Received horrible customer service upon arriving 15 min prior to closing. Store employee, Molly, made it very clear she was unhappy to see me walking in the doors so close to closing time. After purchasing a larger number of shavings, no offer was made to help load them, even after she identified the height of the stack out front. My interactions with other employees at this location have been pleasant.

I've shopped at TSC in Granbury for years. Most often the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Every once in a while there would be new employees, and my experiences weren't what I'd become accustomed to. Do I get special treatment? No, but I do get help when needed. Some of the reviews are very critical of TSC itself, when maybe their hiring practices need to be a tad more stringent on persons who really want to, or need to, work in the retail world, but also realize their actions reflect completely on the company. Overall, I am happy with TSC, but do hope they continue to keep abreast of current complaints and find solutions. If I find any issues, positive or negative, I try to relay it to the in-charge person immediately. Reviews do work, both for negative and positive. So the Granbury TSC is on the positive side for me. I also know generally what day(s) delivery trucks arrive which helps me tremendously on feed etc. Try not to go on the weekends, or call first. I've used their delivery system as well, and no problems.

What ever you do, DO NOT use their DOG WASH!!!! I went there for the first time and I was not impressed by any means. The tubs are full of dog hair they stink, they are unsanitary, nothing but sheer filth!!! In fact, I'm Seriously thinking about calling the Health Department!!! Stay away and do not use their dog wash unless you just don't care about your fur baby, it's filthy and I am overly repulsed by the nastiness!! That is the gods honest truth!!

Worst experience ever. A skinny blonde girl working here, was VERY inappropriate towards me, she asked me if i was married and had a family ect…and even made a sexual advance towards me, made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Even after I kindly explained to her, that’s not appropriate to ask a customer, I thought maybe she was special needs. But then as I was leaving, she said “look me up if you like to party.” I will not be returning to this location again!!!! I am also contacting corporate about my experience!!!

Tractor supply cost me 5,000 in legal fees... By a incident that occurred at a lady's home where someone stole her mighty mule gate opener key pad noted an out dated model no longer made by mighty mule or sold any where, with that being noted my husband and I ha e been ha ing trouble with out mighty mule key pad so we took ours back to the store with the packaging a current model that is sold there was only a month old and stopped working so I told him let just take this one back and go totally with a another brand and everything , so we took ours back it just so happens it was around the same time hers came up missing... They tried pinning that theft of the other lady's keypad that got stolen and returned there somehow on my husband ,because he returned ours, so we had to hire a lawyer to find out why his photo was out on facebook being labeled as a suspect in several retail burglaries and needed public help to identify him... Well with that came a warrant for him followed by bonding him out of jail then months of legal dealings with hood county PD and back and forth until the courts were one day from jury trial, and note that we had a reciept from our purchase of one but took me a mi to find it never thought that a reciept would be the difference in my husband being labeled a felon (for something he didnt do) or the fact that not finding it was going to be him possibly going to jail for two years and fines and fees for court and then his record would have been ruined.So needless to say be careful shopping here for a return of a little 50 dollar item that kept giving you problem may turn into a 5 thousand dollar deal when all said and done. They ended up dropping the charges one day before jury trial, and he was proven not guilty because I luckily found the receipt from when we bought our keypad if I wouldn't have found it he would probably be in jail right now... Careful going here who knows it could happen to you too... Messed up how they can just do that to anyone at any moment... Think twice before involving urself with tractor supply here.

Stop by the other day to buy a receiver and ball I had a little trouble finding the right one for my hitch Bill stepped in and helped me get the right one he also went above the norm and got the tools from the back room to install the ball on the receiver and made sure it fit.We need a whole lot more retail employees like Bill he saved me so much time.Thanks

I have better luck finding obscure bits of hardware at TSC vs. the other big hardware stores. For example, lost a wheel washer for my wheel barrow. Could not find a proper match. Well guess what, it was metric and I found it at TSC.

It was a quick trip into the store and back out again. I did a online shopping order. Not sure why I continue to have order accuracy with all companies that I do online ordering with. This experience was by far very easily rectified in order to keep inventory correct. I'm also impressed with the large inventory of clothing/workwear and plan to in time go back and look at that.

I’m always treated great. Getting help is hard most of the time but it’s because they are often busy in back. Prices might be a little higher but things are easy to find and their pet foods are a good quality and they put their bird seed on sale pretty regularly. Overall I like the store!

