I can't find a lot of things I look for but it does the job. I still make bi-weekly trips to Walmart though because Brookshires is twice the price.

A much nicer store than you would expect to find in a small town. Quality produce and a deli full of home cooked dishes. Lots of specials running when I shopped there. Friendly staff that actually seemed glad to be there.

Clean and well stocked with a good variety of products and price points.Helpful friendly staff and clean wide aisles. A really nice small town grocery. Pricier than Walmart but also 34 miles closer. Pick the hill you'd like to die on. ;)

Staff was friendly. They had some really nice steaks. Went in for dr peppers and left with $40 worth of steaks. They have that Country Boys brand sausage too. Definitely would recommend this store.

Local grocery store, a bit pricey on most things but I look at it like a convenient store. If you live close and do not want to travel far. This is the spot.

The reason I can't give 5 stars is because of things being too pricey. Has a small town over a barrel because we can't always drop and run to another town to shop where we could get cheaper prices. I would give 10 stars for most of the lovely people that work there though. So very friendly and polite, always helpful most of them going out of their way to help you. Some in the Deli department could learn a few things in manners and the chicken and dumplings that I tried was with canned white meat chicken ... not that tasty in my book. Don't know if that is a norm for how they cook it or if it was an off day but have not cared to try it again since.. If not for the great people that work there it would not be anything to go there for. Would reather get by with what I could get at DG and am anxiously waiting for Family Dollar and Dollar Tree to open.

Only reason it even gets two stars is because some of the been there longer employees are nice and helpful. oh and there fried chicken is pretty good when they have what you want. Over priced, only OK quality meat, and produce is horrible usually.

This store is always clean and always has sales, and it's small to. So that makes for quick grocery sneak attacks. Ya know the ones where you only need like three things. They do have a good selection, just that it's not my HEB. It'll work for now.

We are annual visitors from Wisconsin and we come here to get all of our grocery supply. They are so nice and friendly everytime. They we not out of anything we needed and the deli food was delicious!

Decent selection of basic items for a small-town-store, but priced pretty high. $7.99 for a small rotisserie chicken from the deli 😬 $3.99 for Simply Lemonade 😬(at Walmart it's $2) Most of the employees are friendly.

I enjoy the experience at Brookshire Brothers. The employees are friendly, the management is always kind and helpful. The store is always clean and orderly. The layout of items is easy to navigate and find what your looking for.

Brookshire is too expensive on all their items , it's wrong how they over charge because they're the only grocery store in town , and many aren't able to go out of town for groceries. It's wrong and what they're doing should be illegal , for instance an item here is $11.99 and at other stores the same item is $6.99 that's how it is on all the store items .
