It's Parkland for pets!!! And nothing iswrong with Parkland!!! They're very slow , always booked! My dog was sick, I was crying and called them and they wouldn't see my dog!!! I switched Vets and have never looked back!!! Sometimes cheap , isn't always better!!! I LOVE my dog's new vet!!!

Prices 👍👍Customer service 👍👍EVERYONE I interacted with was great, helpful with my new kitty 🐈 ! The veterinarian was so nice and took care of Kitty's respiratory issue with one visit ! I can't say enough about the staff!I have and will continue to recommend this location every chance I get😺😀

To be honest I like coming here whenever my girls (cats) need to be looked at. They always make them feel like their a part of their family. So I know that their in good hands. Staff is always friendly and helpful to put you at ease since your fur babies are family. The little boy with the collar me and youngest saved him, trying to find him a home but before we do we took him here and everyone showed him love. They handled him gently and talked to him. Thank you Petmobile Pet Hospital for making sure he was okay.

I will never take my pet anywhere else but here. My dog was very sick and wasn’t expected to make it but the vet said if I wanted to try then she would. She cancelled the remaining appointments and even took my dog home with her that night. My dog made it and she was very reasonable on the cost and even set up a payment plan. These are great people. God bless them all

Dr.Henson and her team are wonderful. They cared for our pet and provided wonderful care. We frequently took our puppy there for vaccinations. Their vaccination cost is also low while still providing quality service

Dr. Henson and her team were all amazing helping our very sick kitty cat, Charlie. Despite Charlie's unpleasant disposition, Dr. Henson and all of those who came in contact with her treated her with extreme patience and loving care. Everyone was amazing! A special thanks goes out to the entire PetMobile Pet Hospital! Charlie is getting better now and we thank you for being so good to her.

Quick, easy, and affordable. I went on Saturday and it’s first come, first serve. No appointment necessary. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of communication. I called multiple times throughout the week only to leave voice mails. I finally received a call back 3 days later as I was there standing in front of the vet. Otherwise, very fast and efficient service.

This place is a Joke!! I came to this place on 2 different occasions and receive loudsy service and excuses. First I came on a Tuesday and the doctor was sick and then I came back on a Thursday at 5 and all they offered vaccinations . My cat was sick and they refused to see him stating all they can do is give him a vaccination. I refuse to go back to place, Terrible Terrible service. And they never answer their phones!!

Took my cat to get spayed, recieved a call from them and just missed it, call immediately back, no answer. Theres literally no reason to not be able to respond to a call if you just called me. Really sketchy.Update: now i know theyre sketchy, saying my voicemail was full when it never has any voicemails to begin with, on top of that claiming they called back when they never did.

They saved my Bff's little dog, Nike who was attacked by a pit bull that has turned crazy just all of a sudden. ( I suspect she has not gotten any of her series of ràbies and distemper shots.. She 2 years old and has had 2 litters and her ears are clipped back so far, it looks as if she has NO ears.When she attacked Nike, she gave no warning. Like the social dogs will do. My dog was there in the room as well, and 4 of us adults who were having a real tough time trying to get her to let him go! If we had a ģun in the house, I was going to go get it!!! I don't live in that house, I was just visiting aa well with as the Nike dog was. After which seemed like an hour, she finally released the poor little dog, and my full blooded Boston terrier, came right up next to and she reached in to snip at this mad dog and now the Pit has.my dog in its mouth!!!!! But, she only had alirtle of her skin with her front teeth. NEVERTHELESS. I DID NOT HAVE A GUN, BUT, AT THIS POINT I WAS GONNA GET A FREAKING BUTTER KNIFE, FORK, SPOON...etc. FYI PEOPLE: IF YOU EXCEPT A BLOOD LINE PARTICULAR BREED OF PIT BULL , MAKE SURE YOU GET ALL VET RECORDS FROM WHOEVER THE FIRST OWNÈR WAS , WAY BEFORE YOU SAY YES TO A "FREE", PURE BREAD PIT!!!!!!! DISTEMPER SHOTS ARE FOR A REASON, ALL SHOTS FOR DOGS ARE!!!! AND, BREEDING PITS JUST FOR FIGHTING AND BREEDING FOR FIGHTING IS TOTALLY INHUMANE AND ILLEGAL!!!!!! NOW THIS DOG HAS TO BE DESTEOYED, BECause of some humans who are heartless of other living and breathing creatures!!! We know who you are. We had you pegged. Be careful about what you do, we are watching!!!!!