I went to this tractor supply the other day, and realized that the bathrooms where stained with actual fecal matter all over the bathroom. It was disgusting. I also saw that the staff heavenly relies on like 3-4 people to do all the heavy lifting and more. I went there at night one time only to be surprised to see how under staffed they where. One of the young men where quite literally all over the place. I asked him if he happened to be the manager and he said no. I told him with confidence that he should be running the store. You have a couple of managers who just sit at a service desk and one that just doesn’t even wear a mask. It is quite impressive if I must say so myself. I will be going to Walmart for my dog food thanks for nothing. This place is lucky to even get a 1 Star.

Exchanged number 2 oxygen clynider yesterday and it leaked out overnight. Explained to them that cylinder has a defect . Was talked down to that something must be wrong with my gauge. Used cylinders for 40 years so I now get Explained to how they work.

Conveniently located. Friendly staff that knows where to find the things I need. Sometimes I stop by just to check out their clearance section for good deals. Well maintained and always clean. I take my dogs here for there yearly vaccinations when they are having the weekend clinic. The clinic is competitively priced and always professional. If they don't have what I need, they are very good about ordering it for me or letting me know where I can get it.

Went in today as I ran out of dog food. 6:58 pm and they close at 7. But someone met me at the door and I told them I just needed a bag of dog food. But he told me he closed that aisle. Guess I’ll get supplies elsewhere from now on

Only come to this place if you’re looking to wait in line for half an hour with 30 other customers and only 2 cashiers working at the pace of a snail. No line management and everyone’s just standing where they want and pushing their way in front. No help from any of the employees neither while shopping or standing in line for the good part of 30 minutes. Why have 30 people stocking shelves and only 2 of your slowest cashiers? Yikes.

Tractor Supply is great and decent prices...no complaints

Great place not just tractors. From farm and garden supplies to just about anything to keep your yard happy and beautiful. I purchased a Buck 110 folding hunter knife( Just like the one my Dad gave me about 30 years ago) been looking for another one and shopped buckknives. com a lot of retail stores and a lot of online shops and they where all $90.00 to $125.00 got it here for 41 bucks with Buck knives awesome lifetime guarantee my Mom LOVED all the flowers and other gardening supplies. She just started a new home garden and she said "She sure wished she had known of this place before she had gone to Lowes and Home Depot and the staff are the greatest. Will be frequenting this place A LOT. 😁

I love coming to this Tractor Supply! I can get in and out without being bothered for twenty minutes on what kind of mower I want to buy or adding a bunch of options to it. They have the dog food that my Vet tells me that we have to buy for our dog's allergies. Price is a bit high, but wouldn't expect anything less for specialty food.

We just bought a plow and had it on the trailer but was missing some parts and decided stop at tractor supply here in Granbury, Texas.Bill took time to come out and look to see what parts we needed. After finding the correct size, he made another trip outsude to make sure the parts fit.Thank you Bill for all your help!!!This is why we shop at Tractor Supply Company.

Update : 1-7-20The store has a great selection but another bad experience with their staff tonight has us planning on using the Glen Rose TSC or arrow feed in the future. Walked in 7 minutes before they closed to get 3 items and before we made it in the store a lady at the front counter rudely told us that the store was closing in 5 minutes and that we could come in IF we knew what we wanted. We turned around and walked out very frustrated. Just to be clear I have had several decent experiences here but a couple of bad ones in the last 6 months is about all I can stand.June 2019So tired of dealing with this store and its employees! I really wish there were more alternatives in Granbury for livestock products. TSC offers a better selection than the feed and seed, but the item that you are looking for usually isn't in stock in this store and it takes them 2 weeks to unload their supply truck! They almost never answer the phone and if you are lucky and they do, it will be after a 5 minute wait! Seriously sick of it. Giving the brand a bad name. I hope they get their act together soon!

This particular location has the worst customer service of any TSC I've ever been to. The employees are rude, unhelpful and generally ignore customers. The only reason I didn't give it one stars is because they often have a larger selection of products, which unfortunately means I have to come to this location at times. I dread dealing with the employees. They seriously need some customer service training.

If what you need is not on the shelves, just ask anyone the helpful team members and they will make sure it's in the next time you come in. Thanks for a straight to the point shopping experience.

I always like tractor supply. the one thing though that I wish they would do is start carrying women's composite or steel toed work boots. Hardly anyone carries them in stock. And they have to be ordered and delivered to the store and I have very tiny but wide base feet so I always need to try mine on before I buy shoes. I don't want to order them, wait for them to get there, try them on then not fit me right. Then have to send them back and re go through the whole process.

Unbelievable customer service. Needed a celluloid for an 8N tractor on SUNDAY. Transferred part from Glen Rose T.S. Received it MONDAY morning. Tractor fixed and running. Who but tractor supply would do that.
