Please stop harassing customers at checkout to apply for some in-store credit card. I have said NO to the SAME CASHIER about 6 times this year. Does this person not remember, or is the prospect of some commission involved in this? Creepy. It happens right as the transaction is processing, and interrupts my ability to finish my purchase and move on. If it ever happens again, I will take my money elsewhere. I feel like I am in a used car dealership with such tactics.

Went to Tractor Supply in Gilmer to make a very large purchase for fencing materials for my ranch. I inquired about a discount on corner posts as they were all split because they had been stored upside-down during the last freeze. I would have gladly purchased at full price, however, when the Manager came out to talk to me, he was so incredibly disrespectful that I left. I will absolutely NEVER return to this Tractor Supply until that Manager is gone. Went to Tractor Supply in Tyler and Mineola instead to purchase what I needed.

This is a great place to buy. What I like is they're willing to help you if something went wrong with your purchase and that's attention to customers. The store is very clean and the staff is friendly. They welcome you as soon as you walk in so that makes you feel welcomed unlike other stores.

Employee of store (I think, wasn't wearing a vest but had a store brand shirt on) yelling at a man in front of store about employment (from what I gathered), Very rude. Went inside and it seemed like a cashier (red head) had been crying. Decided not to spend any more money here. Not sure what was happening but not professional at all. This store rarely has the same faces anymore so names are hard to keep up with.

Had to stop in here for oil for my log splitter and I brought my terribley behaved puppy with me and they were so understanding and kind. Also they helped me pick out a good wedge to split wood with. 😊

It was great took my dog for a wash. It cost 10.83 with tax. You wash your own dog. They supply everything, you just clean up after yourself. I have a big white boy and a small girl dog. They also have chick's there right now. This is the only place I could locate them at Gilmer Texas. Buy them in tens, this is babies at a time.

The store manager Taylor just screams A**Hole. The way he treats his employees is just horrible. We shop at this location once or twice a week. We always have great customer service from the employees. But in just a few month's, there has been such a high turnover rate. New faces atleast once a week. Please get a new manager. This Tractor supply is going downhill fast.

We shop here often and at several other, different locations too. They are pretty well stocked for whatever you might need for your farm/ranch. I like the convenience of being able to place and pay for an order online and simply having someone pick it up because it saves time. Prices are not always the cheapest, but reasonable. In store clearance items sometimes have really good mark-downs. I recently bought a nice pop-up canopy that was marked down to $30, for example. We will definitely continue to shop there.

I had purchased a zero-turn mower from another location not this one and found out it was a return item but was placed as new. It made a loud noise and I contacted everyone involved including the manufacturer. After finally getting into authorized repair location they confirmed it was used. I was able to locate a new one at the Gilmer Tractor supply location with the help of Logan who helded it for me and Taylor the manager the exchange was easy. That's what customer service is supposed to be! Taylor even apologize for the other locations mistake which we had no reason to. I will be shopping at this location I'm now on.

The little guy to help me I don't know his name he was wonderful and we worked out feeding all my fencing material in my Dodge avenger sedan I got it all in there and home I went but the service was wonderful he was excellent worker he needs to be thanked and praised for his job. And also most important I put my order in at 1:50 they called me at 1:55 and told me my order was already ready super fast super efficient

I went to Tractor supply for one item. Picked up two other items on sale. Got home and looked at my receipt and saw I was charged full price for the sale items. This is why I seldom shop here. Since this store opened there products have mystery prices not the ones advertised.

As a manager (Mike) there is a professional and proper way to do business. As a customer I am very understanding to point. As a customer it is NOT my problem that you have 2 people out sick. By the attitude and loud voice you displayed to tell me that in front of the 8 to 10 customers waiting in line to check out by one person. Yes I did make the statement that this has been worse than Wal Mart the last 3 times I have been in this store. Tractor Supply as a whole is a GREAT company. And has always had great professional employees with great customer service no matter what town or state I have been in. So due to the fact that this one manger missed the class on proper way things should be handled I will be taking my money and my business to another store. This happened on 7-27 around 1pm in Gilmer TX.

I would give it 5 stars clean .fast .friendly. But there is I really really rude curly haired. Woman there that acts like it's a horrible chore to help you I'm filing a complaint next time I go there and informing manager

Clean store and appears to be very organized. It is well-stocked with a large variety of items to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful. There was only one cashier but that was sufficient for the amount of shoppers (Monday 4ish). The prices were not competitive enough for me to shop there on a regular basis. There was one other drawback for me and that is the parking lot. Large spacious parking lot with only one way in and one way out. At times, it is difficult to make a left out of the parking lot onto Hwy 271. The traffic light is there holding traffic keeping the lane full. Which prevents tracffic from pulling out of the parking lot. It is a very busy intersection. Not very well designed.

I would give zero stars but that's not an option....you should all be ashamed of yourselves....I spent all the money I had buying stove pipe to hook up my fireplace...my only source for heat...and I cant even use it....its total junk...I cant exchange it you tell me its discontinued....I cant return it because I wasn't given a receipt.....I use to like tractor supply.....not anymore....its been very cold this winter and there is no end in site for me....that was all the money I had to fix my heater with....but I hope y'all are all warm and cozy being the American sell out Chinese communist company that you are....I will never step into one of your stores ever again and I will tell everyone I can what y'all did to me....

Great service when the Adult manager is around but later in the day, the kids dont really seem to care its a business and their job to help customers. It's hard finding help with anything. They are either too busy cleaning or stocking shelves or talking with friends in the front. Maybe that stuff can be done after the doors close. I just go to Lowe's most days now.And if you want Propane, ONLY ONE PERSON can fill it. And he doesnt work weekends or nights. Change your sign to We fill propane sometimes.

The crew working tonight most helpful we were looking for adult dog food without any salt . Which is very hard to find. With a little luck and some help we founded the Diamond Brand. The employees there were most helpful.

Some of the female employees don't take care of themselves. Massively obese. Concerned about their health. Someone needs to lovingly help them understand their health risks. It's not too late for them. 🙏

We drove all the way to the Tractor Supply in Gilmer (about 1 hour away, 2 hours round trip) to buy a Bad Boy Zero Turn Mower they had in stock. We went and purchased this mower, and the store manager Mitchell told us he was going to put a sold sign on the mower and move it to the back so we could pick it up the next day. Needless to say - he never did as promise. The next day when we drove another round trip to pick up OUR mower, and found out from the assistant manager Logan that he had no idea it was sold. HE SOLD IT TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. After a ton of wasted time, wasted gas, many phone calls with no answers or updates, NO APOLOGY, and no interest in making the situation better from either manager - we bought a Bad Boy zero turn mower from a company that deserves our money. We just moved to the area and will NEVER shop at another Tractor Supply again. Lost a lifelong customer thanks to bad management and awful customer service. Take your business elsewhere!
