Great Vet Facility with good friendly decent and qualified staff ready to listen to the pet's owners and attending to any ailment and treatment for one's loved one's. Quite knowledgeable was Dr. Bailey Schroeder, DVM and her medical technician Naomi who attended to our kittens Smokey & Sparky who needed vaccinations, microchips, nail-cutting and general consultation for our first time visit to this facility. Our pets and ourselves felt quite comfortable and welcome with the nice and decent staff and their attentiveness to our pet's needs. We are quite glad to have this facility close to our residence in Grand Prairie for any future visits and emergencies that might happen. We highly recommend this facility to all who have pets that they love very much like their own children to take them to this facility for proper consultations and treatment if need be.

This clinic is the very BEST! When we came to them to check on our Precious "Toby Bear," this team of wonderful people had to share some bad news, but they were there to let us cry on their shoulders, comfort us, and made his passing easier to go through. They are here for you as well. I would highly recommend ACGP to anyone, even if you're not in the Grand Prairie, TX area, it's worth the drive to bring your beloved pet here for any needs! You are all Rockstars in our book! 🤩 Thank you again for all your kindness, love & compassion, as we said our "goodbyes" to our precious boy.

This place was very gentle with my “happy reactive” dog :) Talín likes people and other dogs so he gets very excited when he sees them and wants to play. He’s a big boy and they were very gentle with him when he was neutered. They did everything in their possibility to take care of my dog and treat him so amazingly. The booking for appointments is also super simple and fast. Wait times are also super quick. Their prices are a bit higher than some other clinics i’ve been to, but i honestly don’t mind. They’re great with my pet ❤️ One thing i didn’t really appreciate was one of the receptionists is kinda rude and not really approachable. Other than that everyone else is really nice :)

I have used this place for 20 years. Care absolutely top notch. Doesn't get any better. Cost is probably 30 to 50 percent less than others. Will also educate you about issues and help you cut costs.

I wish I could say it was a perfect visit, but my experience with the front desk workers left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. Despite having a confirmed appointment, they mistakenly prioritized another client over me due to a misunderstanding regarding my last name. My surname, Cancel, was misinterpreted as a cancellation, leading them to schedule another appointment over mine without proper verification. When I tried showing them, Jacob, my confirmation, he began to get a bit combative with me and kept claiming I canceled via email. When I requested proof of cancellation, they showed me a paper indicating that I reconfirmed it, making them look incompetent. The sheer incompetence displayed by the staff is concerning, as they failed to read the full message and instead made a hasty decision based on a mere fragment of information. They literally only read my first and last name and assumed I cancelled. This whole situation could have been avoided if they simply read the next four words after my name which were literally "has reconfirmed the appointment." Fortunately, the intervention of a competent manager named Kirby salvaged the situation and allowed me to attend my scheduled appointment, and the rest of the staff were much more helpful and kind. Kirby, thank you so much for stepping in when Jacob was being so disrespectful and correcting this mistake.

Have been coming here for 10 years now, They saved my 8 week old pug from Parvo & I still bring him here. Yes prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for . Great service & they are very gentle with the Dogs . I tried cheaper places for vaccines & almost had to fight someone at the way they handled my baby. I 100% Recommend this clinic for high quality care.(picture is my Dog waiting in their lobby area)

After visiting 2 vets in central Dallas that were less than helpful by providing vague recommendations, but no solutions… I made the decision to make the drive to visit Dr. Hakert and I am so grateful I did!They worked me and my dog in quickly whilst providing a friendly and professional environment.My dog was able to receive treatment that day and was feeling noticeably better the next day. We will be clients for life!

I had a bad experience with surgery here. I brought my dog here to remove a tumor- they did not remove all of the tissue, and unfortunately, it was malignant. She was diagnosed with lung cancer less than 6 months later by another vet, who said it definitely spread from the tumor they attempted to remove. RIP to my beautiful baby.

I have no photos as we were there to put our pet down. It has changed a lot. Appointment should be made. You do not have to get out of your car. You drive through a gate, an attendant comes out to give you paperwork to fill out. Once completed, you drive under a covered parking area. An attendant comes out checks your information, and retrieve your animal. The entire process is convenient, although still sad!

I took my German Shepherd in for a first time visit and the assistant in the room was fabulous with her, she treated my dog as if it was her own. The doctor was awesome as well considering my girl was very anxious, did I mention I have a German Shepherd lol.Yes they are a tad expensive, but if you love your animal like family you'll want the best.

This place is overpriced- they said they were raising their prices and they sure did. Since Dr Sheets retired they have changed employees and have hired some of the most incompetent workers. There were no customers when I walked in and several staff members were just sitting around..They clearly look like they are going out of business. Don’t waste your time here

I will never forget the quick and rapid response that this clinic displayed. Our baby stopped breathing so we rushed her in and they did everything they could to assist us. Unfortunately we did lose her. They comforted us and help us feel at ease through this time. I will never forget that. We will be changing veterinary clinics. Greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am extremely disappointed with the staff since Dr.Sheets sold this business. I had a scheduled appt for my dog to see the chiropractor. After waiting 15 min, I was informed by the front desk clerk that my dog HAD TO see "THEIR VET" and before I could see the chiropractor for my scheduled appt. I have gone here for years and "the last minute vet visit technique" has never been sprung on me. In fact, if they kept better records they would know, I don't see their vet anymore. Unfortunately, I had to leave but had I been told this when I scheduled my appt it would not have been an issue. The fact that the staff was inconsiderate of my time,

I took my pitbull puppy here to get his ears cropped. My boyfriend and I had never done this before. So we had no idea what we were in for. The staff and doctors here are all very friendly. Dr. Sheets, Stacey and Dianne were amazing in helping us get through this process. We are very pleased with our puppy's ears.

I will start by saying we are highly disappointed with how they cropped our Bully ears. They did not do one of the ears correct, and one of the ears would not prop up properly. As directed, we left the cone on for two weeks. At the two week mark we returned to get stitches removed and ears retaped. Prior to our first visit we were instructed to remove the ear wraps to allow the wound to breath. I noticed one ear had a "crease". We addressed the issue day one. They said the wrapping would fix the crease. After 5 weeks of consecutive, weekly visits the ear would not improve. The last advice the Dr. gave us was "ill wrap it and leave it on for two weeks. Return in two weeks". When we called to schedule an appointment, and stated the ear was not improving, another Dr. blamed us "for waiting two weeks for the next visit, and his ear prop issue could be his ear anatomy. Therefore it will not prop up".The miscommunication between staff was the worst experience, as one day you would get one answer and the following another. Driving 60 miles one way to this vet, we decided to go to another vet, and they had to redo surgery. We had the surgery done Sep 30th, at this location. We just had the ears redone by another clinic, and they were a lot cheaper, with no need for a cone, and proper stitching.

I have taken my pets here 3 times total. The first time I had taken them there they were newbies. Yes, I did feel discriminated against but I honestly gave them chance after chance because I hate to misjudge a company/employees. But each time was very uncomfortable for me. I can assure you, I will never bring my babies here again. These people are extremely racist. They charged me 250$ to clean my dogs ear and take his temperature. A complete rip off. If you are of AA descendant….. stay away!!!!!
