I ordered cupcakes for some friends surprise birthdays...... all I said was make them real pretty!!!! and I had them use the butter cream!!! who ever in Kroger's bakery did these cupcakes should be on cupcake wars on TV!!! these were the prettiest cupcakes I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of cupcakes )and sprinkled with the edible gold ....they were absolutely gorgeous... I was speechless and they brought tears to my eyes ...... I know that my friends are going to absolutely love them !!! thank you fabulous Kroger Granbury bakery and the sweet person that made these gorgeous cupcakes!!!!!!

Be careful to remember what is on sale when you're buying anything here. Every single time I check out the scanner does not give me credit on multiple sales items. Everytime I check out I have to ask the cashier attendant to honor the sale and take money off my bill. They're ripping people off daily. Its really disgusting that they can get away with this. Make sure you pay attention to the sales prices and ensure they're honoring their own advertised sales!!!

The store was well lit, clean, and spacious. There were a few inventory holes, but nothing too bad. The specials were placed in weird places throughout the store, making us go around a few isles looking for things.

I worked at Kroger for a few months back in late 2023.. I quit in December, I wouldn’t recommend working there unless you’re into being degraded. The short red headed manager told me I didn’t matter because I was just a cashier. It was also really hard to get bathroom breaks here. Weird atmosphere.

Constantly out of what I’m ordering. Produce and delivery are the worst in town. And getting a refund on bad food is a joke. It’s a 30 minute phone call every single time. Unfortunately deleting my account and switching to Amazon grocery delivery. I recommend shopping at HEB.

Today I went in like I normally do to get my daughters formula and use my manufactures coupon though Similac because Kroger “normally” honors it! With the cost of formula so high these coupon mean everything even if it’s only 5 dollars! Misty was more than quick to say “it doesn’t work oh well!” Trust me when I say I will tell everyMomma I know to now only shop at H-E-B! At least they take care of their customers and especially struggling moms!!

bought some swim shorts for $45 and since they can't afford cashiers I went through self checkout. it showed me videos of me improperly scanning thier items yet there is no instruction on the self checkouts to explain it . now I get home and there are security tags through the shorts I bought and I can't get the tag off without damaging them. it's all a waste of everyone's time so I took a little extra time to give you this review.

Really nice store with a huge selection of whatever you want or need. Meat, cheese, produce, dry goods, beauty, even a clothing section. I spent more than I had expected but they have great manager's specials if you search it out. My only thing is, and it wasn't the store's fault, but I was checking out and this old lady wanted to make a spectacle of herself and walked past the self checkout and decided to tell everybody there that she didn't feel safe because nobody over there had on a mask 😁. She didn't realize we were all safe from her. Other than that it was a great shopping experience.

After checking out and loading my groceries into my vehicle I noticed a discrepancy on my receipt. I went back to the service desk with receipt. NICOLE was on duty . She was very kind and understanding and immediately took care of my problem.

Been trying to get a job here for 5 months hiring manager never shows and they make excuses up for why I've call corporate which they didn't do anything which makes me unsatisfied so if you're trying to get a job here good luck cause there hiring manager won't do nothing customer service is rude to. I've just got out of school a year ago my family has good work history here just don't understand no call ,no email nothing

Bought gas June 29th, pump ran extremely slow & charged me for 21.59 gallons. My gas tank capacity is 21 gallons & I still had an 82 mile range per computer. According to vehicle computer, 17.1 gallons should have filled it up.Reported to attendant & he said "we only sell nice things at Kroger". Called store manager to tell her pump #17 calibration was off. She said she would check video at time I was there. Don't know what she thought she could sew. She should have said they would shut the pump down & get it fixed. She never called back.I will report it to the State weights & measures.

The store selection for food and other typical products is good. The issue with Kroger in Granbury is the attitude of the customer service representatives, the lack of check out registers and the lack of people working the registers. I don't know if it's a cost saving issue or a problem retaining employees. Other stores in town have plenty of manpower and the employees are friendly and helpful to customers. I won't be back to this location as long as I have other grocery stores to choose from.

I really like this store... BUT when I want to spend $200 dollars on groceries at 10pm on a Saturday night I don't want to have to check and bag my own things. If you're store is open 24/7 you really should have a cashier working NOT JUST THE OLD LADY HOVERING OVER YOU TO MAKE YOU DON'T STEAL FROM THE SELF CHECK OUT. Ridiculous.

You would think for as many employees that are clogging aisles chatting that they could have more registers open by employees that were slightly more motivated. Watched a lady just scan and have customers bag all their own groceries while she stood there with a line 7 carts deep. This place has dropped off a lot lately when it comes to customer experience.

Store is very nice and stocked well. Take your chances though,because they will let people in Without masks-so you never know if you are still at risk by coming face to face with unmasked people. The employees will do nothing to keep you safe.Went shopping again-.Manager Diane Lewis allowed over 25 people in Without masks.

We always shop here! I can only give three stars because their handicap scooters go dead very quickly. They SAY they're charged at night, but I don't believe it. Other than that, it's a great store.

I always have a great shopping experience at the Granbury Kroger. The store is always clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The organic produce available is better than the other stores in the area. Their online shopping is great and I love their offerings of digital coupons.

I was called at 4:20 pm being told that my order that I scheduled for 5-6pm pick up wouldn’t be ready till 7pm. Note the girl was rude. That’s pretty last minute to be told. Regardless of this information I still was going to come at my scheduled time and just wait because I wasn’t going to waste gas to go all the way home to Lipan to then turn around. I pull up at 5:30 pm and get a call saying my order is ready. Interesting? I thought my order was going to be pushed? I ask and said something to the guy at pick up about the issue but was told “ we do that sometimes”. Umm seems like people are just wanting to be lazy or not do their job. Thankful I didn’t change my plans. Very not happy with the customer service and will be using H-E-B pick up going forward. They are more reliable and have better customer service.

I no longer shop here because computer system for on sale items is rarely up to date and I am overcharged. Today for example, ice cream was on sale $1.99. I was charged $2.79. White grapes $.99 per pound. I was charged regular price. I always ask cashier to make the corrections and I get a response 60's and a look like I am trying to get away with something.My last visit was today.
