No matter what time of day it is when you call it is a long process getting through the automated system before you are put through to speak to an actual pharmacy employee. Then, when the phone rings to connect you to a person, they pick up the call and immediately put you back on hold without even speaking. I was put on hold 4 times in the same phone call. When someone finally picks up the phone, they are in such a hurry to gather your information and come across rude and impatient. This happened not just one time, but every time I called. I understand they are busy. I would not have a problem being on hold so many times if when they finally do answer, they are not so hurried and pushy about getting my information. They seem put out by the phone call.

Pharmacy hours are never correct due to pharmacist never available. I constantly miss doses of medication due to lack of pharmacist at this location. Find a different pharmacy.

A few years ago I switched to another pharmacy because this pharmacy was always out of the medications I needed. So I decided to give them another chance and to my surprise, the same thing is happening. A pharmacy out of medicine, really?

Came to the store and the cosmetics has been ringing since I’ve been here for 8 minutes, I went and they told me it would be a while because there is only 2 people and they’re busy, there is literally no one here. So I’m waiting and just pushed the help and still no one has come. I just need nail glue and lash glue. They are just up front talking, im still here waiting with my daughter with something that will take a second to open. I wish y’all could look at the cameras and see them not busy and me just waiting by the lashes waiting for them to unlock so I can grab what I need.

The pharmacy it has the best associates! Idk where they find the ignorance throughout the rest of the store. I spoke to 2 white associates and they just stare as if you’re inhuman. And I actually used to work here, crazy, wouldn’t have normally bothered my but my son was with me. Been this way for at least 3 years now, enough is enough!

I have used this pharmacy for at least 15 yrs. I previously lived around the corner but moved to Hillsboro 8 yrs ago and I continue to drive to this Walgreens because of their awesome service. They repeatedly go out of their way to order 1 of my meds from my preferred manufacturer because it works for my body. They willingly do this with a good attitude and always treat me with respect. Yes you sometimes have a little wait time but they are very caring people and well worth my long drive. Thank you to the pharmacy team! Great job!

I'm always greeted with a friendly smile even if it's just to let me know they know I'm there. The service is always great ,they are efficient and accurate. I am most impressed at their ability to stay with a manufacturer. I have 2 prescription that can change manufacturers alot for whatever reason and my body don't agree with many , but I haven't had that issue here. Great job .P.S I will always wait for great service.

Well, make sure you check the expiration dates on your Walgreens prescriptions. My husband went to pick up my meds. I took the second dose and saw the expiration date was April 2023 !!!! Check those dates. You can never call...they dont answer..if they do they just stick uou back on hokd again and again. If they didn't put you on automatic refill they wouldn't give them do much work..because you didnt ask for it.. You don't pick them up. Smh

I've never had a problem with the pharmacy until yesterday. I took my daughter to the doctor which they then have her a percription that got sent to this Walgreens. They had to make me call her insurance provider to change her doctor because some reason they were seeing a different doctor in Irving. So I called and changed it, the insurance agent even confirmed to me that her insurance has been active since April of this year. So later that day when I went to pick up my daughter's prescription they told me her insurance doesn't exist and I need to call the insurance provider. I explained to them that I had already called today and they said it was active. All they kept telling me was well we will have to use a discount card. Which yes it lowered the price but my daughter's insurance would of lowered it to $10. I ended up paying the ridiculous price for it since my daughter really needed it. They just wanted to hurry up and close instead of helping me figure out what was going on. This pharmacy is trash.

These people in the pharmacy work very hard and they’re doing their best. Sure I’ve had to wait and then there’s times that I’m in and out. Just depends on the time of day and the season. Of course it does depend also on how our day has gone and how we’re feeling. They hustle in there and try their best, thank you Walgreens.

Pharmacist Ola and her helper went out of their way on Sunday to transfer a prescription from Crowley to Grand Prairie and were done in 5 minutes!!!!!!! Thank you Ola!!!!!!!! You made my vacation possible for my entire family (17 people) to leave on time!!!! I cannot Thank You enough!!!! This is a Pharmacist who cares. P.S. All you sub-humans that complain about the drive-thru service: a pharmacy is NOT a McDonald's. It takes a few minutes to make sure everything is correct about your Rx. If they miss a tomato at McDonald's, big deal. If they give you an amphetamine for your blood pressure medicine, you will wish they took the few extra minutes to get it right!!!! Think about changing your rating. ALL of the pharmacy staff are TOP NOTCH!!! Thank You.

Wow!! Where do I start!! Let’s make it short… I switched pharmacy last month from another location f and came to this one (pioneer & Beltline and it was the worse decision I made, apart from marrying my husband, system is down as of 05/7,8,9/2022 the system crashed down. Geez!! I need my Med and they can’t transfer it to any where else cause the phone lines are down, so I will just have to be in pain until further notice. 😡

Pharmacy sucks!!!! U do have you're good people sometimes, but it's like they leave because their all time staff are jerks!!! They need to ask people if they are going to wait for prescription, they need to move to the dame side NOT at the Freaking WINDOW!!!!! Changing pharmacy real soon!

This is a real old Walgreens hasn't been updated in years. One of the managers there I think his name is Marcus looks he hasnt taken a shower in. years either. He smells like a hyena. There's old dirty black carpet by the front door with a rip in it been there forever. And don't bother to use their nasty bathrooms super nasty. Smells like a sewage treatment plant.

I am new to the area and I have been by the store several times but I have been so disappointed in cashier's service. Not 1 but all cashiers I have come across have are rude and not friendly all. No hello no goodbye no have a good day😔 I agree if that job is not of their liking find something else that suites your attitude not only does it make customers feel bad but it reflects badly on the company. There is an elderly lady and lord she is far from being a sweet lady but more like sarcasitic!! I do have to say that the staff putting the items away were helpful when I asked for help. Store managers or corporate office should read reviews to better Walgreens. I only go there if I desperately need to go if not Wal-Mart is my next choice.TIP FOR CASHIERS - - - STOP AND SMELL THE ROSES, SMILE AND BE NICE!!!

I dont know what happened to the pharmacy staff at this particular location but the service has gone way down hill. Used to be able to get prescriptions filled fast now it takes hours to get filled and they always seem to be out of my medications making me have to come back days later to pick up my full months supply. Im about to switch to a different pharmacy altogether.

Went to get a propane exchange and they said they didn't have any, but right outside are 60+ tanks. So really they just all happen to be empty or better yet the lady is just too lazy to come out and exchange my propane. Either way bad experience.

Worst pharmacy I ever been to I got to change these people go to lunch for 30 mins the whole team together it’s fine to take a break but this is a pharmacy they should take turns. People may need there meds ASAP or some people may only have the time to pick up when they close. I have never seen this at this pharmacy before and frankly it is wrong!!! Changing soon!

Worst customer service I've ever gotten in my life! They are slow and dont even recognise that you are there. I've been in the drive thru for 10 minutes and they havent even said one word to me not a help you in a minute or anything. Do not recommend them to anyone for the pharmacy.

Due to the covet you have to wear a mask which is fine but do not wait until a customer has all their product with them to tell them you will not cash them out if they don't have a mask on my doctor gave me permission not to wear a mask because I am claustrophobic and Pregnant and the cashier refused to check me out will not go back and will be going to corporate

I have to get a medication that cannot be auto refilled every month. I have to call I am guaranteed to have to be on hold MINIMUM 30 minutes just to speak to someone. If you go in person it is even worse!

The cashier I had today was rude, and the manager on duty rolled her eyes at me when I was speaking to her. Very bad and disappointing experience.I NEVER have issues with the Pharmacy staff.
