They were very knowledgeable and helpful as I was trying to figure out the best way to do a project that my wife wanted me to do. Aaron was excellent and very patient with me as I was trying to decide. I would highly recommend this store. From what I have witnessed Aaron always is going above and beyond to help his customers out.

I spoke with Aaron a few weeks ago about string trimmers. Unfortunately the best suited trimmer for my needs was sold out.Fast forward to last Friday, Aaron contacted me to let me know what I was wanting had come in. The purchase was simple and quick. He already knew what accessories I needed to convert it over to the blade attachment as well.Like everyone else we have all experienced good and bad customer service in the past at some point in our lives. The Glen Rose Higginbotham is just different. All of the staff is quick to greet and helpful when finding just what I need.

Aaron was a great help. We were looking for some tent stakes and did not want what they had and Aaron went to the back and made us some rebar stakes out of scrap and we were set. Also great corn prices.

These people are horrible. They are so rude and the customer service is terrible. I’ve been in here multiple times and almost every time I feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. Don’t even think about going in 10 or 15 minutes before they close.

This store has it all and awesome service! Whatever we need, that have it. Always take the time to help. And Dana is spot on for any painting needs. Who needs a big box store when Higginbotham can deliver it all!

Went in to buy a nice set of stihl pruning shears that where 50% off but they are missing 2 parts to the only one they have in stock, no big deal just order the 2 pieces and I’d pick them up. They won’t do that after talking to the manager he offered me the item for more than regular priced shears while on sale for today only.I’m trying to spend my money locally and have paid full price and waited in lines all year and the one sale I come to and get this treatment, I think I’m done and will find another “local” business to support.

Although just a little high priced it is a good place to get what you need. They have a large selection of merchandise and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The shelves are always stocked when I go there. The store is always clean and well kept. They have everything from tools to lumber to electrical, plumbing, hvac, and hardware for everything. They also have lots of winterizing supplies, car cleaning supplies and grilling supplies.

Needed my propane tanks refilled so I drove into town to go to higginboyhams bright and early since they beat the competitors by opening at 7:30. Turns out they don’t have anyone available to refill tanks until Thursday. Today is Monday. I will be going down the street to tractor supply company who opens a little later at 8 from now on.

Everytime and mean Everytime I have tried to get propane the man tells me there is no one here that can fill right now. Won't be back for another ummm 2 or 3 days. It is so frustrating !!!! Why say that you have propane at all if you don't EVER want to fill any tanks. This is the last time I will ever try to get propane here. Go to tractor supply people when they have it , they are great.

Got propane refilled there. There is only one guy that does the propane refill, so of course, he was on lunch. So I had to come back later when he was back. Not to big of a deal, but need more then one capable person to fill propane.

Quick trip for a few household items, was in and out quickly. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Big for an ace hardware also have rv supplies and lumber.

Higginbotham is a convenient place to get things on the fly. It doesn't have everything you need all the time, and the prices reflect the convenience of not having to drive to Granbury, but the staff is friendly and helpful.

I previously gave a great review a while back but after the unfriendly service yesterday I take it back.Handing a reciept to a customer while looking away and chatting with a fellow employee is simply rude by any standard .
