We drove 2 hrs from Killeen to pick up a uhaul, when we arrived we were barely greeted. During helping us with the reservation the girl helping us just walked off and started helping other customers. When I said excuse me, she said o hold on “pat” is coming to help you. After a few min Pat arrived.She then proceeded to the counter and did NOT acknowledge us. We had to say hi to her first before she even spoke. Even then she was extremely dismissive. She told us she couldn’t fulfill our reservation because they did not have a truck and the other girl at the counter couldn’t tell us that bc she didn’t know how to work the system. We were then told they had to call a uhaul representative, however the one specifically assigned to the store was not answering. Before doing so it was heavily suggested that we call uhaul ourselves to fix the problem. I told her it would be better that she handles it on the back end. She was very reluctant to do her job and make the calls. Then she tried to send us to another store without moving or guaranteeing our reservation.I politely explained I was not leaving without a new confirmed reservation.She became even more hostile and dismissive and said she had only been trained for 2 wks, and was very reluctant to make anymore calls.However in the next phone call that was made she was miraculously able to get the reservation moved to a new location and give us a confirmation number.She also texted throughout the entire conversation. The counter was littered with vapes. People eating at the register.Everyone was extremely dismissive or unknowledgeable and the customer service was poor.They also seemed to not treat all guests equally(specifically the brown ones) or prioritize the order of arrival for providing service to guests. Over all, I’d say find a friendlier store with better customer service if you need a uhaul rental. Probably could find a better place to get feed too. The kids running the place look no older than a few high school students. The bathrooms were also dirty and the store itself was poorly kept.

Best place in Hood County for all your ranch needs! Great, knowledgeable staff, wide selection of animal feed and everything else you might need in and around your stable or barn. They never failed to answer my questions, give great advice on animal care or recommend a place/person I needed. Also, their delivery service is top notch. Josh and Dan are always on time, my order is accurate and they are respectful of my property. They are in league of their own, look no further for everything farm/ranch/pet related.

The front counter lady did now know the products, the yard staff walked past us numerous times before actually acknowledging we were picking up something, even after i asked where do i go to pick up my items.

Bought a big femur bone for our dog. We went home and dropped it on the ground and worms came out of it. It was fine because we figured it was fresh, but the more we hit it on the ground, more and more worms came out. Bigger ones even. We went to take it back and tell them about it. We were told we cannot return it because “it’s just like that”. We politely asked for a manager, and a response was “there’s no manager today” while smiling. We understand the circumstance however we wish we were handled with a little more respect and understanding.

I honestly have no business being in a feed and ranch store. 😂 I am too much of a City kid. BUT - I have come here on several occasions, be it to rent a trailer or quickly snag some trimmer line - and I am always greeted with great attitudes and customer service. Prices are fair as well. Great local business for sure.

The staff here has always been very helpful. In my opinion this is the place to fill your RV propane tanks in Granbury. The service is fast and their prices are a lot better than exchanging the tanks.

Do most my shopping for my horses here. Closest to were I live, so I shop there often. Nice place and employees are super friendly and helpful.

I go here for propane. One of the best prices around the area for that. Store is well stocked for pets and livestock needs. They also have patio furniture and farm supplies. They even carry Dublin Texas cold drinks.

Actually a five and a half. Good service and great people make what's best of this place. However, they are a little pricey on some things. In retrospect, I can usually get my propane cheapest here.

Some of the prices of items in the store, such as dry dog food, went up by more than $10.00 in the past 2 weeks. Cheaper on Amazon and almost anywhere else you look.

Good customer service and one a few places that charges propane by the gallon and not a fixed rate by tank. Good deal to get all thanks filled even if they're not completely empty

Little feed store that appears to have been there for a long time. Why do I think that? By the about of dust on top of the merchandise. You have to brush of the dust just to see what the top of the boxes say. Wow! You would think the three or four employees standing around doing nothing could clean the place up. How do they start in business? Don't no...

Terrible customer service. The man checking people out just looks at you like you’re disgusting. Will never go in that place again. Rather drive the extra mile and go to Tractor Supply, I’ll be ordering my dog food from now just to avoid going here.

Hey guys. If you need help finding out what's the best fly, insect et. spray to spray your yard ask for Travis! Know the best dog food for your pet and why ask for Travis! Worm/flea questions ask for Travis! Best teething options for your dog or really anything to do with your pet ask for Travis! This guy continues to impress me and I know if I have any issues or problems with yard work or pet care I ask for Travis!

Called over the phone to get a Prefert goat Feeder , said they Had it over the phone so I drove 45 mins to there location just to find out they don’t even sell Prefert and waisted my time ..... first and last time I will ever go this business... if you DONT have the specific product that a person is asking for then don’t say you do... do not waist someone else’s Time by telling them you have one thing then trying to sell them a junk product...

The Fellas here are very knowledgeable about the products they sell & the prices are comparable\less than larger mass merchandise stores. Always friendly & helpful!
