For this establishment to be just a year old the toilets shouldn't look like this, don't know if a lack of cleaning from the staff there or if it's the contractors they are hiring to do the jobs or if they are just trying to cheap fix it themselves. I can honestly say that their customer service at corporate is getting better about making things right as far as store merch and perks. The staff seems to be getting better but Laredo taco still has not improved, 7 am and no sausage and eggs ready yet but chicken fajita and beef fajita ready to go what's up with that? But come lunch time or dinner time they won't have any either and any place I've ever been when wanting something and they didn't have it ready I was told I can make some up for you if you'd like not we're out of it and can't make it at moment, way to loose business.

Went in to grab a quick breakfast and the lady making burritos was very unpleasant.Said she couldn’t make potato egg and cheese because they were out of the ingredients, as I see them right in front of me. So I ask if she can use them, she proceeds to make the burritos.I asked for beans and she said they weren’t ready, I said I would wait for them and she proceeds to make the burritos with no beans.I go to eat the burritos and she didn’t fold them correctly so it falls apart all over me.If you hate your job that much, find a new one.

I was very surprised to see how dirty and broken down this store is. The stall I used in the Women's restroom had the purse hook broken and the toilet paper dispenser was broken. The whole women's restroom was filthy. My husband had the same experience in the Men's restroom. While he was in there an employee was in the stall wiping something up around the toilet with his foot and toilet paper. I would never eat anything from this store because of how dirty it is. Shameful for a store that has only been open for a year.

Why don't you just take down your latte machine and put it in the back. We come through town twice a day and it literally is never operating. Always out of milk which shuts the machine down. Carton of Creamer always out of coffee selection and there is never ice or cold temps where the creamer is stored. Disgusting.

7-11 is 7-11.employees are nice and helpful when needed.place is usually pretty busy.but all in all,good visit 🙂

This is the most DISGUSTING 7-Eleven. Trash everywhere. No toilet paper. Floor with literal trash in every corner.Brought to the attention of a manager, was told “sorry, we’re behind” there were at least 4 employees in the store when I was in there. This wasn’t a “we’re behind” filth… this was accumulated filth.

Used to be good. It’s less than a year old, sadly.Updated: updating 5 months later, just saw the response. I’ll elaborate. It’s disgusting for starters. The bathroom is just gross. I think the only thing they clean is the middle of the floor and the toilets-the rest is getting more disgusting. I love the latte machine but it rarely ever works. Again, this morning, the machine didn’t work because it needed to be cleaned. There is SO much clutter in this store it’s blocking the line so the line has to wrap around all the displays, you cannot even get through the store safely. The parking lot is disgusting as well. Trash cans full. The hot food is limited and the beans are NEVER edible. The tortillas are great but I no longer eat there. You do have mostly friendly staff, that is a bonus. The soda fountain machines haven’t tasted right for many months now and one constantly beeps. I keep trying to give this store a try as I loved it when it first opened and the people are nice. But again, today 8-1-2023 the bathrooms are gross, the latte machine was down and just when I thought they couldn’t clutter it up anymore-a NEW display RIGHT in the middle of the walkway as you enter the back door. I left without spending a dime. There is not a clean or decluttered gas station in this town anymore-this 7-11 has joined the pack and no longer stands out as being the place to go. So no reason to go here anymore-might as well go to where everything else is cheaper.

Very disappointed. My StepSon lives in Kyle Texas and raves about Laredo Tacos. I live in Glen Rose Texas. Went today and ordered 4 Chicken Tacos. Got home and realized that there was more tortillas than chicken. Flavor was great, but just no enough chicken.

This store is a great store with great employees their fountain drink machine is always down the one thing I do love while getting my coffee in the morning and in the afternoon is saying Crystal she is such an amazing person she brightens my day thanks 7-Eleven for hiring nice people. (please fix your fountain drink machine)

That's twice this week that the floor and counter tops in this store are dirty, myself and two others were the only customers in the store and 5 employees were behind the counter just talking it up acting like it is an inconvenient for them to have to stop what they're doing to ring u up. And in which if using ur points àt this store is pointless because they don't have anything to redeem them on anymore.The pics below were tak on separate visits so the issue is ongoing apparently

Price on pump diferent that outside sign, when we brought to attendee attention her response was sign is broken, and we can not change price, wich by the way was $0.17 cents more per gallon, bad customer service.

This place is fantastic if you're looking for a local spot to get a nice taco and wait 15 minutes as the workers of Laredo Tacos completely ignore you. It's the best when you're on your way to work, stop in and be the ONLY person in line and still have to wait for absolutely no reason. Great tacos when you finally get them.

Kitchen staff use to be great, guess they lost the two Mexican women that always had food ready and made everything right. These other girls never have bacon cooked before 8am. Today they didn’t even have eggs(7am) but had plenty of fajita meat? Who tf wants fajitas or chicken at 6am???

Always running out of items and slurpy machines always broken down. Definitely needs more help. Also if you get prepay gas you better run to start getting it. I am disabled I can't walk super fast but I got there in a surely reasonable time and it timed out I had to go back in and repay the rush out

very very rude workers. Was making a hot dog and the worker hit me with the mop and I said excuse me and she kept mopping in my way and I had to move out her way even tho I was there first making my food. The cashier didn’t say a word to me when I was checking out and didn’t bag my items even tho I bought 9 plus items and walked out carrying them all. Super rude and terrible customer service!

This store was top notch when it first opened! Amazing, friendly staff, stocked, and clean. But it seems to be rapidly going down hill. Heck they make their own ice but never have any!

Bathroom was disgusting and the soda dispenser was filthy like it had not been cleaned or sanitized in a long time, no cups , lids or straws had to ask lady as register. She was too busy talking to somebody to care.

Do not go here if in a hurry unless paying at pump or middle of the night I’ve been here 4 times and just can’t get passed waiting more than 5-10 minutes just to pay for something and literally the only person at the counter moments ago of Laredo taco 4 employees 1 tells me they will be with me in a moment instead of just taking my but anyway (Was actually making tortillas so good job I guess) then 1 gets in line behind me whipping out the ole phone (I hit break time perfectly I guess) 1 working as fast as she can making 3 burritos and the other acting as if she can only run register probably told to run register I don’t know but I just think that place could do better if people were not waiting for service

The lady working the Laredo Tacos was very nice and polite to me. The store was newer which was nice but the beer cooler was lacking.

New location in Glen Rose excellent store nice however the coupon for the free slushie or drink lied when I tried to redeem it had to pay kind of disappointed there but five stars regardless, new place in a small town is exciting for everyone so can't knock it, great job staff for excellent cleanliness and tidiness. A+++

Very clean and well stocked store. The lady working the counter certainly could have used some help and even needlessly apologized for the wait. Convenient location as well.
