Mr. Savage was excellent. He didn't just point to an isle like most employees do, he actually walked me to the location of the items I needed. Right after he took care of me, he quickly turned around to help another customer. 5 star service

Home Depot has what you need when you need it. I'm in there sometimes daily, so I know the store probably as good as any team member. The staff is usually helpful when I do have trouble locating what I'm looking for. My biggest problem with this place is they just have too much stuff I think I need. I can never leave her with only what I came for.

Bought a new LG refrigerator last month. Super deal and the people are so helpful. I saw the fridge, loved the inside water dispenser and fell in love. I went home and showed it to him online and ordered it right away. It was delivered in 3 days. PERFECT!

Well, this is a long one. I have been going to HD off Hulen for over 5 years. I decided this past Sat. to try the HD in Granbury since I live in Cresson. I am a 67 yr old female who enjoys DIY's. So, I went to the service desk and was greeted by Ben, the Mgr of the Lawn and Garden center. I explained to him that I was going to need a "helper" do to the amount of heavy items I was buying. He was very kind and said " I have just the person for you". Within 5 mins. this very nice young man Brandon walked up and introduced himself as my "personal shopper". Which I got a kick out of. Instead of walking all over the store he asked me to go to the flooring desk and have a seat. From there we put together my list of 78 Items. After which Brandon said make yourself comfortable, I'll get everything and be back in 20 mins or so. I was pleasantly surprised when in 20 mins he showed back up with all my items. From there he had me pay there and I did not have to go up front. Brandon and Jesten had me pull around so they could load and strap down everything in my truck. I can not stress enough how much this all meant to me. The only thing that would have made my day better was if they could have unloaded!! LOL.In closing this was the best shopping experience I have had in years!! Keep it up Ben, Brandon and Jesten. I will never go back to the Hulen location. This is MY store.You made me feel like a "Princess" shopper. Vicki M.

If you want to have someone help you with a warranty item (ridgid, which is a home depot brand) don't bother with this store. Customer service has no idea what they are doing and is a joke. You will be better off going to a different store, or simply shopping somewhere else. (So much for lifetime warranty and support)

We did the workshop today for my babies and sooo appreciate bridgette i think is her name and the team for having it inside instead of in the cold and rain. We appreciate it soo much! so thank you so much!! It doesnt matter how we bundle our kids,they would have still got sick being in this weather. So it means alot for this mom and i heard lots of other parents thanking the the lady as well. Good job HD!

The order pickup department is just horrible. For months now at the granbury store when picking something up. It's never ready when they say it will be ready and then have to stand there and wait till they find someone that will go get the order. I was even asked if I wanted to go and pick the order myself. Just worthless. If I could give the zero stars I would.

Difficult to get any help. No one to load items purchased on several different occasions. Over a 25 min wait just to get any customer service last time I went.

Use to be my goto store in Granbury. No longer. Went in for a few electrical items. Half of which was out of stock. Made it to the front with 4 items on one hand. No lanes open, only self checkout. Contractor checkout was backed up 5 or more deep while i stood there for 10 min. Now you're paying an employee to restock those 4 items you didn't sell. Lowes was cheaper anyway, with fewer employees standing around. You have plenty of employees, open a lane.

Management SUCKS at this store, no one ever to help, no cashiers, nothing ever in stock, No planning by management for stocking supplies needed.Other stores aren't this bad, Granbury Home Depot sucks.

Literally the worst HomeDepot I've ever been to it is dirty with bad customer support and misinformation. I have been coming to the store for the past year. Growing more and more frustrated. Today they sent me to another store in the metroplex to get my rigid power tool service. When I got there they told me that the trip was wasted and that there are new rules that were not conveyed to me in granbury. I just wasted 2 hours. Unfortunately I was a home Depot guy but now I guess I'll be going to Lowe's.

No thank you. Tried to purchase a fridge range and dishwasher from this location and they didn't have a manager in the store at 6:30pm on a Tuesday to approve the purchase... Told me to come back tomorrow. Absolutely a joke. Lowes is just down the road from these nincompoops

Emily at the pro desk is a life saver!! I was dealing with an issue with my pro card for weeks and been to stores multiple times to try to get it fixed with no luck until Emily got it all solved for me in about 5 minutes. They helped me load a bunch of cabinets in the truck and were so kind. Best Home Depot in all of DFW

Purchased a stackable washer and dryer. Upon delivery the brackets to stack were not included with the shipment. 3 phone calls to the store that I purchased it from all saying they would return my call (still have never heard back), 2 calls to Home Depot website #, 2 delivery dates scheduled and still no resolution after nearly 2 month. Horrible customer service.

I have had the best customer experience at The Home Depot, here in Granbury! Wayne walked up right away and wanted to know how he could help. After he helped my mom and I find the board we wanted... He helped with all the customization and even found the coupon for a little discount.Days like this at The Home Depot is why we come here for all of our building supplies! Thank you so much!

The number one reason I go to this Home Depot is because of Wayne in lumber. He goes above and beyond for customers. His customer service skills are top tier. I actively look for Wayne when buying lumber. As someone without a truck, I often need lumber cut down. I wouldn’t let anyone other than Wayne do it for me. He knows how to properly cut the plywood so that they don’t end up with a million splinters on the edge that was cut. If management sees this review, please give Wayne a bonus. He’s the main reason I choose this Home Depot.

The staff at this store are always helpful and nice. Their prices are reasonable as well. I love the selection, from top of the line to consumer grade. I rarely to to this store without finding exactly what I need. Yesterday, I wanted to buy a decoration for my front lawn. The guy helping me literally had to crawl under a large square of shelving to get my product. The paint lady helped me pick a perfect red for a small project. The registers were even flowing smoothly. I enjoy this store a great deal.

We bought a gallon of primer and a gallon of paint so we could have our bathroom painted. After handing the guy at the paint counter the chip card we browsed around and came back later for the paint and checked out. The handyman who painted the bathroom put a couple of coats of primer on over 2 days, and then he notified us he was done. When I went into the bathroom the next day I noticed it was as white as snow so I confirmed the label on the paint can was the same as the chip card and then put a dot of it on the chip card to confirm that the color was off and it was not just the lighting. When I contacted Home Depot they replaced the paint which was mixed properly this time, but in the end they are out 1 gallon of paint and I am out hundreds of dollars having my bathroom painted twice as well as over 2 hours of my time. They really didn't do much to make things right. So my advice is don't leave the store without checking your paint! In my picture the blue circle is what I got the first time and the black circle is the second one which was mixed properly.

Always a good experience, even though sometimes one must hunt down someone to ask a question. I recommend getting the app, and updating it once you go from Home Depot to Home Depot per town, thus way you can find what you need before you even walk in the store! Very useful app!