The doctor and nurse were very friendly however the receptionist was cold both of them. I had one issue I was quoted $219 and once I was ready to pay it increased to $253 the doctor told me she was giving me medication for my dogs ear ( which I already have) but she never mentioned that there was an additional charge of $37 surprise !!!I was uninformed of this cost it should have been stated that it would costMore than likely we won’t be back

I don't ever have a bad experience. I understand the wait will be a bit long but I make sure I have the time. I'm not sure I could afford the care and medications for my older dog if not for you guys. When I brought her in two years ago, I did not think she'd be alive a month or two later. With her heart meds and diet, she runs in the backyard and is happy wagging her tail. She has more energy than her family some days! Thanks for all you do and all the pets you are able to help and care for!

UPDATED REVIEW: While they still do not answer the phones the clinic is working like a well oiled machine.You can tell that they have it down now getting the pets taken care of. They went above and beyond assisting me with my babies. We had the best experience, the Dr is always friendly.Previous review:They do not answer the phones and do not return calls. It's like herding cattle inside, no one seems to really care to help. But they will make darn sure you wear a mask. Not a good experience. I use to love taking my pets there. No so much anymore, no one would help.

I have been using pet mobile for years for all of my babies. I recently had to bring a very ill pet in & was given the heart breaking news that he wasn’t going to make it much longer. Dr. Henson has one of the toughest jobs you can imagine. Dr.Henson practices medicine with integrity, humility, compassion and so much more. The compassion she has for the pets that she sees, shines through her soul. It’s never easy easy to say goodbye to a beloved member of the family but I am sure blessed that Dr. Henson was there throughout the process with us. 🙏🏽Rascal R.I.P.2010-2022

I’m new in having pets, so I didn’t know how expensive they are when it comes to health care for pets ..but this place is super reasonable, the people working there are super nice. My female dog is shy, scare and snappy but the stuff are very understanding patient and kind, the 3 times I have taken my dog there they have said she has been really good, not aggressive at all which makes me believe that they have a way to deal with pets so they don’t get too scared or anxious. Right now I have been paying $35 per visit plus what ever meds they recommend, and it has always worked for my dog. Most of the time you have to leave a message when you call but they always return the call the same day if you call before noon (I think) You have to get there early like 7:30 am and a girl gets there at 8 to get you on the list and fill out paper work. Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are the days when they take walk-ins and it is first come first serve. I really like this place so far.

I had to take 6 very large, very nervous pups for shots and check up. The staff was awesome. The dr. even fit my 2 females in the following week for spaying so we could make sure they would not be missed if adopted out. Now jist gotta get these boys neutered. And still need to find homes. God willing soon, they are listed everywhere.

Unimpressed. No one greeted me when I arrived. The front staff was not really friendly. The back staff, who got my pup for surgery, were friendly and caring about my pup. I called to verify pick-up time, and no one answered. This is a comment that many people have left. The response is always "we don't answer the phone because we are understaffed," and that they do return calls within a few days. The thing is when you have an important question needing an answer, this is not a satisfying answer.*****Response to their reply*****I am referencing my initial, morning arrival. I was the only one in the lobby, so the lack of a greeting did not have anything to do with being overwhelmed with clients. Additionally, yes, I did get a call to pick-up my pup at 5, but that's not the point, though. These reviews are opportunities to improve some shortcomings, maybe help you to identify areas for improvement. The replies left always have a defensive tone and indicate the client is in the wrong, which only reinforces the negative review.

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and although the staff isn't overly friendly, they've never been rude until today. I left a message to receive information about pricing and "Cindy" returned my call and sadly, she was not only rude but uneducated in this line of work and clearly just there for a check! She stated that my fur baby would not be eligible for an xray until she was 42 weeks pregnant. When I asked multiple times if she was certain that it was 42 WEEKS and not days, she rudely said "Uh...yes" as if I was asking a dumb question. To my knowledge, dogs don't nor humans walk around pregnant for 42 weeks but what do I know. She appeared agitated by every question I asked! I asked if we were able to detect puppies, any type of calcium pills vitamims etc would be given and her reply was "maam if youre wanting extra things then that will cost extra"! Her entire tone was just rude and when I asked for her name and a supervisor, she stated that this early, no supervisor was available. When I asked what time one would be in, she placed me on hold and conveniently a "supervisor" "Brittaney" magically appeared in the office and on the phone. She didn't seem to care much about Cindy being rude although she DID have a more pleasant attitude than her. But when told about Cindy, she brushed it off as if it were acceptable. Needless to say, I won't be taking my fur babies back there. I'm VERY big on customer service and if you aren't the person for the job, perhaps you should transfer to the back of the clinic behind the scenes to stock shelves or mop floors. Having nasty receptionist can cost you loyal customers! I may just be a number but word of mouth can grow or slow a business!

The wait was way too long, ~3 hours. They will not answer the phone, though the recording says like, "Sorry we missed your call" -- they are NOT sorry, IMHO. How do you make appointments? Says dog wash at one price, yet I was charged much more. I asked for exam of a condition on my dog, which seems to have been ignored as I got no reply on it.
